Realistically speaking the only way a new girl group is coming so soon after Itzy is if they’re a completely different type of group compared to Twice and Itzy.. like a vocal oriented group.. let’s keep in mind that JYP said about JYPNGG [itzy] were coming in 2017.. I think the Japanese girl group is a priority right now and JYP’s next Korean girl group comes later.. like 2021 at the earliest tbh.. idk I just don’t see it .. unless it’s a volcally oriented group .. which I also don’t see happening personally .. I think if Lily was going to debut in a group she would have debuted in Itzy.. JYP doesn’t have any real soloists except for Ayeon and Bernard and they need a new one to beef up and diversify their artists to promote the “leader in entertainment†brand There’s so much potential in the 2003 + liners. But who knows if they’ll all stay .. if we’re going by jyp’s track record half will most likely leave ..

I know .. it’s irritating at this point ... I haven’t been this excited for a debut/comeback in a really long time .. and it’s killing me ..

By the looks of it we’re gonna get something for every letter in “ITZ DIFFERENT†too .. not just ITZY.. honestly the prolonging and overuse of teasers in KPOP as a whole is really getting old

I’ve seen so many tweets saying that Itzy are “copying†black pink and RV.. and some say that they feel like Miss A.. but idk I keep getting 2NE1 vibes from them.. from their prologue and especially their teaser images .. maybe it’s the “I’m different†theme they’re going for .. idk .. but tbh it just works

Its been such a long time since I posted here... I can't wait for Elris to ditch the cute concepts and come out with something more pop-ish... they were going in the right track with Sohee's Hurry Up.. just continue going in that direction for the group.. give us a song that showcases Bella's rapping and their dancing overall.. they have a strong dance line!

random fact.. Ryujin is the only idol from JYPE to have a stage name that starts with an R since Rain.. Ryujin the dragon is here to slay ~

This might seem like an unpopular opinion but I want JYP to produce their title track.. I can’t stand the man but I love his music ..

This is by far my favorite performance from Ryujin in MIXNINE.. I hope we get to see Itzy go for this type of concept in the future

Rumors going around about SM trademarking “Spry†as a name .. and a former trainer had an AMA on Reddit and she mentioned that the girls are already training hard and if she stayed she would have waited 5+ years to debut

It’s way too early in the year but I think the biggest competition for the girls right now is probably Cherry bullet and SMNGG IF they end up coming this year .. but i have faith.. they gotta keep the tradition of a jyp gg roty award

To the 5 girls of ITZY Yeji - she came like a wrecking ball in Stray Kids' first episode and I loved her so much.. she then showed up in Fans and showed us the duality of her stage presence and talent.. Ryujin - Mixnine may have been a flop but she was incredible through out.. not only is she talented and pretty but she's kindhearted and humble too Lia - Our main vocal! we never had much information about her while in JYP but she was fast tracked into the debut team and I can't wait to see what she has to offer! for what we've seen already.. It got me hyped Chaeryeong - Granted I was always on the fence about her debuting in JYP but in hindsight I am so glad she is finally debuting .. She is talented and the Chae sisters will be a force to reckon with in the future Yuna - Our visual maknae.. I wasn't sure if she was going to debut due to her age but I am glad that she is.. She's so damn pretty I can't wait to see how talented she is.. ITZY may not have been the line up I wanted but I think they're perfect as they are... they match each other so well and I think they will have an amazing debut !!! To the 5 girls I really wanted in this group some point in the past.. Somi - She may not have debuted with ITZY but she will always have a special place in my heart.. Lily M - It would make sense for JYP to not add her to Itzy seeing as she has the most potential amongst the trainees to do well as a soloist.. and with JYP only having Ayeon/ Yubin as full on soloists now.. it seems like her debut is coming closer.. Sieun - To me she was a full package in terms of being a celebrity.. It looks like she will continue to be an actress with JYP and she's already winning awards so she's killing it! Eunsoo - She was the "next suzy" in the making.. and I really had high expectations for her as an idol.. but the more time passed the less likely it seemed she would be an idol/singer.. regardless she is a fantastic actress and she is also killing it and winning awards left and right.. cementing herself as one of JYP's aces in acting Hanseol - She was the only I really wanted since the very beginning.. even before SIXTEEN's line up was confirmed.. I was always so curious about her and what was so special about her and I was really disappointed when she left.. I have no idea what she's up to now and I can't wait to see what she does.. In conclusion .. ITZY my girls.. Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong & Yuna.. welcome to JYP NATION and I can't wait to see what's to come.. and to Lily, Eunsoo, Sieun, Hanseol and especially Somi.. I wish you all nothing but the best in your career paths and I can't wait to see what the future has planned for you..

Seeing Itzy's prologue really got me into my feelings about Somi leaving again.. I grew to love Somi more then I have ever expected and I will continue to support her no matter where her career path takes her.. I wish her nothing but the best and I have no doubt in my mind that she is going to be amazing no matter what... A star is a star! she will always have a special place in my heart.. <3

With Twice and Got7 their schedules are based on their tours/international activities not really around other artists in jyp.. it hasn’t been that way in a long time with the company .. they’re probably coming in March
