    Definitely could be. From a brief googling () it seems like that incision spot is most commonly used for alarplasties.

    From those photos it looks different and a lot worse. RIP her beautiful nose. It seems like they wanted to get rid of the hump, but they just made her nose look big. Could be just the work of fillers making her face appear rounder.

    It's not that idols don't know when to stop with nose PS, it's just that rhinoplasty is one of, if not the most difficult plastic surgeries to do well. Like you said even if you go to a great surgeon who has done beautiful looking rhinoplasties before, with very reasonable expectations, it's still very much up to chance whether your nose will come out looking nice and natural or not.

Her nose does look more defined now, beyond just the effects of makeup.     Fat grafts aren't necessarily permanent, at least referring to the initial results. Much of the initially grafted fat gets reabsorbed by the body.
