  1. YASSSS YUKI GET THAT RECOGNITION. THAT YEN TOO.  :ahmagah:

Oh and by the way guys I found this little "short movie" while looking at director Nagata's twitter.

Its called "我愛你 (Wo Ai Ni) in TOKYO"

    Part 1

    Part 2

And some parts are in English too! Basically the girl is from Taiwan, Yuki's character is obviously Japanese. They both like each other but the girl has to go back to Taiwan, so she won't tell him directly she likes him. Yuki's character is more tsundere so you know he's not saying anything. So when the girl wants to express her true feelings to him she'll act like she's talking on the phone with someone else but in reality she's actually talking to Yuki's character.

Watch it, its really cute  :chu:

Hey, is the ItaKiss thread back? Why they deleted it in the first place?

  2. Nope, she wasn't popular prior to joining SNH. She became popular within the SNH fandom for the reasons I listed above, not because of any pre-debut model work.

That's fine! It was just a little misunderstanding.  :meow:

So she's one of the best singers? Can you show me her singing. I'm curious.

  3. Mina is the name of the fashion magazine she was in that I posted previews of, but I guess you weren't referring to those pictures when you were talking about pre-debut model work?

Hmm. I don't know. I saw some nice and professional pictures of her and I read somewhere that she worked before, so I thought she was a model before SNH and when she became a member she was already popular.

I'm now a SNH fan and I don't know then that well, BTW.

  4. Those Mina pictures aren't pre-debut, unless you're talking about something else? Anyways, she's not "famous for her selcas," lol. She's popular because she's one of the best singers in SNH (if not the best - it all depends on personal preference), she can dance well, she has a sweet personality and a beautiful face on top of all that. It also helps that she's very thoughtful and mature while still knowing how to be dorky and cute. She's very appealing, and easily what you'd call a triple threat.

Who are you talking about? I'm talking about Ju JingYi/Kiku-chan. O.o

  5. She's no longer a miss ^^ She married a non-celebrity man younger than her by 4 years. She's also pregnant atm, I'm not sure when she's due but it seems that the tour this year was delayed because of that.

    She does age well.

Here are some pictures of the booklet

    Loved the latest photos.

I finished watching the DVD. It was great, I feel Ban Chan's singing and vocal were really good, aside from a few instances like during Desire (which was performed with only piano) she obviously looked quite nervous with some heavy breathing as she sang the verses. Later on in DVD 2 where they sat with Seiji Kameda to talk over the live and the songs, she admitted that she was nervous during Desire. She even forgot a line of lyrics xD

Other than that, She sounded almost perfect! My favorite performances - TIME MACHINE (flawless), Special, Tsubasa no Keikaku. Special mentions for Azayaka na Hana (Ryo sang this himself alone with guitar, pretty cool and nice change of pace), Hand in Hand and We are. were beautiful. The only part I was bit disappointed was during Rakuen when Ryo changed the original guitar riff for the bridge, didn't sound as aggressive. I know they've done quite a number of changes from time to time for live concerts, and some I like, but some, I wish they retained the original.

About the MAIHAMA Amphitheater venue this time, wow...it took me a while to get used to the stage because it's semi-circle and huge! When Ban Chan stood in front and the bands a the back, I felt she looked lonely. But the huge stage also means they can run and jump around during upbeat songs a lot. Overall, I kinda like it.

    MC part

Ryo was way too cute to still use that pouch from ages ago. Ban Chan joked and asked whether he washes it.

And I didn't know Ban Chan has a rather serious case of temporary memory loss. Okay, that's over-exaggerating it haha...but her case of forgetfulness was quite shocking

Thanks for this review. Pretty interesting.
