Ok so I saw a lot of people on this thread get super confused about Irene and I was really surprised this thought never came up on the thread (or maybe it did and I didn't see it) but she always gives me big asexual vibes...like maybe grey ace or asexual and homo/biromantic? Maybe even demisexual without any gender preference. Just me?

Oh no I totally get what you're saying...In fact I do think she had some non surgical procedures done for sure. Her face does not have that soft, natural bounciness that Shuhua does, nothing wrong with that, obviously. Also, sorry for getting a little technical here, but the procedure you are describing here is the non-incisional eyelid surgery (as opposed to the general incisional one that leaves visible scarring). I won't bore you with a detailed explanation but this procedure uses tiny punctures which are then sutured. So, for the non-incisional surgery we generally look for any visible puncture marks/indications of a suture instead of scarring which is probably also what @chewyandminnie saw in the pictures you shared. I did not notice any puncture marks or unnatural stiffness with the fold of her eyelid. (She was wearing a transparent sparkly eyeshadow at the time so I couldn't really help but notice her eyelids a lot). But of course, like @chewyandminnie said I do see her getting surgical procedures done in the future, which would be really unfortunate in my opinion.

Ok..here's an update The more I see Xiaoting, the more I am convinced she is completely natural. So, when I had a fancall with her and I took the opportunity to observe her face especially her eyes and nose for scarring, puffiness or any sort of unnatural stiffness in general (basically any typical signs of blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty while also looking out for signs of other procedures) and I found none. (Please don't think I'm crazy, I am a med student interning in plastic surgery so it has become an unconscious habit). Her nose bridge and nasal tip were both natural and her face shape was exactly the same as the childhood pictures I had seen. Her aegyo sal was very obviously done with makeup and her double eyelids were not static when she blinked. The only other idol I have felt was completely natural or only had non-surgical procedures done was Shuhua (again during a fancall) and people here seem to agree about her. This also made me realize how heavily edited a lot of these pictures can be. P.s. She is a very beautiful girl and I hope she doesn't fall into the typical kpop pressure of getting procedures done just to fit into the "standards".

Honestly though I wouldn't go by this particular childhood picture because it was severely edited by mnet (for picture clarity reasons but still)...it is pretty easy to find pictures of her during her teen years and she has always had really big eyes and deep creases. But I have to admit her eyes did look ever so slightly different during and post gp999. It could be the typical korean eyelid tape and aegyo sal makeup style. Here's a recent pic of hers (from her covid recovery period) with slightly less makeup for anyone who can be a better judge. Although this pic seems to have a filter/editing.
