Aren't those basically the same demands the Black separatists in the 70s made? I'm a bit rusty on that history; at any rate, I doubt even they mean it seriously. You know, it's like moviemaking under the bolsheviks -- what directors did was to write scenes into their movies they knew wouldn't get past the censors, so that other, less provocative scenes would look relatively acceptable.

You formulate your demands far in the enemy's territory in order to settle for a compromise where you realistically want to be. On the other hand, I suspect that all they'll really achieve is that the federal government will throw some money on the problem and hope it goes away.

DGNA is one of the most talented K-pop groups ever. Seriously, look up their acapella performances. Well, they flopped horribly in Korea and relocated to Japan where they eke out existence out of cutesy J-pop.

The problem with theoretical questions of this kind is that what I would do might be the opposite of what the person actually involved does. Some people will conceal and try not to feel, others will get swept by the feeling. -
