The guy the article is talking about a Korean rapper, he's not some k-pop idol. To say that Korean rap is "nothing like black rap" is entirely false. A lot of K-rappers are literal mimics to western ones and do in fact acknowledge the roots of their preferred genre. I know and understand how it feels to feel like you've been forgotten in these types of discussions, but that's why you guys should also get out there and let your voices be heard instead of sitting there and crapping on black people trying to fight for equality (not saying all or even most Asians are doing this). I don't think it's right to call an idol racist just because they didn't speak out though. Just because they didn't say anything on the matter doesn't make them racists. And if you think there aren't any black people speaking up on racism and discrimination against Asians, then you need to get out and meet some people.

This may be OT and random, but it's weird to me how most countries that have the age of consent at 16 say they're old enough to engage in sexual activity with say a 30 year old and yet baby them at the same time and consider them and label them children for a lot of other things. For example, nude pics of a 16 year old is considered child pornography (even if you're dating them) but having sex with them is ok. Isn't that admitting that yeah they're still pretty young? I don't think 18 is extreme at all considering that is adult age, but that's my opinion.

I mean there is worse, but it doesn't negate that this isn't good either (to me). Fantasy is my favorite genre, and luckily I rarely come across things like this. For me personally I don't think there's a way for this to work for me, because even if he let her to the village he still visited her regularly plus they've had a close bond when she was a little kid (so a time gap won't do it for me). I just don't see how you could be almost like a parental figure to someone and bonded with them as a kid and then all of sudden they're grown and you want to screw them.
