  1. THERE SHOULD BE A RESTRICTION ON PEOPLE WIT OVER 1 MILLION TO RECEIVE DONATIONS! Greedy fucks, Mary Antoinette's of the forum!

"Donate me 17 trillion won, even tho I already have 33 trillion I really want to make it to 50 TRILLION  :ahmagah:  :chu: "

  2. Name: Juggernaut aka Stephanie

Goal: Enough to get me a new name and a member title onegaishimasu. I've spent 30 mins gambling with mystery won but I can't take it anymore, it's RIGGED!

Reason: My name stinks, and I have no member title. I don't  think legend is an accurate description for me.

  3. She should let max matsuura chain him up in ami suzuki's dungeon, now that it's vacant.

She decided Maro was gonna be her male lead in those PV's and to spark some publicity for that 15th anniversary she claimed they were actually in love. She regrets it half-way through the 15th anniversary promotions and kicks him to the curb. She obviously wants him to talk, she wants it for her image, I mean her career and private life was so controlled and secretive, it would be strange that he doesn't get a gag order, I believe her first husband did (Nagase didn't need one, he's an idol, he has his own stuff to deal with).

    Scrumptious tea.

You can't work the Japanese media in that way, like how they do in hollywood. It will always backfire on you.

Her first husband's situation was weird. It was like she cut him off financially. I got his photobook from him via EBay and he did some low budget commercial for some Japanese language school in LA.

I believe that was also another failed promotional tactic. She wanted to create some noise to promote Love songs, or maybe just to promote herself. Her english was weak, and he didn't speak a word of Japanese. How did they communicate? And the fact she got hitched in vegas just made it ever more sus.

  4. Although I would like more production value in a Namie PV, (BRIGHTER DAY looked like a H&M ad), they just aren't really her thing.

    Oh god, it really did...

But it made for good gif sets tbh.

  5. i just saw namie's song with jloin tsai oi whatever

    man its actually really good

and thats a top level production value ont he MV

    that must be Jolin's staff

i wish Namie's videos were that good

Namie's videos are very hit or miss. It is rather annoying to see artist that are not as popular/don't rake in as much money as Namie, have such strong videos. Jolin turned it out in her last album, almost every song had a video. It just goes to show you don't necessarily need a high budget to shoot a creative video. Although I'm not sure if this is a reflection on the artist themselves or the directors in japan.

  6. Thank you very much! I'm still looking up some other opinions (here in my country there is a shop that sells at a lower price, but it will be available only 1-2 months after the release and I'm really determined to get this album as fast as I can). But I think I will be going with CDJapan ^^

No problem. CDJapan is a safe bet, shipping will cost you though.

  7. Hi guys! Could you help me a bit? I would like to pre-order the album (cd only or cd-dvd ver.) but I don't know where I shoud order it from. I'm from Hungary and right now I can't afford to buy more than one album (since I usually buy 3-4 albums at once to lower the shipping fee), so which site would be the best in you opinion?

That's actually what I was just discussing. I ordered from HMV japan but I'm thinking of canceling my order. I looked up some reviews and apparently they're not as fast as CDJapan, and they tend to fold their posters (big no no for me) CDJapan place their posters in a tube. I usually order from CDjapan when it comes to pre-ordering albums. I never had any problems with them, and I usually receive the album day of release, or a few days after at most.

  8. Seems like the "_genic" teaser from Youtube has been playing on TV quite a lot already.

If there's anything I've learned from following J-Pop all these years, it's that every artist's process is different. Namie understands her own style better than anyone and knows what works for her and what doesn't, so if one day is good enough for her, then so be it. Though I have to imagine after she picked the songs there was a whole lot of other work that went into them that we haven't heard about.

Still, that must have been an intense listening session. I wonder what it was like to sit in on that  :omg:

Whatever works for you! I prefer CD Japan usually, but I pre-ordered from Amazon Japan this time. Hoping they'll ship it fast come June so I don't have a super long wait.

Have you tried HMV japan? if you have how long do they usually take?

  9. I finally caved and started watching SNK. The reason why I held off for so long, is because of the muscles/flesh that the titans have. It's a pet peeve of mine ever since I was very young. I can't stand looking at bare muscles. I got over it now, and honestly I did not expect to like it this much...

  10. I was bummed out when I learned that Brighter Day wasn't being included but now I actually think it's a good thing. As long as the album is more cohesive.

At least with brighter day not being added, we have more content to fill any upcoming compilation album. Although I don't want to see one anytime soon.
