Have you tried the using the "quick donate" tab? Copy and paste the username, push the wonhallyu tab, paste the name, and then go from there.

When you go to edit your post you should see "use full editor," and from there it will take you to the page needed to do this. The function to add the poll will be on the right corner.
Just click edit > use full editor and you can add a poll to the op.

But the OP was in the wrong, and I've seen many MANY other threads where if the OP is trolling, users are allow to express their feelings that the OP is wrong, and their comments were not deleted. And typically a Mod will step in and simply lock/delete the thread.
And you know to be really honest, considering how bad that 17 page thread was, I really do not understand the logic of why you decided to re-open it after the 13th page, considering the OP had provided false translations to defame a member of a group. Did you not read the proof of truth that Once were providing? Did you not go watch the video yourself?
But whatever, I learn new things about this forum and it's Mods everyday

You are correct in saying that we generally lock and delete threads of that nature. However, I can understand her point of view in this case as well. A good portion of the posts were actually contributing to a conversation instead of outright bashing. It seems that she tried her best to try and salvage the decent comments and get rid of any and everything that appeared to be off topic. Locking and removing it may have been the best solution, but she was within her right to try and remove comments instead. In any case, the thread has been removed and hopefully the issue with this ends here. Apologies if you feel that things were mishandled.
No. A few of your posts were negged by different people, but it is not a case of stalking.

Why are some users (not part of staff) allowed to have sigs beyond 450 x 250 or with more than 2 images?

The cross across someone's face in their sig symbolises to me death and I recall getting 3wps for that death note gif when everyone knows the death note is not real. Also their username is tasteless.
You cannot see any warning other points but your own, so you are assuming without any knowledge that nothing was done about the user. From what I see another mod warned you because you posted a gif that explicitly wished death on someone (real, joke, or otherwise the rules state it is not accepted here). You are welcomed to appeal that warning if you hadn't already done so. That username is not warn worthy.

Well, we only ban people that consistently break the rules enough to reach 10 points (or post something that garners an automatic ban). Beyond that we cannot say why that user was banned.

I don't know if I'm posting this in the right place but for the past couple of weeks or so I keep getting a "we've detected malware programming" when I click on some topics. It also says that there were contents from a page "tinmoicuasao.net".

We don't ban users based on requests. Take a look at the rulebook to get an idea of how our warning system works.
