At least the fact that you can find 100+ upvotes on nonsense proves that mmm is popular. It comes with the territory. Also, people have different tastes. I think Mamamoo comes off as really authentic and that's why people, especially other women like them. And I've believed this for a while when they were nugu. More than not actively trying to stop them, I hope RBW acknowledges them one day. I do think that when RBW hired J-Pink & Pinky Cheeks to perform on stage with Mamamoo at the MelOn Music Awards, they knew exactly who they were and what it would look like going into it though. I don't know if Wheein is wearing any extensions or if her hair is really getting that long. I kinda miss Solar's long hair too lol. I prefer Wheein and Solar with long hair. Moonbyul's hair black. and I prefer Hwasa with shorter, darker hair even though she is rocking the extensions this comeback.

TBH, some of the worries here are way overblown and glossing over the fact that moomoos are just coming off of having to send letters to RBW over Decalcomanie and Moosical. If Mamamoo was going to change into robots who couldn't do anything, you would think that those two situations which made international and domestic news would do it. But Mamamoo seems fine and they'll be fine after this. EDIT: And from what I know about the project after contacting them about it (I had some concerns about the execution of this project myself), i-moomoos and k-moomoos are working together on this. It's one thing to not participate in the project, but why would you assume that fellow moomoos would want to send something hateful and hurtful to mamamoo?

I watched their other reaction and liked it. And I really liked this video. The moomoo they brought on did a stellar job representing Mamamoo. She was really sweet too. Also more proof that stuff like WGM helped the group's visibility. I still maintain that the guy is a stealth moomoo.

It's probably better for the group if it's not live. Cause you don't want someone really getting smashed and going crazy. Even that one incident where Solar got tipsy and started crying is probably something they dont want to show off for a celebratory thing. But live or not, I fully believe the girls were drunk. I just wanted to point out that this week had no big comebacks and that even though Mamamoo may be ending promotions this week, they could still win some music awards next week. For example, they could win a triple crown at m!countdown, and they can win shows like Show Champion, Music Bank, Music Core, Inki, etc. So you should still consider voting for them and streaming the mv/song. Also in other news that I think a few folks might consider surprising, Mamamoo is even surpassing their previous performance in America. Those comments from netizenbuzz is one of the reasons why Yes I Am is a perfect song for them to promote. One of the things that I like about Hwasa is she really doesn't give a fuck about what people say about her. She knows she's sexy and her voice is amazing and brings everyone to the yard. Those comments sound jealous lol.

I was watching today's inkigayo performance and I thought the fur coats were too bulky and cumbersome. Mamamoo seemed to be having problems moving around with them even though they worked it out because they are professionals. It's a case of looked interesting on paper, but not a stage outfit. Speaking of not a (tv) stage outfit. I don't think that they could wear the moosical outfits, especially Solar and most especially Hwasa. Re Hwasa: The pantsuit version was modified from the dress which was even more risque, but the pantsuit is still see through and i'm not sure that would fly on korean television. I even noticed that she had to change up the see through t-shirt and bra she wore during YIA MV to a see through t-shirt and camisole when Mamamoo wore the red outfits on TV. If she couldn't even get away with the original YIA outfit, idk about the moosical outfit.

I think Mamamoo will most likely get nominated for every music show next week. I think they will definitely win The Show Most likely win Show Champion, M!Countdown and Music Core And tossups are Music Bank and Inkigayo (but lowkey I think they can win those too) I'm just anticipating close upsets like ytb last year where they had a few shows where they lost by double digits or in some cases single digits

A correction: 2. I checked and Music Bank uses the Hanteo chart instead of Gaon. Depending on when the usbs were released for sale, 0 points last week but points this week could make sense. But the other two points I had still stand

Some thoughts: 1. I have no idea where this chart was taken from. I went to the Music Bank site and nothing has been posted there, check for yourself: http://www.kbs.co.kr/2tv/enter/musicbank/hotnews/chart/index.html 2. Last week, G-dragon had no album points (ìŒë°˜ ì 수) which made sense b/c IIRC MuBank uses Gaon's album chart and Gaon had decided not to count any of the usb sales as album sales. But this chart shows that he did get album points which is a sudden reversal. 3. The digital points seem completely off...don't see how Blackpink or G-dragon have higher digital scores that Mamamoo who charted above them this week.

Found this reaction interesting to watch: The two reactors are Koreans who are "muggles" which means that they aren't stans of any idol group. So it was really interesting to see what they actually knew about Mamamoo. You can watch the video but I'm gonna go over what stood out to me here. 1. Both instantly chanted "Mamamoo" in the style of the "Mamamoo Mamamoo" melody in Taller Than You/1CM Pride. Even though the song didn't quite make it to the year end charts, despite selling well for a B-side, it's clear that it was ridiculously impactful with the general public. I think that is why Kim Do Hoon tried to work the same kind of magic with Aze Gag. Personally, I think had RBW given it the same pre-release treatment as Taller Than You, the song would have done far better. Even released along with the rest of Purple, Azegag seems to be doing the best out of the b-sides. 2. The guy reactor knew their names. I'm not sure how, lol. Mamamoo, while they're getting better at doing more varieties, still aren't all over the place. 3. Both think that they will last a long time as a group. I agree. I think as long as they're all still interested in sticking together, they'll stick together. 4. Honestly, I think the guy isn't quite a muggle lol. Or RBW's image making for Mamamoo is that strong. Because he listed all the Mamamoo talking points: unique, beagles, good friends, etc. 5. I had to laugh when the girl was like "My friends called me a Wheein". First off, I guess her friends are fans. Which judging by my estimate of her age (college student), isn't really surprising. Probably Mamamoo's key demo. But also I think it once again speaks to how each member stands out as a unique character. I think a lot of times idols, especially female idols get classified as pretty, or good singer/good dancer. Good to see that perhaps people are getting to know a little of their personalities. 6. Guy knew Moonbyul was the rapper. Honestly, he's a closet fan. He knows too much! lol
