I dont know if this is suitable for this thread at all but I need to get this off my chest.
I wish people spent less time pointing at other people's flaws and pay more attention to their own.
My friend went through a very difficult phase in life and was put on antipsychotic medication which made her gain 40 kilograms in a year. If I hear another story how she needs to lose weight cause its unhealthy im gonna lose my shit.
Everybody who was on antipsychotic medication knows how they make you bloated and make you gain weight easily and how losing weight while on psychiatric medication is not a simple ''calorie in calorie out'' method and lack of will and self discipline.
But congratulations I guess, im sure you feel great that you made a person going through a lot in their private lives, emotionally, professionally and financially hate themselves even more. Cause hating yourself is totally healthy.
tldr Stop telling ppl what to do, how to think, eat and how to behave in their lives. They dont owe you an explanation for their words and actions if they arent hurting you. Someone's weight is none of your concern.
