VOTING RESULTS This mv tho NARA: "I'M THE DAMN VISUALLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!" Can't believe that the only rap thing in the song was done by...Yeoreum? Not Lime? Only one rap and it went to Yeo? Not even YY? Surprising It's a nice song that's easy on the ears. Line distribution for the core vocalists was phenomenal as far as I can tell. Hasn't been as even in a while. As for Nara and YY, I'm not sure I heard Nara too much, unless the chant at the beginning and end with Lime was her. Anyway the song was well put together I think. It's nothing drop jaw but I liked it. In fact I'll listen to it again now. EDIT: Jeez Seo SMASHED her solo scenes!!!!!! EDIT AGAIN: And I forgot to say, but her and Lime sound particularly standout in this song!

As someone who knows what's going on in the manga rn, I can calmly say no joke that 5 chapters is not enough time for Kubo to wrap up, reveal and finish up all of the shit that needs to be wrapped up, revealed and finished up. Wtf

Looking at the people who have made it on UPRStar, I'd be surprised if they turned Lime away. Though, about the whole issue concerning her rapping skill and SMTM, being turned away and what not, I would be the first to admit that I think Lime has pretty noticeable declined in rapping skill since before. When she released that rap video on their channel last year, what I was thinking was that she looked amazing, but also that she wasn't as good as used to be. It's ironic given that she's been pushed much more as an exclusive rapper now than before, but I think it's because she hasn't been practicing and focusing strictly on it as much. I was listening to her predebut stuff and that sounded better than that video did. Maybe she's actually been doing the same thing she's been doing since Venus, but since we're further off now from her predebut period when she was "Haley" more or less, then we were back then, it's had more time to set in given idol promotion and business day in and day out. On the other hand, it could just be because there was an almost two year hiatus in between companies and things were kindof all over the place. Either way, I'm attributing it to some point in the past when she likely wasn't doing as much to maintain and hone her skills. EDIT: this here's the one from last year I was talking about (God she's so cute) vs. something like this: At any rate, I guess the main point is that, I will admit that I believe she had gotten rusty and I can understand if she was turned from SMTM I guess. Dunno much about the talent that goes into that program. UPRStar however, it would be freaking insane for her to be turned away from that. Especially now since I'm sure she's been practicing more.
