I miss being active on this thread

 

-LONG POST AHEAD-

 

Can I just say how great this year has been ? I mean if you compare 2014/15 to this year. Other than Lunber’s breakthrough in the first half of 2015 we barely had any activities/updates from the girls. All we lived on until their comeback was seeing them at random events, photoshoots, pic of them filming and IG updates. In 2016 so far we had:

 

 

 

I’m sure I’m forgetting some bits and bobs but JUST LOOK AT THIS BIGASS LIST

 

 And we still got Amber’s album coming up, Luna’s ballad single, more D4DS dates, and a lot their acting works airing in the second half of the year.

 

 You can tell the girls are trying their best to stay in touch with us fans and being super appreciative. It feels great seeing the girls being more in control of their careers. It would feel weird not getting a yearly f(x) album but I think it makes sense looking at what each one of girls have on their plate. I’m still going to complain because it’s an innate skills us f(ans) have perfected over the years but deep down I’m alright with it.

 

Question: Are there still things that you want the girls to do ? Even if it's random or impossible lol

 

Personally I'm still waiting on that Krystal photobook and Luna becoming a fixed radio DJ.

Can I just express how happy I am about Luna's current badge ? Her last one was so so tragic that it always brought me close to tears everytime I saw someone sporting it.

 

Amber is working her black/dark brown hair like no other. She looks absolutely hot and cute at the same time. I'm starting to ship Amber x striped shirts.

Her getting all teary eyed during the Borders performance just makes me appreciate how much care and love she puts into every single one of her songs.They might not be everyone's cup of tea but it's the message that counts. Even if it inspires/ brings happiness to just one single person it's definitely worth it imo.

 

Also happy that Vic finally wrapped up Ancient Love. I'm guessing she's off to promote MBFW now ?

I can't survive on the little snippets of "Breathe Again" any longer. I NEED THE FULL SONG NOW !!!

So,I heard Vic Is filming a movie soon. But I thought she was going to shoot a drama with Rain ? Did it change to a movie or are those two seperate projects ?

I'd rather have her do a movie than shoot another 50 ep drama tbh.

I'm not really surprised we gonna get a low budget MV. All Stations were like this. And now we'll probably have to wait around 2 years for them to come back. Niiiiiiiice.

Cheap but cute. Lbr it's not like they had the time to actually film a proper music video with all the members. I was expecting SM to release animated versions of the f(x) members in the MV kinda like they did in Luna's FS.

Ohhhh god I'm afraid their new release will be a victim of that extreme disliking that's been happening for the other artists that have been vocal about the China issue :'(

But we'll see. It's sad that 3/4 member"s image have taken a hit and getting bashed by knetz but it is what it is. Charting wise I'm not expecting much since it's an EDM track and f(x) digital power keeps weakening every year. I don't care too much about that since I know they'll come through with an amazing song !

I don't care if I sound too optimistic but I still expect a group cb just a lot later than usual. Super excited !!!!

 

More than likely, there will not be a Korean comeback this year.

I don't necessarily believe eveything Luna says because she always wants to be optimistic and not discourage fans but she did give some hints that turned out to be true.

Also Lunstal are pretty jobless now and Amber is only filming for a small part in the drama so it doesn't take up all her time. We won't ever have Vic completely free from filming schedules but she did just fine last year when she was simultaneously filming Ice Fantasy and prepping/promoting 4walls.

I'm kinda obsessed with Shadow these days.

If f(x) is coming back in autumn I'd love for them to release a track like Shadow as a prelude to the album (not necessarily a prelease) again. I love the creepy yet sweet undertones it has and therefore would be perfect at the end of summer with Halloween approaching.

Agree her studio needs to stop pushing her so hard but knowing Vic's workaholic tendencies I'm not shocked that she's going along with it.

I'm really touched by Vic's commitment. Her going up onstage when she's too sick to perform is unnecessary but she did this for us.

I feel bad for not posting here as much anymore but I'm quite busy with my internship. I didn't realise so many of the regulars are not posting here anymore ._.

 

But I do agree it's weird that Vic flew all the way to Osaka when she's sick, and apparently missed a Ice Fantasy press conference for a measly SMTOWN concert NOT a f(x) concert to perform 3 songs. It's suspicious imo.

 

Even if she doesn't perform I do hope all the girls snap a picture together just so that wr can see them all together.

Day 20

Victoria - I love how ambitious she is and is able to overcome so many obstacles with class and grace. She works really hard and never shows how tired or stressed she is. Her work ethic is on another level really.

Amber - She genuinely wants to make people happy and spread positivity even when she herself isn't always 100% happy. She overcame her shyness and now has the ability of making people around her super comfortable. I also think she's super productive and doesn't let her shortcomings stop her from doing what she wants.

Luna - Her dedication and her will to reach her full potential. She is one of these rare people that radiate warmth and love. She always gives it her all onstage like it's the last time she'll perform. She is really born to be a performer. I also like that cares so much about her pets and volunteers at shelter.

Krystal - I like that she sticks to her principles and doesn't change just because some people want her to. I'm also kinda jealous that she looks good in eveything.

Can I also mention that Luna won't have have her comeback stage up until maybe Friday/Saturday because of Kcon ?

 

We better get a MV teaser at 12am kst today *sigh*

Ugh I'm soo annoyed. SM is slowly killing the little hype surrounding Luna's solo.

There's about 2 days left until her album drops and all we have are some teaser pics and genre of "Free Somebody". I wasn't expecting multiple MV teasers but they need to give us some variety. Where is the MV teaser, tracklist, highlight medley or even audio snippets ?

Are they waiting to release all this on Luna's Vapp an hour before the album drops ?

Call me impatient but I'm slowly getting frustrated.
