  1. Like, at the same time or? Just kidding. No idea if that's true, but he wouldn't be the first gay guy to experiment with girls (Jaejoong's pre-debut girlfriend, anyone?). He could be bi too, or mostly romantically attracted to boys, but still enjoying sex with both. The idea of Sehun with a girl though... It seems a bit surreal.
  2. Well, the point of WGM is specifically to put non-straight idols in a fake straight relationship. (See Key, Heechul, Jokwon...) So why indeed, would he be in a fake marriage with a guy? Better wait until real gay marriage is legal, and him ready to come out his fans ready to listen to him when he comes out.
  3. You know what? I actually did the exact same thing, because I NEVER remember if it's Jin Yihan or Yin Jihan. So I googled him, added "Jaejoong" to be sure it was the right guy, and I clicked on this photo... Then I thought "yeah okay, Photoshop again, they're probably trying to pretend Yunho is jealous or something". And I watched again. And I realised it WASN'T actually Yunho. It's not that obvious in other pictures, but this one... wow. Edit: Yihan comes at 1'50. Then Jaejoong alternates between touching him (a lot) and being flustered (a lot) for the whole video. Also: https://jyj3.net/2014/05/27/trans-140527-jin-yihan-talks-about-his-friendship-with-kim-jaejoong/ "I’m very close to Jaejoongie. When we were in MBC drama ‘Dr. Jin’, Jaejoongie even said “let’s live togetherâ€. I guess it’s because he only has sisters. Jaejoongie’s mother likes me even more." I think Jaejoong had a (probably quite one-sided) crush for a little while.
  4. I still don't know whether Changmin likes/is attracted to men or not, but I'm pretty sure he likes AND is attracted to women. So there is that. I think his behaviour with Jaejoong back in the days was a bit weird too... but to the point that I think he was into him? Not sure at all tbh. When I say Jaejoong "pings" less, it doesn't mean that I think he isn't gay, just that it isn't always obvious, at least for a very casual fan, and especially when he's alone. If I had just started to know about him, I could very well believe that he is attracted to girls (and who knows? Maybe he is. I do think he's gay though). He's very playful, very flirty sometimes. With girls, with boys... But I see it as fanservice usually. That, and his craving for attention and love. One thing that has been said about Taeyong is actually quite interesting, and can be applied to Jaejoong. I don't follow NCT, and I believe that SM's cloning habits are not enough to compare behaviours... BUT. Jaejoong does change when he's with men around his age (like, not 15 nor 50), and especially men he's (I believe) attracted to. His behaviour with, for instance Yunho and Jin Yihan is really specific. He gets softer. Almost "submissive" I'd say? (I don't mean it in a sexual way, just... really really softer). He used to get more "feminine" almost, when he was next to Yunho, even though that's not the best way to describe it. And he was like a puppy with Yihan. Also, as a side note. Yunho is 31 (32 in Korea). Taeyong is 22 (23). It's not unheard of, and it's (imo) okay. Not that I think there is anything between them (it would be SO random). But everyone is acting as if the age difference made it impossible. Like... no... 9 years is fine, as long as both are consenting adults.
  5. Most people think he's straight??? Not on this thread at least. I think the popular opinion is that he's gay, but not likely to come out because of his family. And it is quite likely that these two had something going on, whatever it might have been. Their acting abilities were far to low to be able to make their interactions believable, especially behind the scenes, if it was all fanservice. I agree on the fact that he "pings" more than Jaejoong these days. Jaejoong could actually pretend if he wanted. He manages to have some chemistry with girls in his dramas, flirts with his female fans during concerts... Yunho, imo, cannot. This role falls to Changmin (who doesn't seem to mind ).
  6. Yeah... it seems suspicious if he doesn't even end up in public service... I didn't know how to bring it up in the main thread without angering people/bringing too much attention to it, but I'm worried... At least his job as an actor shouldn't suffer from it (unlike many common jobs), and I'd rather have him not serving than being targeted as "the gay one" in the army/public service... I don't know how the public will take it though... But they'll have to justify it with something else than "bone injuries". And the only reason left is "mental illness", right? They wouldn't say "he's gay, he can't serve". But they let Leeteuk serve until the end, will probably put TOP in active service after everything... We'll have to wait...
  7. Oh, some of them do, believe me! (not relevant to the thread, but I had to, sorry)
  8. What they mean is not that being a guy is fragile. It is that for some men (and for a huge part of society, let's be honest), masculinity is only defined by being manly, liking women...etc. As if a man wouldn't be a "real" man if he wasn't straight or if he didn't conform to gender roles, or if he chose an alternative gender expression. If we define masculinity with such concepts, then yes, masculinity IS fragile. Because it stands on fragile bases.
  9. I agree to some extent, but there are quite a few exceptions. Yunho is never described as bisexual. People who question Siwon's sexual orientation usually label him as either straight or gay... Same for TOP. I'm talking about older groups though, so maybe also slightly older fans, with a little bit more experience? I don't know.
  10. Hangeng is slightly younger. Gunhee is probably the same age since they were together in school. I don't know about the others?? Apart from his serious crush on Gackt, of course (is Gack a shady old man? ) He's aging quite well so far. His questionable taste in clothes and hair style is entirely his responsibility though. He annoys me sometimes too, but seeing him on Jaejoong's instagram made my day They can talk about their respective crushes on Japanese rock singers (and watch Moonchild on repeat) while bitching about SM.
  11. I'm pretty sure I'm reading too much into this, so this is likely off-topic. (But this is a nice listen anyway imo, the song is great!!). Gummy's new song:
  12. I saw the video on here a while ago and I was wondering... Isn't it Heechul singing there? It seems like his voice, especially at the beginning, not that much toward the end. gunheenim Marry me #marryme#darling
  13. Yes, of course. I consider family part of society actually, but you're right, I should have explained this. Yunho's parents are quite a mystery for me (memories of the GFF 2015 resurface...) And I agree, I thought he would be more... well, Jaejoong after the army. I don't think his career is at risk actually, but JYJ's is, definitely. He and Junsu have been kind of supportive of Yoochun so far, talking about him... etc. So I suppose they were trying to salvage his career more than theirs? Jaejoong seems attached to the idea of a group too. I believe Yoochun and Junsu helped him quite a lot after the lawsuit. Jaejoong and his abandonment issues... Also, we have to remember that Jaejoong isn't done with the army just yet. I don't remember how long it lasts, but they have duty for a while after being discharged (which Heechul didn't have because he did a public service). And considering what is going on in the army right now , he's right to be cautious about his sexual orientation.
  14. I believe the wife would know... I mean, if we know (supposing he is actually gay), then she'll have to know too, even if she comes from a quite strict upbringing. I don't think he would convince himself that he's straight/bi (unless he is of course. Bi that is, no way this guy isn't attracted to boys). And I hope he would tell her if she didn't guess by herself. Then again, I hope he won't do that. He deserves better (the wife too). But society pressure... Jaejoong cannot really afford a scandal right now... We can't really compare his situation to, let's say, Heechul. Heechul had a boyfriend (imo), who wasn't a celebrity and was probably out to everyone (if not, people are really blind because Gunhee is, imo, veeeeery far from straight). Also, Heechul doesn't care. Heechul disses Kangin when he's in a scandal, scandal that doesn't even begin to come close to Yoochun's in terms of reputation.. Heechul is part of a big group that isn't banned, and also from a huge company with all the ties and money available to save the day if he was to slip up. I don't know if Jaejoong is in a relationship right now, but if he is, he'll probably keep it quiet, at least for a while. I don't see him marrying a girl anytime soon though.
  15. Sadly, I can perfectly imagine him getting married to a woman to save appearances... I'm not sure, but I think he would be the type. Eldest son, strict parents, leader who struggled quite a lot and had to start all over again... I don' see him taking the risk of coming out anytime soon. Doing that would be affecting Changmin, which is the exact opposite of what Yunho would want. So until other people come out and it becomes normalized, I don't think he will. Edit: I do believe he would treat his wife well anyway. He's a kind person. And if he doesn't get married, he will probably stay alone (at least in public) for the rest of his life...
  16. Why did they do that to him??? Poor guy... They not only outed him, but also his (potential) crush on his member??? And it wasn't even edited?? If one of my friends did something like that, even just with ten people around, I would be pissed, but for the whole world to know? Why??
  17. Listen, people here have nothing against people being gay. This is the main subject of this thread. Of course there is nothing wrong with being gay. And of course there is nothing wrong with speculating someone is gay, as long as you're respectful (again, THIS IS WHAT THIS THREAD IS ABOUT). You just used the wrong argument and appeared very narrow minded, that's why people negged you. You're gay, so I'm assuming this was just a matter formulation and assumption. But yeah, not the best move. For the record, I'm slowly learning things about BTS, and I do believe Jimin isn't straight (this thread MIGHT have influence me a little bit). But the way he dances in this video isn't an indication of his sexuality. Take Jokwon and the way he dances, then maybe, yeah. Take Hansol voguing and then the type of dance itself could indicate something. But Jimin is just dancing (beautifully) to a contemporary dance choreography, not in a "girly" way, not in a "stereotypically gay" way (it sounds so wrong, I'm sorry... I hope you all get what I mean :/). Yes, there are more LGBT people studying dance (and theater, singing...etc). But there are straight men doing contemporary dance too. The video you posted in itself doesn't say anything
  18. So they were forcibly outed, face discrimination, but they are the ones punished in the end??? I knew about those laws but thought they weren't applied... I certainly hope the international community will do something (but seeing what is happening in Chechnya, I have my doubts...). This world is so fucked up Edit: Maybe Jaejoong's instagram post "NO" wasn't for Yoochun after all...
