It's a valid portion of the analysis and i think it lends merit to a lot of what you were saying in the entire thing. or maybe i just like the part where he watches the fashion show. maybe you could make an amendment that says they are no longer together? they did seem to be together for at least six months or so.

Shipping seems to be a sensitive topic even in this thread...I noticed most of the complaints about my analysis are related to the shipping portion (which is why I was careful to not mention much about yunjae in my jaejoong analysis)

and about Key and hyeongseop, I also think they had something going on back then. but now that there is a lack of interactions between them, I'm wondering about the whole "childhood friends who mysteriously reconnected one day". heechul also mentioned that gunhee was a childhood friend who he happened to reconnect with again one day. ...I'm wondering if this is actually code for "someone who I recently hooked up with and need a way to explain my closeness with them to my fans".

There is nothing wrong with gathering all Jaejoong informations, but when I read that 7 pages Key/Model analysis I thought it was a bit too much. What if they were actually friends and decided to don't hang out as much as before just because of those speculations going crazy? I'd feel really frustrated if I found out about such an analysis on me and my friend. Anyway I understand your point of view and respect it, I just wanted to say my opinion.

I understand your point. I think I've stated when I made the original post that I only included information that they have made publicly available themselves....but I do agree that the Key/Model analysis was too much, lol. I was a bit excited when originally posting it because they looked so cute together. But now that I don't think they're together, I kinda feel like going back and deleting that portion myself, lol.    (because it might be embarrassing for them if they were to find it)

But then again, it's not like what I posted is something exclusive that you can't find elsewhere online.it's all been speculated and posted about many times before my analysis was made. Everyone has different opinions, but I really can't take seriously people who analyse so deeply idols who they will never even meet. I didn't mean to be rude with my 1st omment though.

Well...my analysis started because ppl were constantly coming into this thread (or a similar old thread) and claiming we couldn't judge anyone's sexual preferences based on just mannerism (from gifs) and stereotypes (being feminine). I was starting to get annoyed with it because there are many post that weren't just about stereotypes, so I gathered and organized them all into a single post.

It wasnt that hard and involved really, just do a search for 'jaejoong' in all the 'who's' gay' thread, copy any relevant posts and paste into a single post, then organize it and add some extra commentary so it flows nicely and make sense. however, it's probably more difficult to do now since many of the old threads are deleted....but my analysis are collected from posts that were discussed by many different users in an old thread over the course of years...gathered into a single post. 

It's either, this thread is a joke..or this thread is too serious.

Whatever happened to that user who created the long analyses about Key, Jaejoong, etc.? We need him to make more...

Heechul once mentioned how he knew fans love the "shipping/fanfiction" stuff, and I think that's why he took advantage of it and did his kissing sprees. I believe he quite enjoyed it for himself as well.

I read a post from a Korean in KpopSelca that Taemin has more gay rumours than Key and that Tao, Sehun, Kai and Kris were the ones who had the most gay rumous in EXO. I'll try to find the whole post again and post it here.

Hello i'm Korean, I've been reading all of your posts, and I want to address something people here think about the Korean culture!!...

First of, It's not so common for guys to touch each other, yes they do it under their own risk. meaning Yes people do think they're gay or bi when they do it how ever. if it doesn't affect anyone, then Netizens don't comment about it. I was watching a video from Simon and Martina. and I was nodding my head the whole time with my grandmother. they said, it's common . well let me tell you no it's not.. People think Korean, are against gays well no we're not really, just don't go around publicizing it .. Like don't go around screaming I'M GAY etc. Korea and Japan and China. or Asian countries in general have maybe a high quantity of gays how ever they keep it a secret or is onlu known to their family or friends I have tons of gay friends and gay family members. Why do you find that rumor convincing? I once tried to find a source on that, and nothing. 

The original rumor was apparently posted on SportsSeoul and was quickly deleted. It didn't mention any names (it was one of those, idol A and Actress B, C... rumors), but people were able to piece together details from that rumor with information that matched with Yuri and the 2 actresses.  I don't know, it could be a coincidence that the details all matched up to her, but it seemed too perfect.

Alot of the reasons that it convinced me are on old threads from other forums that are now deleted, so I don't know if I could find them again. But I remember trying to find the source of that rumor too, and everything I found referenced back to a deleted post on SportsSeoul. If you search for K-netizens reaction on the date that the rumor was reported to have been posted, you will find many K-netizens writing about a lesbian rumor and some were speculating Yuri, some even posted a screenshot of the original SS post. So it seems strange that a lot of different K-netz were all talking about the same rumor around the same time, but they all reference a deleted post on SportsSeoul. So I do think there was an actually rumor like that posted on SS that quickly got deleted, but the rumor being about Yuri is just speculation and people piecing things together. But then, if it's not about Yuri, I don't know who else would fit the rumor...

It's been awhile since I posted here. I just backtracked and too lazy to go back and quote people. So I'll just reply. This is probably going to be a quick and sloppy post as it is late and I just want to get my thoughts down...

About fanservice, I agree that it could cause people view male x male relationship as something not to be taken seriously...merely a joke. I actually felt like Key was starting to get uncomfortable with fanservice for that reason, because fans would see it as them goofing off and how ridiculous it was for 2 guys to be so close like that...when all this time he was actually being serious with his affection towards jjong. During that fanmeet in japan, when jjong was suppose to choose who he'd marry and the fans were all shouting Keys name...Key looked really uncomfortable to me there.

Also, this video might be relevant. It compares fanservice of Adam Lambert (who is openly gay) with Kpop (mostly seems like the Idols are joking around) and then Visual Kei (mostly seems like it's done for shock factor, but some of it confuses me becuse they seem so serious and into it...so I don't know).

About Jaejoong...I feel like he already came out when he named a man as his ideal type  (twice!). And he didn't look like he was joking either times. I didn't need anymore convincing beyond that, lol (but it didn't hurt that numerous other things he's done strengthen this speculation). Him having a painting by a gay guy probably doesn't mean anything, but it is a painting symbolizing 2 men in love...which is what makes it interesting for Jaejoong to have. And like Daft Punk said, it probably doesn't prove anything by itself, but it's like the icing on the cake of jaejoong's gayness.

Also, when Idols talk about their ideal girl, I see people who see it as proof that the Idol is 100% straight. Even if it totally contradicts everything they've ever done and said (*ahem* Key). But when an Idol talk about their ideal type being a man (like jaejoong did), I see people who don't take their word and look for excuses (he was joking, he meant ideal type of role model, he was answering as a girl, etc...)

That's an odd statement for the MC to just make  ....like it was setup for Dana to recite those (scripted) answers she gave.

During the early KeySeop periods, Key seemed really confident and out...and I feel like they were both blinded by love. Because during those times, they both seem to take it too far and could've outed themselves: Hyeongseop tweeting non-stop about Key, and Key giving lots of hints (Freddie Mercury badge, talking about gay marriage, being seen out together in places like Itaewon).

Then recently, KeySeop interactions seems to have died down.

And all of a sudden, Key is talking about girls more frequently and playing "straight" roles (in WGM and Bonnie&Clyde musical).

Some possibilites:

1. SM caught onto KeySeop and interfered (KeySeop is either hidden or no longer together). And now Key has to cover up.

With a caption like "welcome to ma closet!", you'd think it's about the clothes or excitement of all the clothes in his closet...yet you can't even see anything from his closet in the photo. The photo is focused on him...and he doesn't look excited.   And we know Key loves fashion and clothes, so I doubt he's unenthused about being in his closet, physically.

I need your brain

I am very often getting engaged in the debates where someone is always trying to convince me that being gay is an abnormality and an error caused by social environment and individual's mental development. It's like almost all people around me believe that heterosexuality is a standard. And also they really believe that if we talk about homosexuality in public, there would be decline in the birth-rate. Of course, I undestand that this is complete bullshit, and there's no such thing as homosexual propaganda. 

And then... all their arguments about socium and all - this is also bullshit. I mean, how then there are homosexual animals, almost in all kinds of them? How do we explain it unless we were born that way?

I really believe that homosexuality is NOT a deviation. I think it keeps the world in balance. It's nature.

How do I explain that to people? How to educate them? Could you maybe share your opinion with me? I would be really grateful.

I ran out of arguments, and I need that to convince some people.

Error refers to something being a mistake. That doesn't make sense in the context of nature, where there is no obvious intent.

Of course, statistically, there will be an average (which people may refer to as the norm). And from this average, there's always deviations...just like in every other population measurements (such as height, weight, etc). The problem comes when people claim this deviation is undesirable, which is more of a moral/social construct (resulting in various subjective interpretations) not ingrained in nature. In nature, there isn't such an idea that things are meant to be a certain way. So to say that homosexuality is an error of nature, or that it doesn't belong in nature is absurd.

Oh my yunjae feels!!! But lol seeing changmin singing a song like this is seriously hilarious and yeah I agree about jaejoong deciding the song I mean jaejoong was like a mother in dbsk but like a really controlling and bossy mother lol I'm pretty sure no one would've dared to oppose him when he says something not even yunho

On a side note I think this also shows us how much Korea is still not so much considerate or aware i should say of homosexuality

Also, the thing about that "Raining Men" performance was that it looked like an ordinary performance (if you don't pay attention to the lyrics). I mean, Jae really got into the song, like he seriously felt the words. Yet, some people in the audience were laughing like it was suppose to be a parody cover.
