I guess what makes everything even more sad is that Chanyeol still manages to be as contented and happy despite being stuck in this shitty group. Yeah, he does. I think Koreans really like to highlight this as part of his visuals. Hello! I'm just gonna overpraise Chanyeol here in the thread ... if you dont mind. some of you guys talked about his rapping. Tbh its a bit strange for me to compare Chinese and Korean rap parts, because I found Mandarin ones to usually have a natural smooth flow while Korean is tend to sound stronger. In the end, it'll always be about preference however, I think the good thing i've witnessed about Chanyeol so far is that he doesnt stick in the usual rap style. I really like the variety of raps i've heard from him. I thought he's really clever that he's trying to alter the way it would fit well in the song. Like how he did in First Love, I like you, Lucky.. it was really light and fun and then you have stronger raps like the one in El dorado, Overdose etc. Of course he still has his hit and miss. I also understand people's initial reaction on Call Me Baby rap part. At first I thought it was out of place too but then again the whole thing was so strange the first time i heard it. However after a couple of more plays I found myself repeating Chanyeol's part and it kept on the loop , i'm sorry, i cant really do this properly without me being biased showing but yeah. I hope we talk more about this things.. i'd like to talk about his acting too but i'm not feeling it rn OH MYGDS HE'S WITH THE OTHER TWIN. lmao, he's so huge .. thank you. I havent watched this show for awhile but the kids are so big now, so endearing

About the drama, its funny how he seems much more comfortable in acting cold and serious, than the cutie one. . . GDI, there's just too much Chanyeol this year... i feel like i couldn't keep up.

I understand most people's reaction to his rap parts, like how Chinese versions sound more coordinated from the singing parts to the rap breaks and the flow is mch easier digest in. although i agree, i dont think there is wrong w/ Chanyeol's rap itself. idk how to put this accurately. lol. there are times that i love Chanyeol's rap separately from the song better...like it could stand on its own tbh. that's it i guess. okay i tried. this isnt an excuse lol I like Chanyeol's singing voice too.
