Hyesung tends to sing in tenor range most often...but his whole range extends to baritone notes. He's not weighty enough to be an obvious baritone, but he definitely is very comfortable in baritone territory, note-wise. Like you, I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE Hyesung's butter lower range. STUNNING. He just glides over them low notes. If you look back in this thread you'll see my elaborate vocal flailings about Hyesung's low range xD. He did make the observation that everyone looks happy....I don't think that's to be overlooked; and if he did start to catch feelings for Seoul Girl, that would be another reason to get absorbed... Writers would have guts if they went that direction lol.

Disappointed with how dumb they're making Sanghwan. He should be smarter than that. Disappointed with how dumb they're making Sangmi, she keeps going in boldly to bring change/escape/rescue her mom, but has absolutely no plan and so is just killing herself... I wish someone came up with solid strategies... Nonetheless I need to see what becomes of this story.

PRECISELY. It kills me to see how these fans think that they own these guys!!! They are NOT your boyfriends, you do NOT know them personally, no matter how many times they call you princesses etc in their music. I would think COMMON SENSE would let them realise these things. Just as how, you want to meet someone irl, be with them and have a life, they want to do the same, and chances are it's gonna be someone who they have access to personally...which isn't you. Where on EARTH do they get off thinking that these guys belong to them? Yes you support them professionally and they wouldn't be where they are without the support...but that still don't mean they're your boyfriends...DEAL. LOL! Shinhwa ensures that misconception doesn't go anywhere.

You bettah speak the TRUTH! Pioneers will stay pioneering so that others can see that it is possible. Folk will have to get used to it~~

Thanks for sharing and I'm glad you feel safe enough to share that here ^_^ I like other groups along with Shinhwa (mainly Super Junior at this point), so it's all good. I'm not the kind of fan with the mentality that you must only like ONE group at a time. This ain't a marriage after all lol. Also, if you feel yourself drifting away from Shinhwa because you don't like recent music, that's understandable. It happens to everyone, don't beat yourself up for that. I have Shinhwa songs I love and Shinhwa songs I don't, but I stay a fan of them because I think as a group they are incredibly interesting and admirable...plus I STILL like their current music. Maybe not everything from the last album, but I liked quite a number of songs from it, so I'm still on board. The only thing I have to disagree about, is your opinion on Eric's marriage. If you're hurt by it, then there's nothing we can do about that. That's your feeling. However, I feel like the image of Eric being married and the rest of Shinhwa members looking dapper as his groomsmen standing right behind him is a BEAUTIFUL DREAM. It's a group so solid, and so firm, that a member can get married and the rest of them are all for it to the point where they are ALL his groomsmen AND STILL ACTIVE AS A GROUP! Usually when this happens, the member might have their other family and friends as members of the bridal party and then their group members would be guests and maybe do a song. Also, when this happens, the group is usually broken up already. But here! We have a group, still together, still active, the leader is getting married and considers his members AS FAMILY enough to have his groomsmen be THEM. Everyone grows up. EVERYONE GETS OLDER. That is a fact of life and the longer people try to avoid that, the more miserable they will become. It is a mark of beauty when you show how well things can work and how joyous it can STILL be, when you do get older and do it with positivity. Shinhwa is showing that here...I don't think I've actually ever seen it before in the idol world. Eric, his bride AND his bros for life and group members ALL here celebrating. It is a wonderful picture that shows that you don't have to automatically throw away one thing to take up another. It will be interesting to see how he balances all this...but I'm sure he'll get it done. Plus if Shinhwa is willing, they'll keep going for another LOOOONG time...even after OTHER MEMBERS GET MARRIED! Plus, how fitting is it that the leader get married first? LOL. After all this, fans can choose to leave and cling to another group (who guess what...if they stick around long enough, will end up doing/would love to do THE SAME THING LOL...but they probably won't stick around long enough), or they can mope about their beloved moon leader actually belonging to an actual real life woman now, OR, they can celebrate the bold move of the leader of this pioneer group and continue hanging on for the ride, as these men walk through life balancing fans, career and personal lives...figuring it all out just as we have to do, and doing it beautifully for the most part in a way other idols can't even bother to do. /epistle LOL I know that was long, and I hope it didn't come off as too strong.

Oh gosh, I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE Black haired Syung to no end LOL. I think he looks so mysterious in it. Maybe because we see him in dark blonde/brown hair most of the time...so when he goes black, it's striking. Imo.
