I think you're talking about a double eyelid job where they do a high parallel cut: Most people, when getting a double eyelid surgery, tend to go for either tapered cut (more natural imho), or a parallel one (more prominent crease). and for parallel cuts, you can either get it low, mid, or high. The high parallel cuts are the ones that look like "thick double eyelids". Especially when you factor in makeup, and possibly double eyelid tape (yes some people use tape on top of their surgically enhanced creases). I think the general consensus is that she fixed her jaw; then quite a bit of weight loss (which is ridiculous imho b/c she was already rather petite). omg! That looks NOTHING like her today. Whoa. If his jaw looks slimmer could be angle of the picture or weight loss (he's definitely lost quite a bit of weight since debut). But overall he looked pretty much the same since debut. I'm not exactly sure but it would seem Hongbin is natural. Maybe weight loss and more flattering makeup. Chanmi has always been a pretty girl but stylists always seems to give her the worst compare to other girls.

I don't think it'll be a huge scandal. I mean most female idols either dance around the question or straight up deny it. I don't think anyone really lost a big fanbase over denying plastic surgery (not saying Eunji had done PS, I don't follow her/her group enough to know).

People in their 20's can very well get wrinkles. But I think most female idols get botox to fill certain areas to keep them looking young. I believe that's the case with Taeyeon. Her face looks really tight (same with Seohyun), where if you look at say Sooyoung, her face looks natural and relaxed.

I might be in the minority, but I thought she looked totally different pre-debut. I don't think she's had any surgery on her jaw? Her skin sometimes is super tight so we know she gets botox shots regularly. There are "facial slimming" shots (I can't remember the official name), so maybe it's that? Weight loss can make your face look smaller but it wouldn't change the shape of your jaw.

I'm pretty into Vixx and have watched a lot of their stuff. Speaking for myself, Hongbin is the only one that I'm not sure of (tho I am leaning straight), the rest are straight. I can see how N would come off as questionable at times; but I think it's because he's a really gentle soul, just an all-around, solid, nice guy, ya know? I do think he is straight. Ken, Leo, Ravi, Hyuk are all straight.

It doesn't look like Hani has done anything major (possibly eyelid but she always wears those super large lens it's hard to tell). her jawline and chin looks the same to me? I think the reason her face looks "strange" (speaking for myself) is she always wear really large circle lens, lots of BB cream; add that with a pale complexion and perfect doll hair. It can look unnatural at times. But I do think her face is natural, minus the potential possibility of a very minor eye tweak.

The boy group will debut soon (I'm guessing within the next 3-4 months); so maybe the GG would be toward the end of the year or next year (would make more sense)?

IMHO Jackson is a combination of very friendly + passionate personality + playful touchy feely guy + good fan service. Not gay. I think he's particularly close with Mark because of their cultural background and being able to converse in their native tongue + English in a Korean speaking country (obviously their personalities mesh well too). They probably bonded more than other members since their trainee days.

She obviously had tweaked her photos, but to me, she looks about 18-22. I feel if a girl does PS before she fully "grows" into her features, it can make her look more mature, aka older. I too, thought I was the only that thought so. I don't follow her or her group, and only know of her from the countless "amazing visuals" threads in this sub-forum. I remember the first time I saw her picture I felt kind of uncomfortable because there was something really awkward/strange about her face. It's even more apparent now that she doesn't have bangs anymore. === Also 200% agree with whoever said Yoona's got the PS game on lock. I think she's beautiful and whatever she had done looks very natural; but every other comeback or so she looks just a liiiiiitle different, but it's so subtle I felt maybe it was just makeup/hairstyle changes; then a year later I'm like wow she looks so much more beautiful than she did last year.

So.. Kihyun casually said he has the 3rd best body (I'm assuming 1 & 2 are Shownu and Wonho, not necessarily in that order). Potentially hiding abs.

I am wondering the same. He doesn't look drastically different from before, but to me there is a change. His nose for one, looks more refined now compare to before (IMHO). (photo credit google search) (top row is before. bottom two pictures are now-ish) I understand in the before pictures he's smiling, so his nose seems wider; but I don't know. There's something different about him I just can't put my finger on. If anything it doesn't look like he has gone under the knife, maybe just a filler and a shot here and there. Or it could very well be the case you know people gets better looking as they get more famous.

Your English is perfectly lovely I'm understand if two friends are very close and/or technically born in the same year according to the lunar calendar, they could speak to each other casually; but that's not really the case with Wonho, but like you said since his birthday falls on the first day of March, perhaps it's close enough? But remember in their Doeskpatch episode 9 during Yaja time? Wonho clearly said "I am 24 years old". I think it's the combination of him saying he's 24 years old himself, and the way he talks to Shownu that really confused me. But no matter, he's lovely at 23 or 24 :D

Once again I'm confused about Wonho's birthday. I vividly remember him using "yah" to Shownu, in fact it was even captioned (not English subs but actual Korean captions) during their must have boyfriend Doekspatch episode, and we know Shownu is a 92er, and Wonho always calls Shownu by his real name without any honorifics; then after their final "Hug" stage, Kihyun (93er) for sure said "HYUNG, you worked hard" to Wonho. Lol such a mysterious man happy birthday to him! What a cute pic!!

I agree with you, especially the bit about it should've been more energetic. I think it might be because the song has a complicated flow and kind of difficult to sing. 0(Young) had more of a distinctive beat and it was easier to follow. So cute! They seem the closest (along with Minhyuk) in the group :D Haha I think Kihyun is more of a ballad person but he can do hip hop really well from what we've seen so far. This might sound like a odd combination, and she's kind of a terrible rapper but I actually would be interested to see a Jooheon x Hyuna duet somewhere down the road, for they both have incredible stage presence/charisma.

I think initially he did his bridge; then from 2013 on, I think he may have had a tip reduction? because his nose was taller during his debut days, but these days they're also more narrow.

You seem to know the group well so would you happen to know how tall everyone is? All I remember was Gun said he's 174cm and Hyungwon is 181cm. Based on those two I'm guessing Shownu/I.M = 178cm-ish; Minhyuk, Jooheon, Wonho 176/177cm; then Kihyun being the most "petite" at 174/175cm?

His nose job is pretty apparent but I thought he had one of the nicer eye jobs in the industry; it's subtle but it made him much more charismatic. I'm not sure if he shaved his jaw but I do think he consistently gets shots. His face often look really bloated while his overall size hasn't changed. Oh wow, her face looks so different here. I always thought Ailee is a very pretty girl but seems like she's feeling the "pressure' of the industry; these days she's looking more and more cookie cutter, what a shame. === Anyone watched No Mercy (the Starship survival program that recently ended)? Any opinion on the final line up? I'm curious because most members seems to have double eyelids; and everyone, and I mean everyone has a beautiful tall nose.

I am in total agreement with what you said. Kihyun is a much stronger vocal than Junhoe, I also think there's more talent in MX. IMHO, they could've debuted the day after the show and they would've been ready. I didn't think iKON was in the same position when their survival show ended. I'm sure most agencies would love to get a piece of the Chinese market and Starship is no exception. In fact, the group just released 3 versions of their new year greetings and one of them is in Chinese: . They also released a version in English and I like how in the English version they greeted their fans with happy belated new year instead of just happy new year; because internationally new year is Jan 1st; while in the Chinese and Korean versions, they say happy new year because lunar new year is now. Shows they (or Starship) pays close attention to different cultures.
