  1. Happy to see any sign of After School members, yet sad because we will never see them together in future, I think
  2. I have a hunch After School officially disbanded (on paper) and they are postponing the news for media.
  3. I hate this period of time. There's litterally nothing to discuss, except for wheres the comeback already. Many other groups have tons of things to gobble on. We don't have anything. I would be satisfied with official AS disbandment info. At least that would make a decent closure. This way, I don't know what to expect and it's killing me
  4. If Uee leaves and only OC + E-Young/Kaeun remains, I doN't think AS will comeback with 5 members (OC+ E-Young and Kaeun). It would be weird somehow. I don't think they would invest in such concept. Rather make follow-ups for OC.
  5. I'm incredibly ambitious, hoping for After School comeback. But it's most probably Orange Caramel one.
  6. I think its OC preparations, at least something
  7. God, I was thinkin about how both songs give me the same nostalgic feeling. I love them both, I'm glad you connected them in your post!
  8. I hate that the only thing that's going on with After School is member after member leaving. We've officially lost the last original member. So, After School is a group that currently consists only of eventually added members, with Uee being he oldest and most probably the leader because of it. i think AS is in horrible mess right now. They can't perform their previous singles because they lost not one, but two members in a year period of time. I mean, they can perform them, but it's gonna take so much adjustment and it won't even sound as original anyway at all. It drastically changes line divisions, choreography and the group dynamics. If they will move on with After School as a group, they will add another member that's well-trained vocal-wise. Raina can't handle it all. After Raina, only Nana and Lizzy are decent singers, and I should mention Lizzy overshadowing Nana because even though Nana really improved over her singing years, she can't handle a main vocalist position. I think this group is going to waste for good. They will most probably announce AS is disbanding around summer, while Orange Caramel will continue their activities. I'm very sad because of it. After School has been my kpop life. And there will never ever be a group that will replace After School. Thank you Jungah, thank you AS.
  9. Everything Lizzy says is such gold. She never makes up things for the industry, well at least she differs in the pattern from the rest of the idols. She's direct.
  10. At this moment, no one can be sure After School will EVER come back with a release. They could have disbanded without us knowing, and they are waiting for the right moment to go publicly with the news OR they didn't figure out what to do with poorly managed group with unstable fanbase (unstable because of poor management). It's horrible being in the dark place, thinking if you will ever see your group onstage, and it's unfair to the fans who have been very loyal with their financial and emotional investments. We deserve to be updated with everything relevant to the group. We haven't been updated, all updates we had were OC onstage rambles which were, by the way, not clear with bad translation and mixed messages. I think we deserve to know what's going on and what is CEO's view on After School. IN DETAILS.
  11. Hey and welcome! As you can see, we are all kinda pissed off because After School is being dramatically neglected by PLEDIS, at least to our knowledge. Personally, I feel betrayed because I really invested so much of my money and I obviously grew on them, I'd like them to be more 'around'. Eh. You get a triple crown, followed by a great Bang! comeback which earned second place, if I'm correct, and then you ditch the goods. Although, I still love After School and they will always be a group that brought me here in this fandom (Because of You was my first kpop song ever).
  12. I think it's not fair to be in dark place with no information whatsoever about what's happening with the groups you stan. And I gotta add, After School should be rushing on the stage because they are losing their fanbase on a daily basis. And, the last comeback was 2 and a half years ago. The span is horribly long
  13. Guys I'm leaving this ship and saving myself the trouble. If anyone is loyal enough to wait for a group for whole 3 years to do something, and even then you can't be sure of anything, they are emotional masochists.
  14. Shipping nicknames sometimes dont work with westies :D
  15. Nevertheless of the way the winner is picked, the list is actually influential and big news in South Korea.
  16. ok so they have a top 20 girl group and they dont want to make them moneymakers? confused as feck
  17. 1. Nana - dont need to explain 2. Jungah - I feel like she's just a talent lot. Husky, specific voice, great dancing capacity, fun motherly personality 3. Lizzy - goofy and too honest, I love her 4. Kaeun - I believe she will be a great surprise in future 5. Uee - Her flashback era is breathtaking, can't put her lower 6. E-Young - Sadly, I love her, but she never surprised me 7. Raina - She's my least favorite, but i still love her. Nothing about her stands out so much, other than vocals. But vocals is not what I'm asking for in kpop
  18. Girls feel threatened because all the guys masturbate on Nana.
  19. Agree Brave Brothers is hit or miss. Mostly miss lately. They horribly lack creativity.
  20. Riri, I love your attitude about this. But it's so hard, honestly. If we talk about how they were before and their good times, it really makes me sad. If we talk about their future potential concepts, it makes me sad too. Everything about AS makes me sad lately. It's weird.
  21. What could this be? I found it on facebook, allegedly being posted by a pledis boss? The hangul says 'unknown'. The thing is, the date of the music is 2014. It might be a typo
  22. I don't think After School is ready for solo comebacks. Solo debuts/comebacks are worthwhile for the groups who have an established and nurtured fanbase. Both Raina and Lizzy, and previously Kahi, had floppy comebacks. Neither of them really made it to the top lists. I refuse to believe that PLEDIS is that mindless, and I choose to believe that it's the part of a bigger plan. Also, mid-tempo songs? Risky business. P.S. I didn't like Taeyeon's 'I' and I'm a firm believer that it worked for the public because she's a Taeyeon. EDIT: Sorry for the poison. I'm very angry.
