  1. New server moved to in order to prevent crashes from bombshell news. Snsd crashes it. Wall you can't climb over. (Yes, it has had probs before, but this is busying out like the old server during any scandal)
  2. All the actresses were good, but Lee Yoori and Choi Yeo Jin were really great. I've seen them on other variety shows and they were funny there too. I was surprised though by how much younger and cuter Lee Yoori looked without being made up/dressed as her typical bitchy character she plays.
  3. That is the Korean attitude towards exes. Most think once you break up you should never talk to the other person again.
  4. I don't like Shim Eun Kyung being this skinny. She looks like she should be playing a sick patient role or something.
  5. Those are the people who when they watch the local news on TV and hear about someone being murdered in xxx neighborhood react instead to the neighborhood being wrong and it being outside the 'boundary' instead of the murder.
  6. Sojung was said to be conscious and actually apologized for being too injured to keep performing. She hasn't been told about Eunbi or Rise so she may believe she's hurt the most. Rise is in a much worse condition since it still is unknown if she will survive or if she does what her brain injuries may mean. Sojung is probably going to need more facial surgery for her injuries, but it appears that her life isn't in danger. The reason she hasn't been told yet is to keep her calm as she is going to undergo a surgery soon I believe.
  7. It's funny when she says everyone was an adult and did it of their own free will. Wasn't she like 15/16 years old?
  8. The PD of this shows must have a sex bid of the SBS programming chief to keep this show on the air. I think even barefoot friends ha better ratings
  9. Seen enuf of Shin Sekyung in lead char drama roles to know she's a downgrade over Kim Hye-Soo. All this media play about her exposure in this and all it is is some bra and panties and a slight bare ass. Kim Hye-Soo delivered acting and the T&A. I'll leave TOP the benefit of the doubt till I see what his char is like tho.
  10. Yea, I was going to say the girl who won the newcomer award last Dec and that's her.
  11. I want Nana to finish, but that's tied into the manga being on indefinite hiatus. The mangaka (Ai Yazawa) was hospitalized for awhile about 4 or 5 years ago and since then she hasn't resumed the manga. I know at some point she started releasing small little omakes (short funny comic scenes), but I think last month announced those would stop. So nobody seems to know if it means the manga would resume, or if her condition had gotten worse again and she wasn't going to be able to even draw the little bit that she was for the omakes.
  12. I noticed it immediately, but probably because it's rare to see 'nipple pokies' from Korean female celebs. I think they are usually almost always wearing bras with padded cushioning built in which keeps a nipple from poking through.
  13. I think there's multiple founders to AKB-48 who have ownership in the company. Didn't one of the other founders get into a scandal when one of the girl's stayed over at his apartment last year?
  14. Wow, he's lost weight. I think it was S1 of A Pink News when their families all appeared for when they did some performances and her brother was kinda chubby lol.
  15. I'm not complaining about the subbing time at all. I remember waiting a month or two between episodes for some of A Pink Season news episodes, so seeing something subbed within a few days (or a week or so) when it's as long as it is seems pretty fast to me lol.
  16. I was really shocked by Dong Min revealing he was married and had two kids. Why the heck is he living in a share house with these other people then? It also sounds like he's been there for awhile as well. Never mentioned his kids up till then, all his free time seems to be spent with these people and nothing about meeting up with his 'family' or anything.
  17. I really liked her in Potato Star and she's a pretty new actress since I think that was only her second role (she was in a movie as well). The lead actress Go Sung Hee is also somewhat new as well since she hasn't been in too many works. It's kind of refreshing to see 'newer' faces and not to see MBC playing it as safe and going for the same actresses over and over again. I hope they don't change Soo Ryun's personality to be more of an 'antagonist 2nd female lead' type char because she's really cool right now.
  18. Didn't Kenpachi somehow beat a guy who could make ANYTHING he wanted happen? He was basically God.
  19. Jae Yul is suffering from mental problems and is hallucinating. He's seeing someone who isn't really there. Many speculate that he's actually seeing his teenage self (in the flashback while his brother is talking in jail we see what his older brother looked like as a teen, but never JJY) When he was following the 'HS girl' that Kang Woo liked to her window and threw the rock and she opened the window while he 'introduced' and then they turned and ran away. The camera goes back and it's no longer a HS girl, but a woman in her 20s/30s looking. So he also hallucinated that it was a HS girl he was following with Kang Woo.
  20. I think this is the most interesting and unique Korean drama I've watched since Nine. Hope ratings continue to improve, but I can see this being 'hit' or 'miss' with people. BTW, I'm still not sure why the Mom would sell out one kid for the other so I wonder if maybe the mental problems started as a kid and it wasn't actually his mom suffering the abuse, but Jae Yool himself who then 'projected' it onto his Mom to cope with it. The Mom felt guilty about not doing enough/anything and that's why she couldn't bring herself to confirm the story in court.
  21. sexy is over. hopefully 4L ushers in the lesbian concept era for girl groups ;)
  22. I think That Winter is more old school Korean dramas where you had 'bad guy' male leads who were if you sit down and think about it PRETTY SHITTY people. At some point there's a love triangle and the male lead either dies or has something bad happen to him as 'karma' for being a bad guy. I think this drama is showing characters with more depth than other dramas. They actually all have backstories and reasons why they are the way they are and aren't just there because they're copying traditional character types. I can't really believe the writer simply made Kwang Soo's character's name Soo Kwang. I mean, really...? lol
  23. I hope she's more actiony like the Milla Jovovich version of the character then. I believe Yonghwa is playing a char based on d'artagnan, so is Lee Jin Wook the "Athos" char? In which case I wonder if like in the novel
  24. I just saw looking at the cast list after viewing the trailer that Yu In Young is in this. I loved her as Batolu/Yon Fei Soo in Empress Ki, hope she's playing a female char who has some fight scenes.
