Maybe we can extend idols a little bit of grace especially considering recent events and treat them like humans who have different experiences and conditions. Not everyone can be at 100% all the time.

the YG training process seems nuts. I don't know what other companies are like but I remember when I watched the IKON & Winner survival shows, they had to compose their own music and remixes for these a lot of these performances too. That's a lot of work for these literal children to do on top of schooling. I'd be burnt out too. These YG idols especially were basically on pure survival mode for years as a trainee and the pressure is ramped up during their rookie years since they're in the public eye. I can't lie and say i wouldn't also become more lazy and relaxed when I have nothing to prove now, she's already on top and has been for years Im a BP stan so I guess take this with a grain of salt but I also miss the days where Jennie gave 200% percent on stage, but I just don't think being a high energy performer fits with her brand anymore. She seems to want to come across as more sexy and sensual in a lot of her performances and seem like she's just having a good time on stage rather than like .. going all out with choreo. I think her performances can look really good in fan-cams but it does make the stage look a bit empty when you look at the whole picture. edited to add that we should just be kinder to idols in general, no matter if they give 10% energy, 100%, 200% etc. they’re only human and can only do so much
