Mamamoo has consistently been #1 on MelOn which is the biggest chart by far. It's like 60% of all digital sales so while the competition is tight if they can maintain that spot they will most likely top Gaon (though maybe not since they released late in the week). Inkigayo is going to be really competitive. They'll have a small boost from physical sales but Moomoos will need to stream the mv more so they don't lose too badly in that category. The "so-called" controversy is the most ridiculous thing. Clearly taken out of context and if it were me I would keep it up and never apologize but whatever I guess RBW doesn't want anymore drama after all the mess the group has gone through this year. Music show wise, if the chart rankings keep up Mamamoo will definitely have a shot at winning. They'll definitely be boosted by album sales, but Moomoos should focus on streaming on YouTube. We're not gonna have a crazy amount of views but you just need enough to get as many points as possible. Also, mmm did release on Thursday so that may lower their chances. But strangely while the charts are really competitive the actual music show competition isn't that much. I think we're all sensitive to that. Also the part Moonbyul was concerned about was a bit much (Moonbyul doesn't seem the type to just swagger in the room and declare her age). I think she's joking. Clearly you can see her smiling. I didn't really have an issue with the editing. Yes they laid on the tough unnie stuff a bit thick but you can clearly see how much respect the other girls have with her. Also Mamamoo as a whole are very outgoing and blunt compared to a lot of other groups. It's not as noticeable when they are amongst themselves but I've definitely noticed that they do tend to take the reins when interacting with other groups especially their juniors. It's so weird to watch Moonbyul do that much choreo. You know how Mamamoo is. Even though the level of choreo has increased, they rarely follow it after the first week of promotions lol. New Mamamoo Thug Life

To me it's not unusual for acts to team up together and hold concerts. In fact I think it should happen more often in Kpop. Usually we get family concerts where the groups all come from the same company but this girl crush was a good idea. I remember when IOI was invited as a guest at the first Moosical; that was really cool. I guess the downside is that usually acts don't collab as the logistics for two acts under two companies can get messy. But still it sounded like a good time Th Sent from my iPhone using OneHallyu

Some music shows use youtube views as criteria. But as Mamamoo isn't actively promoting anything right now, it wouldn't really have much of an effect. Fans just like hitting milestones for bragging rights and what not.
