the entire segment was translated horrendously tbh. people didn't pick up on the nuances of his words and just gave the literal meaning. nowhere did he say he was SCARED he might turn gay. the exact chinese wording was "万一入æˆäº†æ€Žä¹ˆåŠžå•Š". in order to give the most accurate translation, i'll break it all down for you guys. 万一 - what if å…¥æˆäº†- å…¥ means into; æˆ means an act 怎么办啊 ï¼ æ€Žä¹ˆåŠž means what to do; å•Š is just an expression like "ah" so the sentence itself means "what do I do if I become too into or engrossed with the acting" and judging by the 哈哈 at the end of the comment, i'm pretty sure he's joking about it. the term å…¥æˆ (which was the term he used) itself actually has a meaning of its own! for reference, i've searched up a definition "这就是说æŸä»¶äº‹æƒ…ä½ æœ¬æ¥åªæ˜¯æ—观的，但是åŽæ¥çœ‹å¾—入迷，把自己当æˆäº†æˆé‡Œçš„人~" "this is to say that there's something you initially observe or watch neutrally, but then started becoming engrossed with it or admiring it and finally believing yourself to be the same as the character" ​but meh, people are going to look at things with their own confirmation bias.

actually, i don't know if he is aware of the backlash for most of his songs. his chinese fans are incredibly supportive of whatever he does; i haven't seen any complaints from them about his releases actually. i think they care more about other things like running man, movies, attendances, other projects etc. do correct me if i'm wrong though! i'm not too active on weibo aha.

I don't think his producers are making a joke out of his music per say. Luhan and his team definitely would've given the green light for these songs to be released. It's very natural for fans to want to like the music their idol is producing^^ But I guess this is the kind of genre he wants to explore. I do think he'll release another album though, perhaps with a different style.

lmao obviously not. i was trying to reassure those who were concerned about the public viewing him negatively after hearing his song releases. the general public really doesn't care about what kind of song you're singing unless you're a popular singer like jay chou or you're on 我是歌手 or 中国好声音. it's definitely a given that he should take his music career seriously. (even i am side-eyeing some of his releases). i'm in no way disputing that fact.

i personally wouldn't worry too much about what the general public thinks because i honestly don't think anyone besides luhan fans care/know about his album. china's music market is no powerhouse and no one is /really/ going to care what kind of song you release unless you're someone who's claim to fame is solely based around music.

i'm not a big fan of rap in general lmao. actually, i don't even mind the rap anymore. i just want to read the lyrics and laugh myself to death lmao

Yaaas anticipating Running Man so much! The cast and the activities sound and look super fun. Ah I'm glad to hear that! I was a concerned over the prospect of platform accidents since I've heard they can happen quite easily. But regardless, like you said, hopefully the situation will become less tiring for Lu and his team^^

Thank you for remaining civil guys <3 On another note, I'm worried about how Luhan will continuously cope with train travel. Public fan order at these train stations have, to say the least, not been very desirable. There's a lot of pushing and crowding going on. Fan accounts say Lu would often get stuck in the middle of the crowd and not be able to move. When security guards start pushing to make way, he would always tell them to stop T^T. This crowding is dangerous for everyone--Lu, his team, fans and other civilians--especially in an area with platforms and moving trains. I know seeing your idol in person is amazing but I hope they can try to maintain some level of order and not disrupt movement^^

lol I feel like cfans are just talking about how cool and handsome he looks in the MV. as for the song, they keep making puns with the title, saying that it's "quite interesting". they do generally seem to view it positively, but then again, cfans are super supportive no matter what he does.

So there isn't actually a song called Reloaded Anyway, IA that Adventure Time was too auto-tuned and...Luhan's singing style OTL. That Good Good (god i cringed writing that title) was okay. I liked his vocals in the song except for the rap part lol. The lyrics kill me every time I listen though. Probably will never get over it in that aspect aha. Anyway, I'm glad he's exploring the style of music he wants to do (although I may not connect to his taste) and hopefully he keeps growing as an artist~
