If they hurried, their earliest come back date is late April/Early May. Snsd is rumored to come back in may. BB vs SNSD is more likely to happen than BB vs Exo with YG's delaying. I don't think BB and Exo will overlap tbh.

Big 3 has connections and enough fans for a title track to get public exposure. If the group is from a nugu company, it's all about luck. Maybe the song will pick up momentum like Bar bar bar or Hani's fan cam. Maybe they'll strike lucky and their song will be used in an ad and it catches on. Good marketing also influences how well the title track does. Marketing Title tracks: Nugu groups definitely rely on this. Look at Rebecca Black and Carly Rae Jepson. Rebecca got her fame from Tosh.0 and Carly got it from Justin Bieber. Title tracks need to be suggested by people more relevant than them. Bar bar bar and Gangnam style got attention for their video. Nugus should take every opportunity to blast their songs to anyone who can hear. Physical Sales/fans: To be honest, I don't think visuals are very important. Personality is. Having dedicated fans means that fans feel they have a personal connection to the artist. I can't find it but I heard when Taylor Swift was starting out, she wanted to meet every fan. Taylor Swift's label record started around the same time as her debut. Taylor was pretty nugu. She's still reaching out to her fans and swifties are crazy. This is true regardless of what company a group is from. That is why big companies shell out tons of money to air out reality tv shows on their groups. That's why rookies used to go on varieties. That's why SM gives variety classes to their idols. G Dragon has gained a lot of fans due to his music. The music he makes touches many people. Yoona gained fans from her good hearted nature and silliness. Minah gained fans from working really hard and singing on the streets. Female fans are more forgiving to males on personality than female idols though. As long as a group have somewhat decent songs (better than Friday by Rebecca black quality), the group can get fans. They just need to be kind and work hard even if it takes several weeks to gain a few fans. I consider personality part of marketing. Companies should put more attention on members who attract the most fans. Sica and Krystal gained a lot of fans from their tv show. Before that, a lot of people thought they were bitches.
