Lia from Itzy was also there. Kehlani is her favorite singer and she's even sung "Honey" in a radio interview in the past.

Really interesting,since I didn't know some of those members. As for New Jeans..check "Bbangsaz" out..it's Minji x Hanni ship..they've been friends for a long time but sometimes their interactions look more than friendly I'd say.

There is a reason Midzys and people who follow Ryujin speculate she's not straight,there is so much proof that I can't defend her anymore lol Calling Ryujin straight erases many things she's said or things she's tried to show all these years,that's why only people who don't follow Itzy closely think she's straight.Of course,we don't know 100% for sure...but calling someone straight who's been trying to pass a different message their whole life (at least from what she has stated and done) is even worse. When I start listening to a band,I always try to learn more about the members first,especially from older fans..since they know more and they've dedicated more time. It could be fanservice,it's true..but it could be real too.Also,fanservice has gotten too far,so far that everything we see,we think it's fanservice,even when someone is trying to literally tell us something genuine.There's a thin line between those two,but we should somehow find the way to seperate it as much as we can since we will never know everything for certain.But it's odd to me,Ryujin who's been trying her whole life to be herself,that she'd "show attraction to women" just for fanservice...and I'm pretty sure that Midzys who follow Ryujin's journey will agree on that. After all,you don't have to be gay in order not to be straight..there are so many sexual orientations..so assuming that someone must be gay and only gay is wrong as well. Bisexuality,asexuality,pansexuality etc exist too. As for Karina,I'm still trying to figure out what's going on with her because I don't know much,sames goes for Winter...so I hope someone else can enlighten us more.

Karina and Ryujin have been friends for a long time and I think they're both at least bi if not gay...I just don't see them being straight,sorry.

I totally agree.I've been wondering for so long though,if companies allow members dating each other as long as they are careful..I thought that coming out can make you lose your job as an idol..but maybe they mean if you come out publicly,so as long as it remains a secret it could be fine. I wish we knew the exact contracts of every company and their rules

You're right and I actually agree with you. But just because many female idols support lesbian rights because of their female fans doesn't mean that every woman in the industry does the same. We've seen so much queerbating lately,and sometimes I'm even getting anxious because of it. But we should be objective on the matter because if an LGBT idol tries to tell us something for real oneday,it would be a shame to think "ah yeah she's queerbating like the others". People say it's hard to recognise who's doing it for marketing purposes and who's doing it because they feel so...but me personally I don't think it's that hard to tell. Maybe we just need to observe a bit better. I don't follow WJSN but I've seen what's happening with them...and I can't really tell what could be true or not. But there are many idols who have truly given evidence,coming directly from them and their words...even if we're afraid to believe it.

I see your point there but sexuality doesn't work in the same ways for each one of us. It's something very fluid and it works differently depending on the personality of the person so there aren't any rules.I just stated my opinion,it doesn't have to be the truth of course. I don't even know if she's pansexual or bisexual..she could be anything...all I said is that she's not straight.I believe that when someone is "open" to that scenario it means that they've thought about it and that they might have wanted it. It's not like Sakura would say in Japan clearly that she's bisexual or anything.Japan is still behind when it comes to these matters unfortunately. I think a straight person would never say "Yeah there's a possiblity". If you're straight and this situation doesn't express you ,you wouldn't leave space for possibilities. I've been following Sakura since she was an idol in Japan,it doesn't mean I know everything about her...but I know for certain that she wouldn't say something generic without believing it and without it being a little personal for her.

Sakura during her interview in Japan stated that she could date a woman if that was the case and that for her,gender doesn't matter,so basically she has come out. As for the others,Yunjin was wearing a rainbow ring in a photo once,it could be random but it could be related to the LGBTQ+. Chaewon used to receive questions on ask.fm when she was younger from girls that wanted to date her and she was very positive towards the matter so I wouldn't say she's straight either.

Lia being cool and open minded as always

Jinlia's existence (Ryujin's and Lia's bond) has been suspicious since their debut and still is. Ryujin said that she thought about dating Lia when she was a trainee.That's a hardcore proof I think of her being at least bi/pan if not lesbian. Also,when she was asked by fans during a Vlive "Who would you date if you were a man? Lia o Yeji?" she said "If I were a gender,I'd date Lia" she didn't even keep the word "man".Lia hasn't given solid proof apart from her interactions with Ryujin (which are very intense if you take a look)...even though from her opinions and her mindset,I wouldn't be surprised if she was bisexual.It's not just Ryujin being attracted to her...I think Lia shows a different side when she's with Ryujin too.Lia is my bias,and I believe she's not straight..but this is just my personal opinion.Chaeryeong hasn't given any hints that she's a part of the LGBTQ+.Yeji neither I'd say,but maybe there is a possibility. Yuna was asked by a fan if she could date her even though she's a girl and Yuna said something like "sure,no problem". So,in my opinion,as a Midzy,Ryujin Lia and Yuna are not straight. Hope I helped

I have to agree with you on that.Actually even researches related to bisexuality lead to the fact that a really big percentage of women are bisexual.Men not that much,but in the recent years it's more common to meet bisexual/pansexual women than straight women.Nayeon and Sana could also be Bi-curious(I'd also add Mina),which in my humble opinion,isn't something that occurs to heterosexual people.If you feel comfortable with such scenario it means that you've already thought about it and that you're fine with it.Heterosexual people don't think like that,they don't act like that either.Some of them might even be aromantic or asexual but people will never take them seriously,especially in Korea.So even if they know or not,even if they put a label or not..it is what it is.

I've seen a lot of people here stating that Ryujin is probably straight and that the company wants her to act like the "tomboy" but honestly I don't see that.First of all,being a tomboy doesn't mean you're a part of the LGBT+,but what I can tell for certain is that Ryujin is not pretending to be someone else,I think she's just herself because she's always been like this,even before joining Itzy.She has a specific aura which gives me really pan/bi vibes.I'm pansexual myself so I've seen that kind of aura before.Her bonding with women is also very "intimate" and different from men.For example,with Lia it really shows.I won't mention the incident with the phone number and that woman she found "cute" but Ryujin mentioned that she's thought of dating Lia back in their trainee days and she didn't even say "If I was a man".Most of us would think that this is fanservice,but don't you think that fanservice has gone too far?It's strange to me that an intelligent person like Ryujin would go that far just to "pretend" since at the same time she's trying to break stereotypes.As for Lia,many people believe that she's at least bisexual,and I have to agree.She's different from Ryujin,of course,but her way of thinking and a few opinions she has expressed over the years are an indication that she's really open-minded in basically everything.Maybe it's because she spent a few years in Canada.Lia in general doesn't think like common Korean girls who grew up in Korea,I've spotted that plenty of times.I think that Lia is very open-minded and Ryujin finds some comfort in her because she's a different girl as well and see things differently.I think that's why they get along so well.I just felt like I need to write about it,I hope I didn't become a pain ^^
