I think that because it sounds so different, that this is what is really a good sign that 2NE1 really has longevity because DAra and Bom are 30 and 2NE1's past music wasn't as mature as the music they showed on this album. If 2NE1 is continually evolving and honing their skills while still displaying improved vocal ability that continues to impress even the meanest of critics, that means 2NE1 is here to stay! It means that 2NE1 is putting in the effort necessary to remain relevant in a very competitive music market. This album really blew me away!!

Do you have an andriod phone? Because you can install the Genie app and stream the songs for free and that will also help 2NE1 win awards.

I LOVE IT! I got emotional too on my first listen!! BlackJack Pride and Hearts swelled up after listening to CRUSH!!!

This album in (I think) every song Dara's REAL VOICE came out beautifully with out the synthesizer. She sounds beautiful in Baby I Miss You and the unplugged version of Come Back Home. She's REALLY singing in those songs and you can tell, her singing voice comes out so well on this album more than all the others!! I love this more mature 2NE1!!!!

Sort of, it's only available on Android phones so it's kind of like Androids answer to Itunes but at the same time there are only Korean songs I think. You buy the songs and you stream them and the artist gets points that go toward awards.

YEEEESSSSS I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO BUY THEIR ALBUM ON GENIE!!! Now it's time to play their songs on a continuous loop all day and night!!! WOOT WOOT!!! First time I've contributed to their Korean digital sales!! (I'll be honest and admit Crush will be my first physical album I've bought by 2NE1) but to be fair the only PHY Album I own is GD&TOP (the bunny was too cute!) YAY!!!!!!!

This album showed how much they matured as artists and showed how much their vocals improved. I think that's what they wanted to display to the world with this PART 1 of a dual set album. They also needed a different set of songs for their world tour. Of course hopefully YG isn't lying about releasing a second album this year and I hope that in that song it will be more electronica/up-beat songs but I'm glad they went with songs that displayed them in a different light. The songs even though they are slower their still great quality right? I'm okay with the songs, I know this isn't their permanent new style so there will be more of the style of songs that you like!

BUT seriously, I'm just applauding their shoe choice!!! Their the only girl group that wears tennis shoes and still looks hella sexy!! They could where those with cocktail dresses or ballgowns and still look fashionable!!! WOW!!!

I knew they would do something at 12PM KST but I wished it was an M/V teaser... looks like the M/V teaser is dropping with the album!! But OMG... they look so amazing on the Counter!!! Their badass'ery never ceases to amaze me!!! It goes off of your computer clock so you have to switch your computer time zone to south korea in order for the counter to say the right time.

So here's the thing... basically for international fans the only way to directly contribute to digital sales is through Genie App (which is only available to people who have android phones). Most international fans use I-tunes and many use I-tunes without even knowing that their not contributing to their biases digital sales numbers in KOREA or them winning awards. So basically the only thing MOST international fans are doing to help their biases win awards is voting for them on places like MNET and INKIGAYO and watching the M/V's, sharing on social media, that kind of stuff but even though they buy the album on i-tunes they aren't able to contribute to their digital sales. So basically K-fans hold it down even though I-fans wish to contribute, some of us don't even know we aren't contributing monetarily to them winning awards in KOREA although we are giving them money. My question is, if that's the case are the sales from i-tunes some how added to the sales collected through Gaon and Hanteo at the end of the year? I don't understand how they come up with their numbers for yearly sales, and if it isn't including sales from i-tunes how can that be considered accurate? Are we ever told how much money they collect off of international sales?
