This has probably been asked/suggested a million times but I can't find it by searching through the thread so I'll just ask and see what happens. What's the deal with avatars being so small? I mean both in terms of actual dimensions and file size restrictions. Like 100x100 is nothing and the file size restrictions prevent you from being able to do much of anything with them anyway Even if they showed as being 150x150 or 200x200 they'd be a decent size while still not being any more intrusive on the forum design than they currently are. Like I get the file size restriction is a bandwidth thing and that's totally fine, but even then if we did want to upload larger sized files is there no way we could just host them externally ourselves and use them that way? Other forums I've used in the past have done it that way and it's worked out fine. Thanks

Nah, for me a lot of it comes down to the fact that she takes a very black and white approach to politics in that she thinks a situation is either entirely good or entirely bad, and when she's faced with bad situations she doesn't hesitate to do what she thinks is needed to make them good again without much regard for the consequences. Like closing the fighting pits in Meereen. She closed them during her plight to end slavery without taking into consideration every outcome and it's ended up not just backfiring on her but putting herself in a way worse position. And though a lot of this probably comes from the fact she's so young and inexperienced (especially in the books), some of that is her own doing too since she's pretty much distanced herself from everyone who she could depend on for decent advice *cough* Jorah *cough*
