I need to go to the November one since I'm gonna attend the high touch event too on 10 November, so it's the perfect timing. I think you can go for the 9/4, but I'm not sure if mobile services also apply the rules like EXFAMILY (about the banning stuff). I mean you only pay for one date instead of 2 despite winning both dates. I normally just pay for both dates, and if I can't go to one of them, I'll sell the ticket to someone else, just to make me feel secure my account won't get banned XD

You're welcome Japan address and phone number are a must, but they won't contact or send anything (unless you ballot for paper ticket), so I think your friend won't mind, hopefully ^^ normal Lawson ticket for the public is really hard to get because it's usually sold out within minutes. Pia Ticket sometimes open the ballot too, but not for every venue. I tried once and managed to get ATSUSHI ticket from them, but then again you have to be their member with Japan address and Japan phone number, but the good thing is they accept international credit card and you can go to any 7-11 conbini to get your ticket printed. I register to exmobile, tribe mobile and LDH mobile, and also EXILE Ch. Trying to get as many chances as I can for the ballot is one of the reasons XD I won the ballot for 15 November in Seibu Dome in Saitama from EXFAMILY and will be going there with my two Japanese friends. At the moment I'm still trying to get the ticket for 14 and 16 Nov. I'd really like to go to the final, but I don't think I can afford it since I have to spend more money on that T_T Which show are you planning to go to? still the final one?

for us, overseas fans, it's much easier to ballot for the electronic/mobile ticket. I normally ballot for the mobile ticket both from EXFAMILY and mobile services. If you want to ballot the mobile ticket, you have to register to ticket board first (it's free) http://portal.tickebo.jp/pc/ (better use the Japanese one). The registration can be done from PC or your smartphone. You have to have a Japan address and Japan phone number. I borrowed my friend's address and phone number in Japan but everything else is under my name (email address and other personal info). Make sure you use the same email address as the one you use for EXFAMILY or mobile services. Once the ballot starts, they will provide you the link to make the ballot, which then leads you to log in to your ticket board account. The steps to make the ballot are easy. The result is usually out in 6 or 7 days. EXFAMILY will give you 3 days deadline for the payment, while mobile services only give you a 24-hour deadline. All payments (both for mobile ticket and paper ticket) should be made at lawson, so you have to have someone in Japan to help you make the payment. Try not to miss the deadline, especially from EXFAMILY, otherwise they might ban you from making a future ballot. oh you can also ballot for more than 1 ticket if you're going with your friends, but your friends have to have a ticket board account too (they don't have to be EXFAMILY/mobile services member). You will get a QR code as your mobile ticket. It's usually sent a week (or sometimes 5 days) before the chosen concert date starts. You have to log in to your ticket board account to download the QR code and you can only do it from your smartphone. The ticket can only be downloaded once. You can switch to English version (of the ticket board) to avoid making mistakes when downloading the ticket. It sounds complicated, but it's actually very easy. It doesn't even take a minute to download it.
