Custom award forms will begin to be stocked after the award season has been completely wrapped up. It's just about done, so I estimate in the next week or two it should be up and available again, but we'll see. As far as the time, I actually am not sure of the exact hour! I think it happens around 3-4 AM US CST, but I can't remember (since it's been a while). When stocking has been turned back on again, you'll be able to see the local time it'll be stocked from the marketplace.

I understand it's painful for those who have now been around long enough to reach so many badges, but unfortunately the limit comes more from the application we use for the badge system than us. I'm sure when it was created it wasn't really taking into consideration that sometime eventually an Asian artist entertainment forum would be created and so widely used with a lot of users who love collecting badges of their favs. I'll bring the suggestion over to Sadface though just in case he comes up with a solution or a new idea in the future, but in the mean time you'll have to swap. :[ Sorry!

Are you exchanging tokens for a unique badge? It shouldn't take long, but it's best not to expect it instantly after the request. Hi! Just want to clarify this for you: Badges still have to follow the award rules regardless. The custom form is called custom not because it gets to be unique or bend rules, but because you are creating a custom request for us to put a new badge for everyone to use. The only badge that rules are bendable on are unique badges!~ With a unique badge, you only have to follow OneHallyu general rules and guidelines, as well as no fansite picture (since that is property owned by someone else). I just finished processing about 150 badges and then saving into my system almost 300 more that I now have to upload. This was just from one night of work, and I still have many more to do! Nope! You did it correctly. To equip the badge you'll need to go into your Portfolio under Won Hallyu, click on the item, and then click 'use'. By "using" it, you'll turn it into a badge.

Who is in charge of the HKT badges? Because whoever it is never submitted them, and that's why you don't see them updated.
