Awe, I'm sorry. My sister is going to be majoring in Hospitality and Business management, so I thought I'd ask yours thoughts on it. She loves cooking though. lol What are you doing now then?

Man that's a lot of time spent at school. I work as well, so I had no time to relax, but I do see where you are coming from. I'm nervous to start the next portion of the Nursing program, because I heard that it won't allow me the time to work. (Because of HW and such) How did you like the culinary program?

I do though, that's why I said it wasn't that bad. When I was taking the first classes for my nursing program, I had 6-8 hour classes every single day. I have 4 classes now, and a couple of them are 3 hours, and they are everyday. I prefer the classes that are long because they end sooner. lol

That's not bad at all actually. Some of my classes during the regular semester are that long. Mostly my major classes though.
