Rittan and Maho are extremely close, every NGT48 fan knows this. I immediately noticed Riko was missing from the Countdown Japan interview too. In this delicate time, this is a blatant hint. Not something to take with a grain of salt.

It’s too suspicious that NMB, who are under Yoshimoto, and NGT, who are the current noise group, aren’t affected by this. I’m with mamichan on this, it’s possible that AKS is trying to take fans’ attention and concern away from Maho and NGT48. The attack happened on December 8, after Team G’s Saka Agari stage where Rika was also present. I know that Rika, Miharu and Ayaka live in the same building because of that screaming man incident. We heard it in Miharu and Rika’s Showrooms, and they were in contact with Ayaka because she lives there too. If all the non-Niigata girls live there, including Maho, then it’s possible that Rika was one of the girls who were there with Maho and the police. It is frightening knowing that the NGT48 girls can’t feel safe in their dorm, and have to stay there and pretend everything is fine. NGT48 management are disgusting TRASH for putting not just Mahohon, but also the rest of the NGT girls in this dangerous and insecure state. It is unfathomable that they didn’t fire the problematic girl, not just for Maho’s sake but for the other members’ sake as well.

It’s interesting that people are suspecting Ayakani. I was on a witch hunt since the news broke out, and yesterday I found an NGT48 interview from their new year performance on Countdown Japan. I first noted the gap between Ayakani and Okappa, then when Noe introduced herself loudly, everyone laughed except Ayaka, while Okappa smiled awkwardly. A good thing about Okappa, is her inability to hide her emotions. It’s similar to Rika’s inability to hide hers, so I also noticed Rika’s body language leaning forward and to the side, away from both Ayaka and Gatanee. Rika and Okappa’s body language were noticeable even when they were waiving goodbye.

This is bad but it won’t be the end of 48G, not even the end of NGT48. Anyways NGT48 is trending worldwide Maho is so freaking strong. She was physically attacked, and betrayed by her groupmate, management and the police. She didn’t let this break her.

Still there seems to be too many problems with NGT48's management and security High key was going frantic around Japanese news sites hoping that AKS won't block this from the media I was hoping for this at one point, but then I realized how unfair it would be to the majority of the good girls and new gens in the group. Mahohon even said that she loves the rest of the girls and tried to protect the NGT group name for as much as she could. Moreover, AKS and Niigata's government can't resolve the issue by simply wiping out the group and pretending like it never existed.

I’ve been fuming over this since yesterday. I kept reading Maho’s posts over and over looking for hints. The only thing that’s obvious is that it’s someone who lives in the dorms, but no less than half of NGT48 are from outside the prefecture and could all be living in the same building. Like many others, I was wondering if it was someone with massive support and backing (Rika) but Mochichan is right about it possibly being an effort by both management and the Niigata government. Also as others in this thread mentioned, if these things has happened to other members like Ogiyuka then I can imagine the psychos in management thinking it’s not a big deal. This reminds me of a previous NGT48 member, Ayanyan, who mysteriously graduated under similar circumstances where there was something shady going on in the group with management. They probably hoped Mahohon would just graduate and all their problems will disappear with her. I’m so so so so proud of her for speaking up! Management should’ve just cut off the cancerous member/s, because now this exposes NGT48’s management as well. This mess is still regional to NGT48, but if AKS doesn’t act right now and fire Imamura and change some shit with NGT48, it will spread to the rest of AKB48G.

Yukirin seems to get prettier and younger with time. NWM is her best era yet. Sorry to all of NWM’s centers but for me Yukirin and Miu owned this concept and promotion She didn’t win #1 in either shows but still wcentered most of Sentimental Train with Dasu, debuted with IZ*ONE, centered NWM, and wcenter the 4846IZ collaboration. Moeka tho she’s such a monster. Just when I thought I was over AKB48, I get sucked back in by Miu and Moeka!

The girls and camera move too much that the video quality gets blurry even at 1080p Anyways they obviously took visuals into consideration because Hijiri’s audition wasn’t really stable, and you can also see her mess up a couple of times during the live. Not that I’m complaining about Hijiri finally getting pushed, but it’s not for that audition or her dance skills. I do like the fact the they substituted the HKT girls with STUs and T8 with another T8. It looks like a solid knockoff.

I only saw Yukirin tbh You can mock her for her age all you want but the reason why she’s at the front when they’re dancing on the floor is because she makes the floor mop dance look good. I noticed this in the MV too.

I would love to see a K46 dance unit for STU with Naachan! Now I wish T8 were kennin in sister groups so that Miu would be part of the dance unit lol Rena was my ultimate oshi at one point, I remember watching Team K’s LODs just to see her. She’s so smart, it was fun watching her on Kimi wa Dare.

They performed NWM in today’s HS event. As expected, the center was Naachan flanked by Yuiyui and Miion. Yeeees I thought about Kaotan’s google+ vids too Not mention it is much more accessible than those copyrighted tv shows. Members can showcase many different things like cooking, singing, dance covers, gags, travels, personal bts documentaries, artwork, etc.

Can’t blame them tbh it’s one of the reasons I get anxious about live stream. I’ve seen it as a major plot in many dramas and movies where a character’s life is ruined because they didn’t realize the mic is on, or that the camera is rolling. Most recently in Coco and Eromanga Sensei. I wish all 48G girls can make YouTube accounts like Akarin and Sakura. It’s a good way to reconnect with the general public since most people watch YT more than cable.

I know Rika is closest to Hinatan since the time of the audition. She always thanked Hinata on SNS and talk about how they understand each other even without words. She once even dedicated a whole article in her regular magazine column just about Hinatan. So as a Hinatan fan I continued to defend her after she implied that she was bullied and ostracized by her groupmates, and used bubble wrap to vent her frustration. I lost it however when she put Hinatan in a terrible position with the whole H-chan thing, even if she didn’t mean Hinata. They recently went to the pool together, which is something Rika doesn’t usually do with other people, so they seem to still be friends but I’m already done at this point. Anyways, Hinatan seem closer to Ogiyuka lately than Rika, not just with the amount of interaction but also due to the fact that they still hangout and interact when they’re not in senbatsu. If Rika didn’t post a picture of her with Ogiyuka while captioning it with how much she hates Ogiyuka I wouldn’t have figured out that their relationship is just for business as NGT reps in AKB senbatsu. She deleted it immediately but not before Ogiyuka commented with her confusion. Of course as I also like Ogiyuka, this only increased my dislike of Rika. I do find her constant push dispite the unprofessionalism and scandal interesting and intertaing but I lost all respect and tolerance.

I personally want Miu to get one of the three center positions Forgot to comment on the b-side MVs Otona: My favorite!! Unique ideas, great authentics and pretty girls. Okp should be here instead of U-19. AiKaBu: Ok concept, but the girls look beautiful. Seichan is so pure. Ike no Mizu: Nice reference to their show. I don’t watch it since I’m not into these members except maybe Megu. I reviewed these MVs in order of preference, from favorite to least favorite, but I honestly think they’re all good!

They’re holding a competition to decide who will take Sakura, Nako and Hitomi’s places as centers. The competition will air on the 8th. It seems to be a dance competition and everyon is fair game, not just senbatsu members.
