Sorry for my posts. I did not come here to argue. I just want to clear things out. I do not want to become a part of any argument.

Please stop seducing me by posting pictures of Ginger. Jk Anyway And i'd just like to point out. I reread things and i noticed there were some who said that we wasted time taking consensus of people's opinion on wether we would be using badge from a certain time point or there will be no time frame at all (meaning pics from debut up to now will be accepted). Although it's wasting time, it's important that we get the OPINION of the majority. We, as much as possible, didn't want to make decisions by ourselves. We want other people's voices to be heard and to make things official, we took a poll. We wanted to make sure the majority is heard.

I think the reason why the badge is so important is because everyone wants to have good badges for their artists. Anyway, I remember Dave (sx21) keeping a close eye on me during my time as the snsd awards voting OP. He said our fandom is a big fandom and anything that goes wrong might cause a great uproar which the mods doesn't want to happen. I can't remember his exact words but I remember us talking about that.

I think you're missing out the point. Nobody wants to keep the same OP. When was that ever mentioned? Was there ever a time we had the same OP for consecutive years? Nobody is trying to take away the OP from Banhbao ;-; Regarding the time constraint. like I said Moshi experimented due to the demand that she did. It's trial and error, like I keep saying. It's only the second time that we have done a public voting and it's worth a shot to change it up a bit and see if it works. There's nothing that could be done now, it's over and she did her best. You might think that I'm saying this because she's my friend, but I'm saying this because I know how it feels. During my time, I got a lot of criticisms even though I kept doing my best. Nobody will be happy. I'd say that even if she did a different job, she'll still get criticisms. But guys, it's not nice to point it out. Imagine if you worked hard and people will all say about your work are nothing but criticisms? That's where she's coming from. Nobody is pressed. She did a good job but guys, please don't push it to tell her that it didn't work the last time.

Okay guys, I think you're missing out the point here. Before you ride on the bandwagon, please know everything first. Nobody wants to OUST Banhbao. Nobody wants to take the OP away from her. Nobody wants to take over the awards team. If you didn't know, everytime the award thing starts after people publicly discuss here. To figure out who's the OP, who's participating, who wants to volunteer. But when the voting awards started this year, there was no public discussion in the thread. Therefore creating a whole new different system, eliminating the involvement of other people. [Alarm was raised when Banhbao had a conversation with someone and said she already has "the super secret squad" for the awards team] And this is in relation to sad's post, where it has to be "fandom approved". That's it. That's all there is to it. IF Banhbao gets nominated again THEN IT'S ALRIGHT. NO PROBLEM. But this time, there's a clearer line because she was publicly nominated rather than their group of people just creating the awards team and not opening it to the public as per discussion. That's it. Now, as being the OP of this thread, sad and I talked and I personally gave my opinion. The only opinion I have is the lack of public discussion in the thread as regarding this awards thingy. Whenever I do the awards, I post here, ask people if they want to join, ask if anybody wants to be OP, ask people what are their specialties, and publicly discuss in the thread the rules and such and ask people if they have any objections to that. I DON'T CARE IF I'M NOT PART OF IT, I DON'T CARE IF THE OLD TEAM IS NOT A PART OF IT. BUT IT'S BECAUSE I KNOW THERE WILL BE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO JOIN AND WANT TO PUT THEIR INSIGHT ON THIS. I want sones here to participate, and I know some might be too shy to come up to us and say "I want to join" so I ask for volunteers to officially welcome new people. That's how I roll and that's how I want it to be. So that's how I hope the succeeding teams will do for the next award changes. Heck, during the H8 days, when I change the OP I ask people for their opinion about it. I also ask for OP volunteers from time to time because I want everyone to be involved. I want to set a good example that no one is above anyone. I want everyone to be equal and have their fair share of contributions. As per the opinion that they'll do a better job because they're a part of the events team, gfx team, I would like to discourage that. WE MIGHT HAVE HIDDEN TALENTS IN THE THREAD SO it's best not to intimidate them with that reasoning. That's my OPINON in all of this, I want people to volunteer and put their hands up and say I want to help and be a part of this and that's how everyone should have created the team. Not based on their known talents. People can volunteer even if they are the lousiest artist, as long as they want to help. I didn't want the SAD to post here actually. I knew there's going to be drama. But member/s of the awards team was eager to post here and to set an example. Banhbao, if you still want to lead the awards thread, go for it. Others if you don't know what happened, it's best to keep out if it. To those who didn't know, Danielle (Moshimoshi) did a great job. She is just hurt by those words that were said that last year's was totally a disaster. ANYONE'S FEELINGS WOULD BE HURT. NOBODY IS PERFECT BUT SHE DID HER BEST. That is what matters, like I said TRIAL AND ERROR and she was involved in the improvement of the system.

I think it's unfair to last year's OP to say that. The process she did was due to the demand that we should have a different method THAN my method last last time. It's worth the experimentation, like trial and error. But overall it was successful, more successful than mine went tbqh. Mine was pretty rough because it was the first public voting ever done and we had less experience. So we were like searching in the dark. However, MoshiMoshi did a lot better. She handled it very well and there was less drama. I am saying this in her defense. She had a tough time but she put through it.
