Moodswings In This Order was one of my favorite album from 2021. Thank you I will!! Driving all this distance during Winter is risky, even dangerous if we're hit with a snowstorm or something... YEAH THERE ARE ACTUALLY PEOPLE WHO COME TO MONTREAL! I've never seen a kpop group though but solo artists definitely come. We had Dean a few years ago!!! Hey! I'm back form the dead (again). I've been so busy ugh... Thankfully life seems to be going back to normal. I probably missed a lot on here and I'm a bit too lazy to back read, I might do it later. I hope everyone is doing amazing ♥ Updates on ATEEZ tour. They advertised they would be at Toronto, turns out the venue is at Hamilton about 1 hour away from Toronto. I decided I wasn't going to go because the fact it's not even in Toronto makes the traveling more complicated PLUS it's going to be Winter which makes traveling even more complicated. SOOOO instead of seeing ATEEZ, I bought pit tickets for DPR Live & DPR Ian for next month in Montreal. I'm still super happy because LOVE ME SOME DPR. ATEEZ will come back, it's not the end. Though, I'm so surprised they didn't get a venue in Toronto, they are popular enough to get something big!? Literally look at the sold out arenas in Europe!? Anyways... I can't wait to see DPR ♥

*DEEP EXHALE* I'M BACK FROM THE GRAVE! oH MY GOD HELLO! I was so damn busy with work and life I didn't have time to stop by and chat on here I hope everyone is doing great since last Wednesday! I quickly back read what I missed so I shall go through that. AND YOU DAMN KNOW I'M ALSO HERE TO SCREAM ABOUT ATEEZ IN A MINUTE!!! For my case I actually listen to everything, unless it's country, but I'm still somewhat picky in a way. I don't know how to explain it. But experimental is my go-to. I've heard of Onewe once. I don't remember which song I listened to before but I'll check them out again for sure. RIGHT THIS ALBUM IS SO GOOD! Knock Down and Pirates are the two songs I play the most ever since the album came out. Did you check them out on live performances because WHEW THOSE VOCALS!!! I liked Test Me more than their debut song but I like both. So far I don't dislike any of their songs and I really want to fully stan. I'm late but I'm glad everything went well. I hope you're recovering well YESS ME TOO INJECT IT IN MY VEINS THIS IS THEIR BEST ON THE ALBUM 100% I like every single songs on the album, I'm so happy with it. This is def my (one of my) fave album from 2022. I've been streaming it since it came out, I even bought the 3 CD set Omg if I manage to get tickets for their concert I'm gonna hear all of that live!!! AAAAAAAA Propaganda's beginning sounds like an intro straight out of Stranger Things and I am absolutely obsessed!!! Cyberpunk, Guerilla and The Ring being my fave songs on the album, I play them the most and it's all thanks to Jongho who has the tightest grip on me this comeback/era because oh my goodness he was always an amazing vocalist but I don't know what they fed him this time but it's working! His vocals goes so well with this style, it gives me goosebumps. All my fave parts are mostly his lines! Definitely going high on the bias list I did not expect the instrumental switch up in Guerilla, especially mid part and I completely lost it when it turned full on electric guitar and drums with that Break the wall screamo. PHEW! HOLY SHIT! I'm so happy to have been this excited for this comeback and not being disappointed at all! I love ATEEZ

Lots of experimental is hit or miss for many people it seems. Exo's Obsession is FLAWLESS! I used to be so obsessed when it got released! Yeah it took that long since their debut for their first comeback... I wonder why Jooyeon is a beauty, he's the first member who caught my eye + his vocals are great. I was really impressed listening to their live performances! They sound great. Yeah me too, it would be such a waste of talent if JYPE doesn't promote them properly. OH MY GOD!? THE SCREAMO!?!?!?! HELLO!??!?!?! SERIOUSLY I CANNOT WAIT ANYMORE PLEASE I NEED THIS SONG OUT ALREADY

Even if the cameras aren't on him, there's always someone watching him. I know Kingdom didn't have a live audience but the fancam camera was recording him and maybe some staff was watching him. That's how I see it. Maybe Hongjoong does it for himself too, he seems to put a lot of importance in his performances whenever you watch behind the scenes. Beside him, I don't know who else in the 4th gen does that. Even my ult bias (Juyeon) who had great facial expressions imo during RTK and Kingdom isn't on the same level. YES YES! ONE OF US! ONE OF US! I can't wait for this song to be fully released

Yes. K-pop, music wise, is heavily influenced by black culture. And another hard pill to swallow for some people, the whole idol thing comes from J-pop. K-pop wouldn't be a thing without both or at least not what it is today.

Holy shit that Hongjoong fancam slaps! The way he acts after he removes the blindfold omfgg the emotions he shows, he's incredible... He radiates confidence especially the way he walks around on stage. I fall in love with that man every single time oops Omg who's the pink haired guy in To.Lie mv? He has such a bright and beautiful smile! I'm a sucker for dark or hard concepts but I love cute concepts just as much. This is a cute and fun song, I'm adding it to my playlist. ♥ I haven't decide who to bias but my eyes are onto Hyuk, Romin and Rano for sure.

While losing my shit over ATEEZ, I also took the time to check out E'last for the first time today. I remember their debut song not being a hit for me but I was still curious about them since I literally follow them on Tiktok but also how I've seen many people talk about them. So I checked out Creature and Dark Dream. I absolutely loved both songs! I was mesmerized by Dark Dream's instrumental and the rap part gave me goosebumps. Their rap line sold me in that song. Creature reminded me of TBZ's Reveal (concept wise) but darker, so I liked it a lot. Also that one line ''You're scared of me, right?'' caught me off guard and to be honest I lost my mind a little. I really enjoy their vocals in that song. I checked their group profile and I was surprised of their age, one of them is born in 1996, even 98 babies let's gooo! It made me very happy! Not to mention, I had no idea who to look at because their visuals are striking! I'm gonna continue checking out their music and I can honestly say, I might stan them! I'm really interested!

The costume was a nice touch, I didn't expect it at all! haha i love that, sexy club Arachne! Trashy but fun is a good way to explain the song. Ateez's new song is my thing 100%, I replayed the performance teaser over 150 times today I'm really obsessed with Jongho's part, I wish it was longer because two Woooaaah wasn't enough for my brain lmfao RIGHT POOR HONGJOONG but I can see how he's scary on stage, he's a different person the second he sets his foot on one. Taeyeon knows what's good! Speaking of SNSD solo projects, what did you think of Hyo's Deep? Personally I'm completely addicted to it! At first I didn't like it though but it grew on me fast. Love to see non-atiny praise Ateez, it makes me proud of them! Ateez are scary, I had a friend telling me she used to be scared of Hongjoong because of how he acts on stage lol. Have you seen their MAMA 2020 stage where he stares you to death at the very end? He was actually mad at that moment because he couldn't see the little red light (that indicates where the cameras are) so he got angry and stared straight ahead in hope the camera would catch him and well... catch him, it did! or more like... he caught the camera cw: hongjoong staring into your soul On that note, Hongjoong being angry sounds terrifying!!! I'm so happy you like Pixy so much! I can't wait to see what else they have to offer because these girls keep getting better and better after each comebacks! Wow these guys are so talented! The power in their voices, I feel like I'm listening to boss music haha

I think I even had faves that were around 26 It's gonna sound funny to say but being a kpop stan for this long, growing older and going from idols are older than you, then the same age to now way younger than you is a strange reality. pEOpLE aRE bORN AftER THe YEaR 2000!? You can literally love music without ever being involved to it. I'm so glad she pushed INVU out of SM, it's one of my favorite song that came out this year and I barely listened to Taeyeon before that. I'm sure she touched a different audience with this album, good for her. Omg yes ''acting'' is important, basically a key to any singer, performer, etc. I'm a former dancer so I love paying attention to an idol's or group's presence on stage. Facial expressions, being able to play a character, etc are so important to give a good performance for an audience. It's probably why I love ATEEZ so much because their stage game is seriously another level and definitely the best from 4th gen. To be honest, and I shall allow myself to say it, one of the best stage presence in kpop overall and there are so many iconic figures from this industry who confirmed this fact. Oh I hate when people make those comparisons lol So many recommendations! I'm noting them down and I'll listen to them all soon. Thank you! I always hated the whole ''my idols have meaningful lyrics. my idols sing about real issues.'', some time ago it was a trend to mock groups who didn't have ''meaningful'' song. How annoying that was! It's a hard pill to swallow for some kpop fans but not everyone is a good song writer or producer, it isn't false to say that some of their faves should simply stick to singing or rapping instead and let those behind the scenes do what they're best at. Hence why I believe many companies don't give much creative freedom to their artists. Just a few examples; songwriters need singers to fully flourish their creation. Stylists need a model/individual, etc and vice versa. Everyone is like each other's canvas in a way? The way you talk about Vixx makes me want to binge watch their music videos again tonight. Lmfao hold on? Good boy gone bad? Vixx? I don't see it... I wonder what made them think of Vixx? I know about Victon, I have some of their songs in my playlist + I really enjoyed Hanse's solo Take Over. You can recommend me anything you want! Imo they really defined the 3rd kpop generation. If anyone asked me which 3rd gen group is the most iconic (to me), Vixx would 100% be one of them. I'm also glad, he deserves it after debuting this many times. X1 disbandment probably shattered him, I was super worried about him after hearing the news. After the disbandment I didn't follow the other members in their new groups or solo projects. To be honest, I was only watching Produce to support Seungyoun. Maybe if X1 were still a group I would've been more interested the others but yeah... I wish Uniq would comeback, I miss them but that's asking for a miracle I think at this point because their contract is suppose to end this year.
