That’s exactly my point actually .. the general public aren’t typically watching idol shows.. only KPOP fans end up watching survival shows .. all the other KPOP survival shows flopped post Produce 101 .. Unit, Mixnine, Stray Kids, KPOPStar6 etc.. it’s just over saturated in my opinion.. There is already a lot of interest for the girl group and JYP are good with mediaplay so just give them a strong debut song and they’re golden .. honestly I don’t want the line up to be dictated by fans .. they should be well balanced and up to standard from the get go.. give Lily OSTs.. Ryujin, Somi and Eunsoo featurings/CFs etc.. hire big producers for their bsides and give them multiple MVs anything ..

Stray Kids wasn't a good show tbh.. it was very poorly done and the format/editing was bad too.. it was obviously scripted and the variety segments were ruined by the whole "someone will be eliminated drama" idk overall I don't think they need any of that type of predebut activities.. I'd rather they just invest it all in their debut with multiple music videos and performance videos and bringing back the "REAL" episodes on Youtube/VAPP like for 2PM and GOT7 etc.. Something I enjoyed from both SIXTEEN and Stray Kids are the unit performances.. I still go back to watch sixteen videos tbh.. but that could easily be done later on as well I really don't think they need a survival show format at all.. Just really work hard on their debut and continue to support them .. Stray Kids have debuted over a month ago and they havent been on any variety shows yet.. its pretty disappointing on JYP's part

Am I the only one who doesn't want SIXTEEN 2?? I really don't think this group needs a survival show.. all JYP needs to do is give them a solid debut song and mediaplay the heck out of them with Somi, Ryujin, Lily and Eunsoo's achievements/popularity and being "Twice's little sisters"

Yuna S is my pick for the maknae!!! She fits perfectly inline with the visual maknae trend with JYP girl groups.. Sohee, Suzy, Tzuyu and now Yuna!! She’s truly beautiful she has a very charming smile

I wish JYP went ahead with a Japan team like they planned to do 5 years ago with Momo, Mina, Sana, Sika and Mone.. I think having Mashiro and Mako is a strong basis for a dance team based on their JYP auditions.. and they're both really pretty all they needed was 3 more members and they would have a great girl group.. Twice are doing amazingly well in Japan and 2PM still have a strong following with J-Hottests.. I am sure JYP could have utilized their connections to have a girl group exclusively for Japan

While that could be a possibility.. because Day6 sort of had that same promo predebut with instagram [before we even knew Dowoon was in the geoup] however I highly doubt it .. we knew that JYP were going to cut people soon since there are 20+ girls right now .. I also think if it was the case then Ryujin would open an SNS account too.. or Eunsoo or Lily ? Idk I feel like the timing just makes sense right now
