please jimin is known to have the most antis in the fandom so all those teas and accounts easily can be one of the many malicious rumors against him by other members akgaes and bts antis. He for whatever reason is the punching bag both inside and outside fandom.

Hmm....then I just gotta unstan I guess. I have no tolerance for this shit. I wonder if Jaejoong has any of these tendencies, though in the 6+ years I've been stanning him, I've never seen him remotely react to girls. I think he just doesn't care either way.
On that note, I'm going to stir up some shit. Am I the only one who thinks Jimin being really affectionate and close with girls (read: Halsey) is actually more proof that he's more gay than straight? Dunno, just wanted to put that out there.
tbh this. I wasnt so sure about him being a queer before but seeing his interactions with halsey and his overall mannerisms both on and off cam really pings for me,,, the recent interview with the indian interviewer had me thinking how uninterested he was(but it could just him being his professional self again, i gotta admit jimin is the ultimate pro idol) compared to others. The fact that he is really really personal about himself including some trivial things asked in random silly interviews makes me wonder if he has something to hide from the world, he is almost too careful with how he's presented and exposed himself to others. Not to slap stereotype label on him but he really reminds me of how a typical asian gay men living in conservative country.
About namjoon, his male friend is pretty sus but the fact that he posted them on their public account kinda sways it for me.

What the actual fuck!! I don't watch idol school, but how do they get away with this shit on TV? And then you have idiot men rights campaigners in SK bitching about feminist, while this show is the epitomy of sexist TV.
I have always gotten creepy vibes from the entire band, I am sure Heechel isn't the only one. I dont know if the rumour is still true, but weren't they the group that young female idols had to be careful around?
Spoileri dont think it's his group. iirc it was actually a statement from sistar's member and sistar is very close to suju and this topic was actually talked in front of leeteuk in a reality show lol wasnt heechul known as one of the safest male idols to hang out with his kim condom nickname wtv?
Not responding to u specifically but the link OP provided regarding heechul is quite confusing(?) i lost the details but regarding sulli and hara, hc at that time was still mourning over sulli and hara's death, and there were influx of online debates pointing fingers(esp sulli) after both passings rather than respecting and remembering the deceased so i understand his outburst. Not to mention, one of the biggest reasons behind sulli's hate comments was her crazy sasaeng fansite master who had control over her fanbase and probably sm too, whom unfortunately is still very much active obsessing over other young female idols eg wonyoung, sana, chaeyoung till this day. and heechul is also one of the idols who's really stern with malicious comments towards idols and has been suing people right and left since forever.

I just watched Taehyung on Woo shik Choi mid summer night, he really seems different there. With his members he is less mature and even occasionally plays dumb. But the strange thing is with his wooga club, he seems mature and less gay. I wonder which side of him is real.

If you read my first few posts here, i once said jimin is straight but i changed my mind now. He's at least bi with guy preferences lol Now that some people brought up the muster video and while he really did some *acting* there, he definitely gave off that kind of vibe and energy irl too.
https://twitter.com/YOUTH_LUV_BTS/status/1404772451951595525?s=19
Maybe it's just me but the moment i saw this, it immediately reminds of the muster video.

I get were you coming from, but his church are really distuberd people. Questioning his connection to them is valid. This is an article about park bogum and the Jesus centered church. This is just a summary of what they stand for and what they have done.
https://seoulbeats.com/2017/10/park-bo-gum-and-the-jesus-centered-church-whats-the-problem/
As to the cult question, there are a number of red flags raised by the Jesus Centered Church. Firstly, it’s worth noting that the Jesus Centered Church is rather widely considered to be a cult, including by the Churches in Korea. But the largest two concerns, and by far the biggest red flags, are the supposed healing miracles that the Jesus Centered Church claims to deliver and the idea that Lee Cho-seok can talk to the devil. In order to heal those afflicted by “the devil” and deliver a miracle, there first has to be an afflicted victim. These are often the vulnerable — historically those who are outcast, have physical, mental or social differences, or those such as children who cannot defend against accusations. When believers become more radical, we see more extreme cases of torment. In 2012, in Boseong, three children were found dead, with police alleging their father, a pastor, beat and starved them to death to
Then there is the healing. These supposedly miraculous events include the curing of cancer, curing a “crippled” woman unable to move her neck and lower back, the curing of a child’s leg, and supposedly, enabling a woman who previously needed an oxygen tank to be mysteriously free of it. The promotion of false remedies and healing is extremely dangerous, as it often leads those who are ill to refuse genuine medical treatment in favor of faith healing. In terminal cases, this is of course followed by death. These claims again take advantage of vulnerable people who are already at a low point in their life, often with serious, sometimes terminal illnesses. It’s a deliberate and calculated attempt to gain easy followers desperate to believe, and willing to throw money and power behind a leader to make miracles happen.
This is distasteful enough on its own, but again it is especially harmful when children and minors become involved. If parents and guardians believe in spiritual medicine, the child has no legal power to protect themselves. Internationally, a number of children continue to die every year from so-called “faith healing” at the expense of contemporary medical treatment, such as the case of the Pennsylvania couple charged for refusing to seek medical treatment for their child this year. Worse still, as in the case of the exorcisms, sometimes the treatment itself can be the cause of death, such as the Boseong case.
Another red flag, found on the website of the Jesus Centered Church, is the prioritization of Lee Cho-seok as the focal point. While Park has brought the church fame, Lee Cho-seok’s name is the only one to be found… and found repeatedly. Rather than a team, this church seems to be a one man show, which has cult warning signs of rallying around a single leader who is often said to have divine powers. It’s also worth noting that 8 of the 9 bank accounts listed for donations on their website are in Lee Cho-seok’s name, with only one in the name of the Jesus Centered Church. Cults tend to exploit their members, usually financially, through tithes, free labour, costs to advance to the “next level” (such as in Scientology) and in some cases, applying for state grants and tax exemption from the government. The fact that so many accounts are in Lee’s name personally instead of the Jesus Centered Church’s should have people wondering.
SpoilerYeah, the main thing with PBG cult was not him involved or being one of their followers but the fact that he explicitly promoted the cult on his public profile. Koreans know how rampant cult activities in their society and it's a like grey area for the cult to be freely advocated and approved by the authority.
As someone who works in healthcare sector, all those publicity means nothing to us. We need awareness, education and prompt action among publics. All these cults and extreme belief leaders dont care a thing about health or wellness of their followers, they mostly just want to monetize their activities and in the end all these people will end up in our care nonetheles, well,,, at least that's how where i come from.

I love Dynamite but Butter is a huge letdown. It becomes unlistenable for me after like 5 replays. Maybe I'll like it more after 5 months just what happened to LGO lol
On 5/28/2021 at 11:21 PM, rananicolee said:I did that with Super Junior once and they thought I hated them. But here.
Super Junior tries too hard. I love them but their rap tracks besides House Party are not good. Their suits are tired and used up. We get it. They look nice in suits. Their music now doesn't suit them at all. The rap line cannot rap. I seriously think Shindong, Heechul and Eunhyuk need rap lessons. They can actually sing so their raps are not needed really? Burn The Floor should have been the title rather than House Party. Shindong has no room to talk. I know he apologize a million years but still. Also yes I only acknowledge Donghae, Eunhyuk and Heechul. I'll also acknowledge Kyuhyun and Ryeowook. Why? They haven't done anything to make me embarrassed yet.
Ive always thought they are poking fun at the current gen 4 trend with 2YA2YAO! and the beat drop in House Party so i found them funny and couldn't take the songs seriously lol but i think more and more members are detached from making musics and are too busy with mc-ing and variety shows these. Them releasing album nowadays is almost like a chore and feel like a gift for their fans instead of showing their musicality and creativity. I wish Ryeowook can go back to dj-ing i miss his live singing and covers.

Yeah my intent in posting that clip was purely to get others' perspectives I'm not going to say one interpretation is correct... like I said since general consensus here is that Taehyung is gay I was just curious whether people thought he was flirting or not. I've argued this before but I don't think a man flirting (if that's what he was doing which, idk) with a woman means he is attracted to her. Especially as idols where being flirty is kind of part of their job lol.
And I am always happy to be delusional about minjoon lol. They definitely have a different relationship with each other which seems to be reserved primarily for when the cameras are off which I think makes it more real
I dont blame you for posting video here in fact im also expecting someone would bring that up and of course it rose discussions and may be some rebuttals and revised judgement on the rigid opinions of bts(taehyung especially) here but then it's weird people here are so sure of some idols sexualities and taking it as a fact when in reality we are just speculating and should be open to any kind of possibilities.
Yeah, Namjoon is really sus with jimin, it's almost like he has a crush on him but then maybe he is just endeared by jimin in his natural state.
7 hours ago, AWA said:I get this a lot, too. Some fans would rather believe their faves are gay so they don't have to accept that they're flirting and having sex with women. The "Jungkook is asexual" discourse gives me very much those vibes.
I have no opinion on ace jungkook but it really amuses me people are so worked up over me saying there's possibility of taehyung showing interest in beautiful women, starting to accuse me of 'discussing' heterosexuality when my bts intro post here completely establishing my view on him as gay. Probably it's just the hive mind of some people here.

Normally, by the end of this year, Jin and most likely Suga should enlist with him. If they take the postponement, they don't have to go until the end of 2023.
Nice i was looking for this! I have no idea what they are planning but i wonder if they should have gone while we are all still in pandemic(honestly i can see this pandemic might take years before everyone can cross borders again) Maybe they are hanging onto the tiniest possibility of them doing offline concert before the enlistment.

Listen, we're not here to throw political judgements around about Palestine and Israel or Trump on a K-pop whogaydunnit thread. I don't care what you've 'heard.'
Your take on Taehyung is your take and that's fine, you do you. But what's the point reinforcing it as if everyone else is stupid and can't see it. When it's actually no more correct, valid or subjective than anyone else's perception? We all see things differently and these are moments in time. He's not taking her out for a meal or showing the world a girlfriend. Or a boyfriend. We get that. So speculation is the one arena that is left.
If you are looking for in-depth assessments of heterosexuality I think you picked the wrong turning, though.
It says LGBT chat/bantz on the door sign for a reason.
I was randomly bringing up the point bc i dont want to come across as favoring her or anything sort when I said the boys were fawning over her.
I wasnt the one who posted the video so please ask OP what's the point of posting the video here in the first place. We can debate how he might not be *flirting* with her but the moment someone drew a connection of his possible attraction to a woman, it's suddenly them forcing their view on everybody. It is unacceptable for him to be a bisexual and flirting with both sexes?
Edit: since we are talking about namjoon here, im not a shipper but sometimes i raise my eyebrows whenever i saw him with jimin. I used to dismiss this in the past since my first thought was probably because of him adapting to jimin's love language, i cant put my finger on it but he responds well and seems to be too comfortable with jimin's affectionate physical contacts. He have no problem initiating the same gestures with him too which i dont see him doing it with anyone else.

Uhm, you guys should watch the whole video, they are pretty much giddy and excited to see her. Im sorry if i sound rude but some of you guys really cant handle the possibility of him flirting with one fine lady and yet going off with in-depth analysis the second he interacts with any dude like how is this any difference from an average bts shipper out there
besides, bisexuality exists.
ps as much as i appreciate her beauty and the interview, im not fond the interviewer's political background, heard she's a right wing fascist supporter(?). Edit: basically a tr*mp/almost borderline z*onist-equivalent supporter

Speaking of Hybe 'family,' I'm starting to reconsider some things...
When I was first introduced to them I thought Tae was bi, maybe gay, but after seeing how many people thought he was gay and he stopped mentioning women I shifted to exclusively into men. Now I'm wondering if there may be some lingering attraction to women after all. Not based on Tae's reaction necessarily - a man smiling at and joking with a woman doesn't mean he's attracted to her - but the reaction of the others are what's suspicious; it definitely seems like they gave him a ribbing after this interview.
(For clarification I have NOT seen the full interview so this very well may be taken out of context)
Imo he straight up flirted with the girl(and the video u posted is cut short, there was awkward silence before he answered and they both kept doing all of kind of gestures towards eo lol) and all members seem to be excited to see her? Not blaming them tho, she's gorgeous like i ended up staring at her instead of focusing on the interview

im well aware of that. Im an ARMY and know every birthday project for each member. I also bought their albums, merch, and donated under BTS name too but this kind of thing imo is so useless, it's not like taehyung gonna see it in person and it costed about thousands dollars for few minutes ads. Same goes to the satellite ads(?) thing they did for jimin and few other members. Idk it's kinda build up petty competition among the fanbases. Imagine how much the luxurious Burj tower profited from this lol idk it would be nice if they can do something like jhope's mural in his hometown. It holds more sentimental value and actually promote tourism and the locals in his place.
Also BTS brand itself doesnt need anymore promotionBut then it's their money and im still super glad they did some donations on BTS behalf.

Uhm stupid qs but is idols watching CMBYN is considered a hint? Bc i saw multiple times this is brought up in the thread as 'receipt'
