It's when it's stacked vertically that it's not okay because it is taking up more than 2 lines. That's correct! Custom Award Forms are used to add awards into our system for everyone. The only time an award is for a single user is a unique award, which is won through special events.

We just recently went through another server change yesterday and some people are still having troubles accessing the site again. It takes a couple of days to really work out the kinks and regain full access, but in the mean time you can try clearing your dns cache and seeing if that helps. Done. Hello! 1. You can always ask what's been requested already at any time (though you might receive a quicker response by directly asking the awards team), or if you ever send in a request after someone else has, you'll be informed and will have the options of either requesting something different or receiving a refund on your form so that there's no chance of a waste of won. Unfortunately I'm not positive of the exact hour, since it's been quite some time since it's been updated. I would estimate it's around that time (since in the past it's happened in the ridiculously early AM of US timezone), but cannot confirm. We'll have to see. That's correct! Marketplace request forms are for albums (where as Custom Awards Request Form would be for new badges). After you buy a Marketplace Request Form, you will need to properly fill in the request details, which you can find out more from in this thread: http://onehallyu.com/topic/9895-marketplace-request-thread/

Albums are updated as we get requests for them (not by default), so they'll be updated as the forms come in! As far as how often those forms will be answered, expect it to be done every 1-2 weeks.

The forms were restocked by us manually and not by the system, so this isn't the normal time it's restocked. Yes, it is true it's restocked every 4 days! As far as the time it does, if I remember correctly it's early in the AM by U.S. standards, though I can't remember the exact hour. Once the form gets itself updated in the next day or two, it should provide a more accurate stocking time. I'll try to keep an eye out or watch for the time it's stocked so I can remember again the stocking time the system goes by.

I'm not sure what time zone you are in but if it helps any, I think it happens between 3-5AM EST (US). I could be remembering wrong though, I'm sorry! I'll try to keep a close eye out so I know better. It also might take the form a little time to properly get updated since it was just reactivated today.

If you go to the form it should tell you the next restocking time! The time it gives you is for your local time.

Unfortunately there is no rule for newly debuted groups, and we know quite a few have debuted since the season began, so there might be a lot to go through! You'll just have to prioritize on how you want to send in the members. I would recommend having several of you in charge of trying to buy award forms because they do go quite fast.

The marketplace request form is only for albums (minis and full, not digital releases). Items like pets and the such are only added during special events and not very common. Sorry you guys missed it! Thankfully the awards will eventually be updated again so you'll still have a chance in the future, and as we continue to host each season we learn more and more so things will go even smoother each time. I'm confident you guys will be able to grab an update in the future.
