I think these comments pretty much answer the other thread's question, is being Gaga's opening act [going to] boost up Crayon Pop's "status" as a girl group? Although there's some seething butthurt from other fandoms, most of the comments I've seen have been positive and encouraging. A little success and some accolades from the broader world does wonders for a group's reputation!

I saw that rumor too, two days ago when the single album art was released. I worked as an audio engineer before I retired and I know a bit about the music industry (in LA). If that rumor was true, I felt bad for the girls because Chrome didn't seem to be on the ball, and their comeback was turning into a huge headache. So I was elated to hear the Gaga news yesterday, and even more so today to hear that the full album is postponed due to the tour. The tour has probably been in negotiations for a while, which throws a different light on Chrome's recent actions; without a firm commitment from LG, they had to make comeback plans, but not lock themselves into anything that might conflict with the tour. That perhaps explains some of the indecision. Happily it worked out for the best!

There are some unhappy Crayon Pop fans on Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/crayonpopinternationalfanbase I understand their distaste for Lady Gaga (which I share), but I trust the girls to stay out of the craziness.

I'm not a Gaga fan either, but this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, the amount of exposure will be phenomenal. I'm so excited for them! I always knew these girls were destined for the big time.

Yeah, Way on the left, I can tell by her mouth. Can't really say I'm digging these outfits, but Soyul's pink one and Gummi's blue one could work if they ditch the hats, wigs and shoes. Sort of mid-'60s Dusty Springfield style.

I found a personnel listing for N.Dolphin, and like the album art suggests there were three members, Way, a drummer and a guitarist. Do you know if Way played keyboards? I hear piano and synths, and there's bass guitar on there too, but it sounds sequenced. I wouldn't mind any or all of the tracks to be released by CP.

Do you mean that someone else sung the other four N.Dolphin tracks, or do you mean that "In a Taxi" is the only song she sings nowadays?

Kim Jang-Hoon is seven days older than I am, but he seemed able to keep up with them much better than I could. The girls (especially Soyul) seem really energized by this project.
