yeah that's what i meant i think rv is overshadowed by these two groups a lot and that's why i asked if rv is "underrated"

 

i came across some kpop stans i wouldn't call them haters but they think of rv poorly and they said rv is doing quite bad for sm standart and i'm not sure what they mean but it had me thinking a lot about rv's achievements, is it good enough? do they still lack? i really don't know

 

that's what i'm worried about that sm will ruin rv just like they ruined SNSD and fx because sm can't handle two active girl groups at the same time so when the new smngg debuts this year i'm afraid rv will meet the same faith

 

RV is not overshadowed by anybody , please. Even on Gallup list this year they were higher than BP. People just like to slander RV cause they are very evidently more talented and with higher quality music compared to other two groups you mentioned so they have to find something to drag them. So they pull out the physical numbers or Youtube views or what not. But the truth is RV has no problem having World Tours, filling out the concerts, getting CF deals etc.

The issue is with Reveluvs as fandom, we are not united and organised like Once and Blinks.Also we are not obsessive to the point where we will spam RV content 24/7 and that needs to change in 2019. Luvies need to be more aggressive in their support of RV, they are too chill.

They lost against twice and they are concerned with the fans. Fans arrived as early as 1pm.

So? They won last year, who cares. And Irene wasn't even playing this year. The point is, SM should save both RV and the fans the trouble and stop sending them there.

One thing i will criticize Yeri on is her hip motion....she needs to work on swaying her hips more.

 

RBB choreo is very heavy on side to side hip motion. Her hips look stiff compared to the rest of the members....Irene does it best, so fluid. Wendy too.

How about we stop nitpicking every single thing Yeri does and actually give her a credit for slaying this comeback with her charizma and stage presence. Her hip movement is perfectly  fine , we could nitpick little things about every girl when it comes to their dancing and perfromance (minus Seulgi) but it seems to always happen with Yeri. Lets leave that to haters and instead concentrate on lot of positive improvements she made this comeback cause the girl is literaly glowing,shes doing amazing.

We also have to consider that Yeri is still young so her questioning is definitely possible. It's just with how she answers when people ask her about a boyfriend or her ideal type is so strange. Like she chose the two guys that are definitely out of her league and way older for her ideal type. The two handsomest men in the entertainment industry according to Chaeyoung. Like, that's something I did when people asked me which male celebrity I thought was attractive. I just picked whoever people said was the most attractive just to say it. Yeri seems the same way, especially since she said "I don't really care that much about looks" right before naming the two most attractive actors. Like, that's just something someone who's not sure of their type will say. I really do think she's questioning right now.

I don't think shes questioning, i feel like Yeri might be in a relationship but she is trying to dodge the questions so shes beating around the bush. Also the way she looked away when Chaeyoung asked her that makes me think shes hiding something. Now ,is she dating guy or a girl is another thing.

 

don't get me wrong, for me sistar will always be the legit summer queens, they worked hard for that title. when i say trend, i simply mean that sistar were consistent in their summer output, whereas rv took it in a slightly different direction. i think sm didn't really count on it getting this big, but they saw the demand and a lack of supply with sistar disbanding and ran with it, and it turned out to be a really good strategy! imo, summer releases are a really tricky thing, something sistar mastered and couldn't be replicated. rv did a variety with a unique formula, and ia w what i think you're saying (?) that THAT'S what these groups are now suddenly trying to emulate. everyone mocked sistar's strategy for years, but then when rv got a smash hit like rf, it's like suddenly not *totally beneath* them anymore and they're literally racing to put something out before september...

The tea. Also the fact particular fandoms are pressed that RV is using  tested formula for success from the previous year, like only their faves are allowed to do that and get easy wins and sales. We know that RV is known for taking risks and being fresh and new every comeback but why not put a new spin on something that gave them huge push in their career?
