Yeah I've noticed. I'd honestly say that from a career point of view and in staying in good standing with the public it's probably a good thing and that the MC changing the question around and stuff probably will be beneficial but it's just sucky that things are still like this. If he were a non korean the only thing that'd get affected is his idol status but as a korean he would face a lot of trouble with his mandatory service which would impact him in a lot of ways ( like if US men don't register for the selective service and aren't able to do a lot of stuff ).

So I'm gonna bring up this interview Kim Hyun Joong did back in May of this year. If it starts at the beginning of the video then skip to 7:48 for the part in question then watch until 8:52. I've written a rather long analysis so I'm putting it under a spoiler tag to not stretch the page.

That jonghyun conversation always makes me lol a bit at people who are like " i don't understand" when really it's not so much about understanding: the meaning is pretty in your face. It's just people not wanting to see what literally is right there. I mean, I've still yet to hear an explanation other than the obvious.

Ok so this isn't pertaining to any current topics in the thread right now. But my question is...why does sm only focus on Krystal and Luna in f(x) when it comes to the higher parts? I was listening to the album and I noticed that in "Paper Heart" Amber actually hits a few C#5s so like...she's perfectly capable of being more than just a 1 verse singer, yet they're only treating her vocal abilities marginally above that of Sulli and Victoria. So yeah, I was just thinking about that cause I'd really love to hear her get as much as Krys and Luna ( and I'd say we're actually pretty close to it but not quite ).

As for all of the "favoritism" remarks about sulli. That could just be from the numerous rumors and "accounts" from "ex sm trainees" about how she's really stuck up and rude and how the company would never criticize her about anything. I'm sure if you look it up on google you'll find several posts about it since it's been a pretty common thing brought up since around Chu~ era if not earlier. Either way I hope she comes back well and I hope that Krys will be able to get some rest soon cause she's really been looking like she needs it.

So yeah, it's not too much of an interesting article. Just talks about how they uploaded the pictures about 1 minute apart on Instagram with the same pose. Donghae put "I miss you" in the caption and Sehun did something similar to that extent. There was also some random comment about Sehun looking stylish in all black and Donghae's checkered shirt but that's it. At the end it had some fan comments that I can't understand and then said that SM is holding their SMTOWN concert in August.

Not sure if y'all are still interested in the Naver article but basically the title is questioning what's the correlation between the two pictures ( since they're doing that same pose thing ) I can try translating if you want but it'd be more of a generalization sort of thing rather than word for word. Now, as for this ship I think it's interesting to see them interact and I'm always for any possible relationship but outside a few laughs and possible trolling I'm not 100% certain they're actually a thing. But of course, if they are it'd be delightful.

This ^ They have more than enough material honestly. It's actually pretty sad that with three full length albums they haven't had a tour yet. It's just really shady on SM's behalf but it's gotten me thinking. f(x) musically is just not really a public friendly group. I wonder if SM just doubts the groups ability to sell enough seats / thinks they're not popular enough. Then again we don't even have a fandom name or color. (But I thought exo didn't either so maybe they just stopped doing it?)

Just found out about them and ready to stan. They remind me a lot of early Dream and tbh it doesn't surprise me about the changes. Japan's Idol group scene seem to be like only cute stuff will sell well. I like them but if they undergo a total change in music and image it wouldn't surprise me. I mean, I could be out of touch but I can't think of any popular jpop idol group with an image like this. Ehh well I hope they'll do better when they come back~ [ And I don't wanna start any hate but I wonder if having people of mixed race hurt them any? Or if it was just Avex not promoting them well ( wouldn't surprise me ) ] But yeah these girls are talented at least so I hope they come back strong.

I still think they made a mistake. But honestly, I feel that no matter what Kara would be finished no matter who they added. Only reason I feel like this is because they've pissed off majority of their fandom. If your fans aren't supporting you then??? I dunno. I kinda don't want them to end like this and I hope they'll end up having a resurgence of support. Or maybe they'll just leave Korea behind and focus only on Japan for the next 2 years? I feel their Japanese fanbase is less upset than their Korean fanbase but IDK. I'm not surprised she won honestly, but I feel that it would have been in DSPs best interest to put Sojin with Kara and have the rest of the girls make a new group. But to be honest, with their inability to make any of their groups but Kara relevant, it doesn't surprise me how things are going. DSP is just really out of touch with how to run things well and it's just sad to watch.

I've been pretty convinced that Joon is openly bisexual or at least comfortable in his sexuality. He definitely doesn't act like one of the "no homo" types. cant say the same for some other member who I'm not going to name

Yeah I guess as long as there are lots of views and likes and the album sells well then those who don't like it don't matter. lol IDK really why it bothered me so much when people really disliked the boys and i got a boy and mr. mr. too despite me still being a fan of them. Maybe cause I can see those songs are kind of flawed and not their best while I think this really is f(x)'s best. But ehh I'm really happy and happy for my girls to have such a great concept so I'm just gonna make peace with the fact that there are lots who don't see how great it is.

not gonna lie I've been getting real discouraged after seeing just how many people dislike the song. Not just k-netz but a lot of i-fans of kpop are saying things anywhere from "it's shit" to " it's ok but not their best" I mean...I dunno. This song is absolute perfection to me so I kinda just wonder what everyone else is seeing that I'm not. And if the girls don't like the song either I'm going to really feel horrible cause this to me is honestly the best f(x) has ever looked in their entire career. But ehh... I'll just be liking the song over here in the little corner of those who really love it and just hope they sing it live next time win lots of awards and do fantastically on the charts.

Well what it means to me, is that it gives me a significant reason to feel comfortable in the assumption that he is attracted to and interested in women. Even though it in and of itself doesn't mean he's not interested in men, he's also not given much reason to believe he is, unlike Ricky Martin who many felt was in a glass box during the majority of the relevant part of his career.

Id say bisexual at best really. Even if he does exhibit some behavior occasionally that could be perceived as effeminate he's not given any reason to think he's uninterested in women. I mean his whole career is based off of being a womanizing player and I've not really gotten the notion that he'd be interested in men. Plus, when someone is as hypersexualized as Rain is, it's common to make the jump in logic to something like "we'll he's so horny he'd find anyone attractive," which from besides from not being the case, also plays into the notion of bisexuals being twice as sexually active as any other sex, and sexually insatiable. So basically, what I'm saying is that he gives me some fab vibes sort of like a very mild Yunho but I've not really seen anything that would incline me to believe he's into men. But, to avoid the trap of "straight until proven gay" I feel more safe staying neutral at bi/pansexual. (But not because of his hypersexualized image)

Yeah you know, I am kind of feeling that we've gotten some "She-who-must-not-be-named" choreography but I'm not gonna let that ruin the fact that this is an amazing song and MV. Even if the song doesn't get the choreography it deserves I'm just happy it's awesome and amazing and perfect. Ok I'll stop posting 900 comments now. See you all after the live~

This was PERFECT! It lived up to my expectations 100%. This whole comeback has been so cohesive so I'm so happy that everything pretty much turned out to be what we were alluded to receiving. 10/10 full marks A+ This is f(x) I've been waiting to see!!!! ugh the song and video are great and adf;akdfja;lkfj;a ;~; thank god for this and I hope that it takes them to the next level. This is seriously the best song and mv they've ever had and I really couldn't be more proud. Luna killed me with her solo verse, the lights and her face and the attitude YES! ugh. I am so happy right now.

So is the MV release for sure stated to be today? Cause it's not uncommon for groups to perform a song live prior to releasing the MV and album.

Hmm I wonder too. It might be a later promotional song. It's not the first time that a song was choreographed way before they perform it. 'Mr. Boogie' was choreographed around the time their debut single was made if not before but they didn't promote it until after Chu and NU ABO. (And the intro they used for Music stages for their debut never was released either)

I know right!!! This song is gonna be a showstopper ( which is good cause u can't have too many of 'em ) I'm ready for them to strut and own the stage and be fierce. This is pretty much what i've wanted from them since NU ABO and Electric Shock.
