Another idol scandal, another day. Thanks for the reminder! I went ahead and removed all sale items. You're right. They've been there quite a while. No use keeping them there for the time being. Sale items are not a guaranteed, consistent sale date and after the awards season began, much of the marketplace updating was put on hold (as was announced before, during, and even recently). Now, the awards have been finished being uploaded already for a bit now but there are still some other things to work out before the marketplace goes back into full swing again. I'm expecting an update will be done then. Please be patient. It could be changing the file to fit in the display. Are you using high quality pictures in your upload? How else will we have extra funds to pay for the Oh!pressor ransoms when he kidnaps Ohbi and Ohla?

The poll has been removed. You can now add a new one. Just for future reference, this is what I did to fix the issue you were having: 1. I clicked "edit" and then clicked on "use full editor" 2. In the right hand corner, I chose "Mange Topic Poll" 3. I clicked the X at the top to completely remove the question and then hit Finished. 4. After that, I hit "submit post". This completely removes the poll. Once that's done, you can go back into "edit" and add a whole new poll with new votes. Any more questions, let me know!

Ok, I will have to remove the entire poll so that a new one can be made. Updating a poll only changes the poll question/options, but does not remove or "reset" votes. So if you are wanting to begin doing new votes, this poll has to be removed so a new one can be added. Is this okay?

Between editing the poll make sure you save the post entirely in order to erase any previous votes before you implement new poll options. So you'll need to first delete all the poll options, then save the post, then go back and add a new poll with what you would like to see. Hope that helps.

Yes, you can change both! You'll need to purchase the appropriate items here: http://onehallyu.com/index.php?app=ibEconomy&tab=shop&area=items&cat=1(member title referring to the title, display name referring to the name everyone sees). After purchasing the right item, you use it by going to "My Portfolio" (under the WonHallyu tab you buy things), clicking on the item, and hitting "use". Keep in mind if you ever change your display name, you do get to change it FREE once every 60 days. So if you decide to change it, you don't need to buy an item to do it unless it's been changed in less than those 60 days. Also remember by changing you display name, you aren't actually changing the log in name, but only the name displayed to everyone. Any more questions, let us know!

What am I checking?

If you're banned, you can't access the account, but you can still access the site. The only way to ban site visitation is by IP banning, but that isn't a method we use unless it's an extreme circumstance with a person we're trying to specifically keep away. You may have your account banned (for as long as you'd like) if that helps you to quit posting. You just request for the ban and if there's no specified time, you can always get the account back by @'ing us on Twitter or e-mailing [email protected]
