Crayon Pop is a flawless 4-member group under Chrome Entertainment. The members consist of Geummi, Ellin, ChoA, and Way. Their first mini album, "Crayon Pop 1st Mini Album" dropped on July 18, 2012. They have so far followed up with a digital single "Dancing Queen" on October 24, 2012 and promoted a remix of their debut song, "Bing Bing" in early 2013. They returned in June 2013 with the release of "Bar Bar Bar", drawing much interest for their unique choreography and stage outfits. "Bar Bar Bar" has been their most successful release to date, reaching #1 on Billboard Korea and #3 on Gaon's weekly charts. Crayon Pop also won their first music show award by securing #1 with "Bar Bar Bar" on the August 30, 2013 edition of KBS Music Bank. Crayon Pop released their remix mini album "The Streets Go Disco" digitally on September 26, 2013 with the physical release following on October 1. In keeping with the season, Crayon Pop released a Christmas themed single entitled "Lonely Christmas" on November 25. The music video to promote this song drew over a million views in it's first four days. At the start of 2014 they collaborated with Kim Jang Hoon on the charity single "Hero" in support of Korea's firefighters as part of the Korea Fireman Project. They marked their return on April 1st with the release of the MV and digital single for iconic Techno Trot masterpiece "Uh-ee!" (ì–´ì´). The music video for this single hit 1 million views in just over a day. Uh-ee entered the charts at #10 on Gaon and #8 on Billboard Korea in it's debut week, making it Crayon Pop's second top 10 hit. On June 20, prior to heading to the US to join up with Lady Gaga's Artpop tour, Crayon Pop unleashed their first flawless OST track "Hey Mister" for the upcoming KBS2 drama Trot Lovers. September 26 saw the release of Crayon Pop's second OST track, the laid back Italodisco inspired "C'mon C'mon", this time for the KBS drama High School - Love On!. In October Chrome Ent. created Crayon Pop's first sub unit Strawberry Milk, featuring twins Choa and Way. They released their first mini album and the MV for lead track "OK" on October 15. Crayon Pop returned to regular promotions as a full group for the first time in almost a year with their debut performance of the Shinsadong Tiger produced 2nd Mini Album title track "FM" on Mnet M! Countdown on March 26 2015. The FM mini album was released on digital music sites the following day with the physical release taking place a few days later. The music video for "FM" saw the Crayon Pop girls draw inspiration from TV shows such as Power Rangers and Sailor Moon as they battled various bad guys and monsters, the video also featured a brief cameo from K-MUCH member BornUs. Following hot on the heels of pre release track Vroom Vroom, Crayon Pop returned to active promotions in September 2016 marking their first Korean comeback in more than a year and a half with the release of the lead song from their first full length album Evolution Pop Vol. 1. The MV for Doo Doom Chit dropped at midnight on September 26. On November 24 2016, it was revealed that H.O.T's Moon Hee Jun was engaged to Soyul. They got married on February 12 2017 at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul. On May 12 2017, Soyul gave birth to a baby girl weighing 2.6 kilograms at 4:30 pm KST. On May 31 2017, a source from Crayon Pop's agency stated, "Crayon Pop will be promoting as a four-member group without Soyul. There are no plans to have a replacement member. After Soyul withdrew from the group, they continued to promote as four members. We are discussing contract renewals with Ellin, Geummi, Choa, and Way after their contracts expired.
