There seems to be quite an ad push by Sony for this tour, obviously I'm seeing these ads because of my browsing history, but it's good to see a bit of promotion.

 

I see them as banner and box ads on Youtube, and this one was fed to me when I was on Engrish.com (to my amusement). I know it didn't have anything to do with the site, it's all about matching keywords, but still.

 

I hope there's another fancam more centered.  At least no booing and some cheering   And that's something because we Americans will boo you mercilessly if you suck. Ha.

Booing is nothing...there's a clip of Nickelback sucking in Portugal that is every musician's nightmare. 

 

 

They seemed to get a pretty good reaction.  I found Gummi's English the easiest to understand, Soyul's the hardest.    Listening with headphones I heard one woman near the cameraman (Peachee?) say that she was glad that BBB2.0 was the last song, and when it was over she said, "bring out the Lady".  But all opening acts get comments like those.

Because this was a festival, LG had to remove the elevated walkways she normally uses, along with cutting an hour's worth of performance time.  LG will be back to normal when she gets back to an arena.

 

That's pretty impressive that even with a truncated show, LG gave CP their full 30 minutes.

Their schedule page shows "Music Bank in Brazil" from June 4th to the 8th, I'm guessing that's what this video is promoting.

 

It struck me as funny that I was watching my favorite girl group give answers to English questions in Korean, and I had to use my rusty high school Spanish to decipher the Portuguese subtitles. It's like the UN is meeting in my living room... 

Any1 know who this is? Its one of the Crayon Pop member I think...any1 can confirm who is she?

 

Just a guess...Ellin? I've seen pics of the twins from around that age and I would rule them out. Gummi's neck is pretty long and that's something that would be evident from early childhood, so I would rule her out too. That leaves Ellin & Soyul. I'd say from the jawline, neck and build, Ellin is a closer match, but TBH I'm more inclined to think that she's not any of the CPop girls.

Those shades are EPIC!  Literally. 

I may be weird because I am a guy but I am not all that interested in sexy concepts, because I find girls in modest clothing to be more special.

 

Ginger vs. Mary Ann. Mary Ann wins 9-to-1. Of course, only in Hollywood would a former beauty pageant winner (Dawn Wells, Miss Nevada 1959) be considered the "girl-next-door".

It does seem awfully quiet the past few days. CPUnited's schedule page shows a "fansigning" on the 19th, I thought there would be some videos or pics from that. Maybe with that terribly tragic ferry disaster the nation is not in the mood for happy quirkiness at the moment.

It seems the people at the concert in Nanjing were rude to Crayon Pop. What in the world?!

 

 

With all the vicious fanwars, anyone with an axe to grind can embellish any story.  I wouldn't necessarily trust one person's account of the concert.

My first reaction was "thank god for Autotune".     I started using it in 1999 (v.1.1) and although I complain like everyone else when it is overused and abused to make people sound like robots, hearing an old song like this...that needed it badly...is almost painful now. 

IATFB is going to be pissed and every pop-jhussi out there is gonna be crazy mad.

I wasn't pissed, I actually thought it might bring them extra attention and sympathy because KBS was obviously being irrational.

After watching a few reaction vids, a couple of the commentators mentioned the MV getting a lot of dislikes, but is 4800 dislikes out of over 1 million views really alot?

They seem to average 15%-20% thumbs down for official releases. It's normal.
