Is there something wrong with the notifications tab? it doesnt seem to load on mine on my pc nor my phone :\
There is a glitch with the notification tab. If you receive a notification from a user that has special characters in their name the list won't load. Right click the notification tab, open into a new tab, delete all of your notifications, and then the problem should be fix. Do this whenever the list does not load for you.
That usually happens when a user with a special character in their username (that is not recognized by the system) quoted your post, or when they replied to a thread you are following. It also happens when a user with a normal username quoted your post in a thread with special characters in its title.
To fix this, click the bell icon at the top of OH page, right-click it and open your notifications in a new tab. After checking the notifications, delete them all and it should start working again.

My apologies for the misunderstanding. I had a recent discussion with Panda about this happening and I told her that we weren't going to warn anyone for it. While Panda may decide to disqualify the votes of users that bribe for votes (that is well within her right to do so), it is not an offense worthy of a warning. That's what I mean by it not being against the rules.

We would prefer that you keep all things award related in the award section. No, it's not against the rules to pay won for a vote. If a user decides to accept your proposal that is fine. However, please do not create threads and harass others with this.

Honestly, it's so unfair when tons of people get banned for something like a picture of a woman's nipples or "gore" from a news article about a horrible attack but you let these racist trolls run wild. At this point it's not just them having a different or unpopular opinions, they're just downright racist which is against the rules. Do something about this.
Can't you ban NCTfans? this user is a well known racist here, always talking shit about muslims. You can read all of his horribles words in this thread.

It's not because you did anything wrong. I left a link on the last page to a thread that has a similar discussion about preference of pools or beaches. Your reference to mermaids (implying preferring beaches), and question about preferring pools is similar to the public pools or beaches thread.

You would have to upload that picture to an image hosting site, and then you would post the link here. Try Imgur.

Hello ~ I have a question about double posting. I have read the rule book and noticed that:
- If you post twice in a row, but your previous post was 1 hour before, it is not considered double posting.
- If you post within 1 minute of your last post, it will automatically merge your posts together.
So I made a thread and replied to a few users but then there was a new reply which prompted me to reply again to that user but it created a post right after my first response. It was not posted an hour before and did not merge due to it was not within 1 minute thus created two posts from me, is that considered as a double post and get a warning for it?
I'm sorry if this question is kind of stupid, I'm just confused and don't want to get into trouble here.

No you won't get a warning point for it. We understand that accidents happen. In the future you can just report your double posts and we can merge them together into one.

Yes, the thread is still alive. If you message one or both of the events coordinators they can answer your questions regarding the tokens. Yes, you can earn won by creating threads and having users post in your created threads. You get won for posting everywhere around the forum, but some sections give more won than others. Maybe that is why it seems as though your won isn't increasing as much as you'd like it to.

No you are not being neg stalked. You will have to delete the poll and create a new one in order to have public votes. When you create the new poll be sure to tick the box to make votes public.

There is such a fine line between an unpopular opinion and using that thread to bash. I removed the post and the post you quoted because the content crossed over into bashing territory in my opinion.
You can do this yourself. Sell back all of your items and then repurchase them in the order that you want them displayed. That is the only way to rearrange them.
