It's been a whopping year and 6 months!! It feels like longer for me, too.

Thank you everyone who left kind messages!! We don't have any plans of leaving the forum; we've given too much to the community to just want to abandon it. On the flipside, I'm actually looking forward to (attempting to) post more frequently and in artist threads I care about since I've kind of gotten away from that over the last several months. Thank you to those who made moderating a pleasant experience, and thank you to the teams I worked closely and developed such a treasured bond with. While the help I can offer is going to be a bit limited, I'm still only a PM away from those who wish to send something. ^^

Hello! So here's what you need to do: After you delete the questions and completely empty the poll, hit save and complete the post!! Then go back into full editor on the post and click add poll again and make the one you are wanting to do. For some reason, it needs to be saved in between changing or else it'll keep the previous results.

Hello!~ Go to your portfolio (you can find this when you visit WonHallyu) and click on My Shop Items. Select the item you want to use (Change Title Item) and then click on use! Pretty easy~ From there you'll be directed to a page that'll ask you what title you want. Any questions, let me know!

They are very large, usually exceeding the size limit we give anyway. It causes a bunch of lag on user computers or those who have less internet speed/older device, and it caused a lot of complaints and problems for those reasons. All of those reasons combined and we thought it was a fair and okay trade.

Later on today/this evening. I can no longer update them weekly like I've done in the past, but my goal is to do it every 1-2 weeks. But I'll have time to do it this evening and plan to get them updated!

As per stated in the rules of the appeal post: in the PM include the moderator who banned you (DarkChao), the head mod (XIA Fan), and both the admins.

If you remember what the picture/gif was, I think that's a good start. The time limit is still fine, so don't worry about how long ago it was. You should still be able to see the details of the warning if you click on your warning points. If you have trouble with that and want more info, I can always PM you with it if needed. Rather than expiration, the admins do amnesty events where they instead remove some points for users who apply. There isn't a set time and it's done at admin's discretion, but there's an ample amount of time given for people to request point reduction. There will even be a banner and announcement for it, that way it's not missed. So keep a look out for that for sure!

To clarify, legitimate content that you feel will not fit all into one post I believe is okay. Just make sure it stays under control and doesn't get out of hand. For the question I didn't answer - sorry I missed it! For topics, we have a restriction on the time between it because very easily the recent topics list can become clogged up by one poster. While I love that you have a lot of things you want to share on the forum and to encourage discussion, it's easier to apply this rule straight across the board in all instances. We feel waiting 15 minutes before posting another topic is quite reasonable. For your warning points, simulated sexual acts or any type of pornography does count, even if the nudity isn't shown. If you do feel that it was still an unjust warning, however, you can definitely appeal it and get an administrator's thoughts on it.

I'm going to try to address everything but if I miss something, let me know! I'll try to better explain it if needed. I understand that posting in different sections is really frustrating but for the most part, it's not too major of an issue for us to deal with since it requires moving a topic. We can combat this by more actively talking to uses about being careful where they post something, but I think warning points gets a little extreme. However, this may change in the future but for now, we don't feel it's punishable. You're correct that is the normal to reclaim words, but not everyone feels the same about it and can still be offended by the word. So we ask that they are avoided. There is context where saying them won't necessarily warrant punishment, but for mostly we'd like to discourage people using the words targeted at any one/group of people. That is the main issue. Nudity is everything that you've listed, as it has always been, and any sexual acts. For the album, I apologize that the request wasn't processed before the season was started like it should have been and you've had to wait so long, but it will be uploaded, I promise! We reopened all the forms almost a couple of weeks ago and I will actually be doing a full update on both the marketplace and awards by tomorrow, so expect to see it added in the next day. Thanks for the patience! This has always been a rule for double posting. And actually, the rule used to be much harsh! Previously the rule was 4-6 hours. The mods agreed that one hour was sufficient enough to prevent spam, therefore the time was lowered. The double posting rule is really there to discourage a lot of spam, because some users can get out of hand. However, we are pretty lenient about it when it comes to updates and if you feel you need a couple of posts to properly fit everything in and in an organized way, I'm okay with that. Just use your best judgment when it comes to updates. Thanks for pointing it out! This actually should have been clarified more so I've gone ahead and updated the rules to clarify that it does include audio.

You have over 70 topics and over 100 posts. I'll be honest and say it is a lot of work for mods to track it down. So if you'd like to compile the list yourself, it'll make it easier to take care of it.
