  1. Almost 24 hours later and I'm still in limbo. So confusing.

TTS had the fansign the night before and fans said they looked happy, nothing was amiss. After that, Tiffany even posted having a late night snack with Sunny. And then fast forward hours later, Jessica is forced out and you see the members at the airport with very telling expressions, even though most of them were wearing sunglasses.

So, was she forced out early in the morning? Isn't that the most inopportune time? Like, why suddenly hours before their departure to China? It doesn't even make sense.

I also can't process if it turned out that SM told Jessica that it was a mutual decision between the company and the group to force her out, when you see their faces at the fan meet like they're barely enjoying it.

We all want answers that SM will never share to us.

  3. What I don't understand is the real reason behind this sudden departure of Jessica. Yes, a lot of us were already aware of someone in SNSD leaving the group, but they all renewed their contracts. It just seems so abrupt.

Also, if SM really wanted BLANC's profits, they should've gotten involved just when it was just being built. You do not build a big business that caters internationally just for a few months. That takes a very long while, even the planning itself will take a lot of months or maybe even a year or two. It would be impossible for SM not to have known her plans.

Why offer a renewal of contract to her just so you can kick her out and destroy SNSD's image in the process? I'm sure each and one of them were involved in the conditions of their contract.  It just doesn't add up.

There could've been a massive trigger that made SM force her out. And I'm not sure if we'll ever find out.

I just hope people don't point fingers. The whole group is the victim here. They all went through everything to have reached this far. I wish after all this mess, they would still stay friends, that's the most important part. They were all a family, not only the members, but the members' families as well. And they are most likely suffering through this, too.

I hate how people are jumping the gun that their friendship was fake. You can't just fake 8+ years (most of them more than a decade) of friendship. Majority of those years were spent under scrutiny. They themselves have admitted their friendship weren't perfect, that they had fights, big ones or stupid ones. I just hope they survive well after this mess. I won't leave this fandom. I love them all, whether they're in the group or not.

  4. SM: "This spring, Jessica herself said that due to personal reasons, she would stop group activities after one album promotion. With Jessica's sudden words, the company and Girls' Generation members have been continuously thinking and working hard to have Girls' Generation promote in a good direction (this line confused me while tling, so apologies if it doesn't make sense). Recently, Jessica started a fashion-related business while there were lacking mediation in orders of priority with Girls' Generation's promotions and interests. Despite continuous discussions, we've gotten to the point where the group cannot be maintained. We couldn't help but decide to move up Girls' Generation promoting as 8 than initially planned. During the announcement and process, Jessica made her posts today at dawn, her time. The 8-member Girls' Generation and Jessica's individual activities will continue with unchanged support and management." cr ch0sshi
