  1. Yeah, I was thinking it might be time to maybe separate it into thirds, too. Are you interested in being OP? ^^

    Sure I'll do it ^^

I wouldn't mind re-organizing it, and I think the system you have now is good but we should move all actors/actress and soloist who aren't part of any idol group into one new section. So IU, Ailee, Gary etc would go under there. I just think it would make it much easier to locate links quickly.

  2. Guys I am in love with this lipstick brand!!!!

Okay so I was at a friend's house and she was doing my makeup and she uses this lipstick I've never heard of. The brand is called Medora and not lying this is the best lipstick formula EVER.

It's so creamy and pigmented I love the colors, and has pretty decent wear. The formula for this thing is soooo nice, I legit think it's better than MAC. And the best part is they are less then a dollar. I am stunned that something of this quality can be so cheap.

Okay now the downside: I think these lipsticks are only available in Pakistan :/

But if you know anyone going to Pakistan ask them to get these for you.

    Look at that color :ahmagah:

And this is the only video I found on it.

  3. ugh fuck divergent tbh that series sucks the thing is so overhyped my god. The first one is every YA novel ever written, the second book is a waste of effort and could have easily been merged with the first or last book, and the last one is the best in the series (granted I never finished it) but that still isn't what I would qualify as a good read. Not only that Tris is probably the most annoying YA character ever worse than Bella. She's so stupid and why the fuck did her and Four stay together they totally should have broken up around book 2 if that was an actual relationship. /rant

Yeah after book one I gave up and just googled what happened in the next two books. I'm glad I gave up early, the rest of the plot seemed so bad. I don't why the plot is so disjointed and random, there's no flow to what's happening.

And I agree with you about the characters. They all were very two dimensional and I like characters that grow and change. Well at least Tris died after how annoying she was.

  4. I need a book to read... any suggestions?

I just finished a book about what i thought would be about mafia but turned out to be a harlequin type romance. Mehh im not a fan of those types of stories because they seem amateur but A+ for the smut i guess. Lol

And since no one replied to my previous post about Captive Prince i assumed no one here has read it. I honestly think it deserves more attention. It started as a free online fic but got picked up and published.

    Book 1 - Captive Prince

    Book 2 - Prince's Gambit

Book 3 - Kings' Rising (to be released)

    Plot:

    https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/9305362-captive-prince

It's boy x boy but it's not romance heavy. It focuses more on war, scheming, slavery. The relationship of the leads however is important to the development of the plot.

The writing style is good too, not too simple and amateur, i learned some new words which is a good thing.

The 3rd book of this trilogy will hopefully be out this year... author is in the editing stage of the manuscript. When it comes out i think i will lose it before i even begin

What type of books do you like? I'll suggest you something off that.

If you like fantasy and romance then I recommend A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah Mass. It's about a girl who is out hunting when she accidentally kills a faerie disguised as a wolf. As punishment a faerie king captures her and takes her to his court where they eventually fall in love.

It's YA so it's not really smutty like fanfiction but it's still a nice easy read romance.

And I've never heard of The Captive Prince sorry.

  5. I finally finished The Red Queen and it was amazing!!!!!!!!!!

    the-red-queen.png

I recommend it to everyone who likes sic-fi, super power, dystopian type books. It also a good romance line too, not to heavy but cute and relevant to the plot. And omg the plot was sooooo well thought out, the twists were killing me, they would just come out of nowhere.

The writing style was good too, very simple but it worked with the plot and really let it stand out. Nicley descriptive but it doesn't really have deep imagery, I would say it's a fairly easy read, normal YA stuff.

The next book doesn't come out till Winter :(

This is why I prefer reading completed series. I can't handle the wait. I'm looking for something to read now tho.

  6. I realized this list needs to be qualified further, this is for male idol groups only; there have been other 100k+ albums by non-idols like Cho Yongpil/Busker Busker as well as idol soloists like Kim Hyunjoong.

I have a question. Why is JYJ not included in this list? In Heaven sold 100K+ and Just Us 150K+.Is it because they are not considered "idols"?

I don't understand because they released these albums as a group, so it should count.

  7. I thought that was just a rumor? Everywhere I look says they officially went on hiatus, not disbandment. They've even directly addressed the issue of disbandment saying they did not and will not do it.

It wouldn't be them anyway though since they debuted in the 90s.

Really? I always thought they did.

Anyway this article talks about Brian Joo being suicidal and it also mentions that FTTS did disband. http://mwave.interest.me/enewsworld/en/article/37415/brian-almost-committed-suicide-in-the-past

  8. Oh V, you give me so much life.

Eric is a decent name  :imstupid:

But seriously, I have no idea about him. He's either an ally or one of us though :hoplz:

Yes, yes it is. It's nice, but there were other ones that were nicer. I'm sad I missed the voting  :rlytearpls:

Crap, I was gonna make a Korean>Japanese>English translation, but I lost it when it was almost finished and I don't wanna rewrite the whole thing  :rlytearpls:

Before reading it and at the beginning I thought it could be Jokwon, but now I'm not so sure...

It says their producer/manufacturer had various popular artists at the time, so that really narrows down what company it could be tbh.

The reason the group couldn't reach A-level wasn't because two members were in a relationship, but because the rumors/reports about it were so persistent that it was interfering.

It also says the guy who tried to kill himself specifically slit his wrists (the only attempt I know of that Jokwon may have made involved car fumes), and then that his bright and lively image went away for a while after that.

The dispatch thing is about a dispatch-level media outlet that released an item saying there was a "lively homosexual" member in a group and attached was a photo of the two concerned censored by a mosaic.

I'm actually leaning towards SHINee. I haven't seen Key's wrists, but he got crazy depressed after Jonghyun's dating scandal and some fans were worried he might be suicidal. He's also admitted that he used to self harm and still has scars on his body from it  :._.:

I've been thinking about this blind item and I think it has too do with Fly to the Sky

    they debuted in early 2000's

are from SM which is a major company

they were extremely popular in Korea in their day but never really got to A level for some reason.

    Brian has a kkap image.

there have been sooooo many rumors of Brian and Hwanhee dating

They got back together which could lead Dispatch to get a picture of them together.

what do you guys think? Does it sound like them or is it just me?

  9. I really enjoyed the first book but the second one was disappointing! America really got on my nerves with her going back and forth between Aspen and Maxon. The third book was better thank god.

Are you going to read the spin-off series?

No I don't think so, I barely got through this one tbh. The last book was much better then book two but it was so predictable for me, I'm pretty sure everyone at that point knew that America would win. It just wasn't fun for me.

My husband bought The Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard and it sounds really good from the description. I think I'll steal it when he's done so I'll be reading that next.

  10. I just finished reading a trilogy and I know you guys are going to think wtf, but I really am quite a fast reader.

Its The Selection trilogy by Keira Cass.

    The-Selection-collage.jpg

The books aren't too long about ~250 pages each.

I thought the series was okay, they are good but definitely for a younger group and I prefer more adult novels so it was a little meh.

The overall plot of the series is that the main protagonist America, is chosen along with 34 other girls to compete in a televized show where the winner gets to marry the Prince and become the princess. America stays in the competition for the money to help her family but eventually falls in love with the prince. As the setting is in a dystopian kingdom at war with a rebel uprising, it touches on other things too but it's still very much about the competition and the drama with the other girls. It's kinda like a Hunger Games/The Bachelor mix. I would give this series a 6/10 and I recommend it to readers who like angsty romance.

  11. I'm thinking about reading Outlander since ages but I have heard it's really heavy with murder etc like you said (male rape is something new though) so I'm still not sure. Is it very bloody/gory? I mean, are the scenes very explicit?

    Very gory and very explicit.

The heroine almost gets raped like three times in book one. Her husband actually does get raped and it's set during a war so there's murder and killing everywhere.

It is definitely an adult book but if you are okay with heavier themes then I highly recommend it.

  12. I know what you are referring to but idk sorry): It seems like it isn't any of the OST tracks released..

Haha I had to go rewatch that part to get what you meant.

It's a swinging rope? Which indicates some sort of swift/ rapid movement had occurred in the container prior to him entering or that someone (the chef) knocked into it or something along those lines maybe?

Oh I didn't get it, thanks for explaining.

I thought it was something connecting the chef to Dr Chun's murder.
