Wow this was actually an interesting interview. It’s interesting to hear that she’s not that passionate about performing.

yu yan has been through ENOUGH pls

I was horrified after watching this, the fact that these kids were forced to send sexual videos at the age of 12…40 years is way too little.
How did all of the buyers get away with this? And if they’re not gonna be punished by law their names and faces should be shared.

Lol, your absolute dedication to pushing the "molka" angle is amazing.
The accuser would have many reasons to settle on a deal, in that she has nothing to gain at this point. She wanted an apology, they refused, she exposed them, they threatened her with lawsuits, she dropped a warning shot of evidence, it made national news, the department of education backed her up, HYBE has shown zero evidence for their claims that Garam was also a victim, in fact they keep backsliding it more and more, while going from "she never bullied anyone" to "ok, she did, but it wasn't that bad".... the victim is winning, but.... there is no real end game beyond going to court, winning and getting.... nothing, while taking abuse from the crazy stans.
Her best move now is to wring out a settlement that includes a public apology, lawyers' fees... and maybe some money for her suffering. HYBE will eventually cave is my guess, and they'll be trying to pay more money for a mealy worded half apology that might let them keep Garam.
I hope they don’t settle but you’re right. This whole process is painful and expensive and there’s likely to be no real punishment for Garam so at least being able to cover the cost of legal fees and the time the mother spent away from work/anything whilst trying to prevent her daughter from committing suicide and watching her 24/7.

Well…at least he’ll get the jail experience for a while.

This is quite a reach. They both went to the same spot within four months of each other so they must be dating?

Ugh her behaviour is just infuriating and the fact that she was able to get away with this for so long. It’s good that she was delusional enough to become an idol because now her character has been permanently exposed.

I mean, that's assuming they are all into girls in the first place. I know some fans don't like to believe it but some idols are gay. That being said, people are still ridiculous about male and female idols dating each other or anyone that isn't them basically. The "oppa is mine crowd" can be loud and nasty but it's a different type of toxic reaction to the "x can't be gay or bi or anything but straight" crowd who go nuts when you suggest an idol could LGBT or use instances like this to "prove" that someone isn't gay and try and make you feel like an idiot for thinking it.
oh didn't you know gay/bi men have to walk around with a neon sign that says I LIKE DICK otherwise they're straight?

what a predictable comment. There is nothing deluded about thinking idols are gay. Plenty of them will be. That is a fact. Shippers are different and don't actually accept gay idols. People say how hard it is for male and female idols to date each other or member of the public of the opposite gender, then ignore the fact that some idols will be LGBT and probably won't ever come out because of bigoted idiots who would turn on them and attack them. But sure, let's laugh at people who think idols are LGBT. It's deluded to think that none of them are and only talk about them with the opposite gender like LGBT don't exist in idol world even though they obviously do and people who have been in the industry have talked about it.
fr they act like an idol can only be gay if they act like jo kwon like....lgbt people dont walk around with signs on their heads, if anything they'd hide it.

to the victim, it remains a lifelong trauma that does not go away until they die even when they reach adulthood. It's still hard for me to get out from these memories...
This is really saddening.

OH WOW the flower pot thing....Jesus Christ what a demon child. I don't think the smoking/drinking/skipping class should be linked to violent behaviour though but im not surprised Knetz would link that to it
In the UK/US I would agree but from what I’ve heard it seems like drinking/smoking strongly correlates with iljin behaviour.

The translation of Source/HYBE's statement I read, this whole case is even messier than before. They're going for the angle that Garam was acting in self-defense of a friend because Eunseo posted indecent photos of Garam's friend, Eunseo admits to school violence committee she did this, and then the school violence committee decided Garam was a bully, and not Eunseo. Neither side is actually providing the school violence committee report though, or the text messages between Garam and Eunseo, etc. This whole thing is just getting uglier and uglier.
So….they’re claiming that eunseo basically posted pictures of an underaged girl in her underwear and yet received no documented punishment from the school or even the law? Is that not close to child pornography?
And yet it is on record that the school violence committee was called for garam, the same person that never swore, smoked, drank, insulted other artists in her life (according to her company).
Makes no sense.

This "shy and cutesy" personality vibe seems like the type that many would go for to hide their past actions and contradict them. Really reminds me of Soojin's off stage personality,
So true. If you do that act then when a scandal crops up all your fans will be like omg my soft tofu would never!!!
-
LMAO she got kicked out of school and was like 'shiiit i dont need you anyway i'm gonna live my dream!' Whoops.
And idk if sis was as quiet as she says she is if she was notorious for iljin behaviour to the point that students from other schools knew her.
-
If HYBE carries on like this the law firm will release the text messages and SBS will release the contents of the school violence document most likely before the end of tomorrow. She's already finished but her company are making it worse. Mess.
Anyway she deserves to have her actions exposed. You can't come into the public eye looking for fame and pretending to be innocent when in reality you made other people's lives hell.

I'm seriously so glad that the victim is getting justice. Hopefully they can receive monetary compensation too, if the mother is employed then she has been out of work for 2 months. And in a country where education is so important this will affect the victim a lot.
But I'm laughing at the people sending messages like 'if you mess with lesseraflm (w/e it is idk) dig your grave'. They just debuted why do you even care so much about her?! Are these people being paid by someone? It makes no sense to have such aggressive fans straight after debuting.
-
So she bullied someone to the point that they attempted suicide and then tried to twist the situation to blame the victim and make it look like she was being bullied herself? And the victim is on round the clock suicide watch? And still believes she can stay in the group?
To quote knetz, ‘ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ’
