I don't know your exact circumstances, but this all sounds very familiar for me. I also got help and yes, it does get better. It can take time but there's hope. If you are prone to self-sabotage it might be an idea to ask the psych about DBT - really helped me a lot. Feel free to pm me if you have questions or want to rant.

It passes, just take care of yourself a little extra while you're going through this phase. If you want to give up permanently, not being able to do it for a while is a real good headstart because the first part is the hardest. Good luck!

Can someone please help me with info for Ji's tour? I'm wondering when (and on what sites) regular tickets will be available for Chicago and Singapore, as those are the two shows I'm choosing between. (And yes I know those are in different continents lol, I'm in Europe and need a weekend performance but am unable to make Toronto)

My favourite is 'stay at home when it's dark'. So half the year I should not go to work because it gets dark before I leave? Sometimes at 4pm? Because that's definitely a life right...

Why did it take me so long to find this thread? I am not well informed about recent jpop/rock but I'd like to start getting back into it. I'll follow this thread so that I can check things out and discuss I've never been on an Asian music forum where the Jpop section is active before.
