I thought that I would let you guys know that a lot of people in Korea now think Jonghyun has really nice, warm heart. I kakao talked my friend in Korea how people were reacting to it over there and that's what she told me.

(Hello?/Are you okay?) rising just right now nationwidely started by the youth with universities as the center because of recent accidents like ‘fraudulent election’, ‘rail privitization’, ‘Milyang transmission tower accident’. This is not merely a political movement but talking about all kinds of contradictions, irrationality and corruptions in korean society and how much we were indifferent about these matters. This is asking you if you are okay, in this crazy strange world where we were ignorant, indifferent and treated unfairly. The first one who wrote the letter/poster was a student of Korea university asking if we are okay while we are forced to work, study and kill ourselves, while in the outside world the big power pours cement on a old men’s yard without permission to build a transmission tower, propel rail privitization firing 4000 workers who went on a strike. And then the students of other universities started to write ‘the replies’ to the letter containing the more various matters like social discriminations and lgbt issues as the one you saw via jonghyun’s twitter. And then no matter university students or not, people are gathering on streets for this campaign, even though the media try to not report or report it like its a bad movement and the government try to arrest the participants if this is directly related to the strike of trail workers. Jonghyun is supporting this movement, not only lgbt but also! Im sorry for explaining it roughly bc im outside right now if you have questions i will answer when i go home. When NB translated the article she didn't include translations of the comments for what Jonghyun did. But a few minutes ago she put them in. 1. [+268, -21] It's something difficult to do as a public figure, very amazing of him 2. [+251, -16] I think Jonghyun put the focus of his action on promoting equality, not necessarily politics. Not only as a celebrity but as an idol.. I think it's amazing that he participated in something like this. It's rare to see an idol use Twitter for right things lately. Truly amazing. 3. [+214, -12] What an amazing person... I'm learning something from him today. 4. [+185, -6] Seems like a person with a healthy and definite view on life. I agree with the saying that being different is not wrong. 5. [+184, -7] A difficult decision as a singer.. but I'm really proud of him!!

Just to give all of you an update: Jonghyun has been trending on twitter in Korea for 9 hours. I've been tracking the tag and 98% of the comments are saying how he is really awesome, how much they love him, how he is freaking crazy but he is a wonderful person for doing what he did. He has gained 2000+ followers on twitter in 8 hours. and the count is still going up like crazy. The naver article that was posted about him now has 590+ comments. About 90% of them are good, 10% are negative.

He's gaining so many followers on twitter you guys, omg. I thought he would lose some, but no. He's gained 700+ in 3 hours.

LOL. It's okay!! At first I thought it was a troll from some other fandom. cx But you should see the comments on twitter! They're all saying they love him and how wonderful he is and they're so proud of him and how he's a cool guy.

I'm not sure if you guys know this, but Onew's fan sites didn't just mass stream/download WSS. They also donated $20,000 dollars to a world share organization to help underprivileged countries water systems. It was in the news in Korea.

I've tried to like the group, but I can't. Some of the members just grate on my nerves and i'm sick and tired of having them shoved down my throat. They are everywhere. I can't escape them. DA's are all the digital sale charts complied together (downloads, streaming, etc.) But it's the fact that it didn't have any promotions. It was a pointless album to release, tbh. I wasn't even aware that the album was coming out until I saw it on tumblr. Right!? We should be sharing our accomplishment with the everybody on OH because they definitely want to know every single accomplishment of SHINee's.

I believe it's based on album sales and judges decision. oh god, i already have! kings of kpop digital slayers physical slayers exo>>>> omg, we're about to break this record! They're doing alright. For a few weeks everybody stopped charting but it's chart again now. What i'm really impressed with is that Everybody has 39million DA's. WSS DA's were below 12million. Oh and the Misconceptions of Us is charting lately, hopefully it'll start selling more. the units sold for that album hurts my soul

Hehe, yeah! I saw few hours after I posted this. I'm seriously annoyed about the gaon chart though. I know they should have more sales.

I'm glad i'm not the only one thinking that!! It honestly make no sense to me how they have 122k sales on hanteo and 125k sales on gaon. I've never seen a 3k difference between those charts before. Usually it's about a 20k difference.  I'm hoping that this is an error and it gets fixed the next time gaon is updated .

I have a question, isn't there usually a big difference between Hanteo sales and Gaon sales?? Because there is only like a 2k difference for shinee's mini album. Gaon: 125,970 Hanteo: 123,600

The two Kings and Queen dominating for first place. One day SHINee will get their sorry sorry, mirotic or gee gee gee song. I'll be waiting for that day to happen. It will be glorious.

I'm not positive if this is how it works..but here is my guess of how it might go down. SHINee- 20% bonsang + 20%digital sales+ 10% popularity (if we stay number 1 until january) Exo- 20% bonsang +20% album sales If that's how they're going to break down the criteria, it could really go either way. This is so nerve wracking, omg. But i'm trying not to get my hopes up too much in case they lose. I suppose there is always next year..?

I know, let's hope the judges like SHINee and think they deserve it. So this is how the calculations go: 20% bonsang voting 20% digital sales 20% physical sales 30% judges decision 10% popularity poll (we've been leading for 15 weeks so far. let's hope we can continue leading until January.)
