  1. I would totally date a smaller guy... In fact I actually don't really like it when a guy is too much taller than me and prefer it when he's my height give or take a few inches in either direction.
  2. Yep, that's why I included my disclaimer that whatever I said was just my opinion.    Sex drive does not necessarily equate to sexual attraction. A lot of asexuals actually have libidos, but they just don't want to resolve it with another person. Sorry for talking about this so much, but I've recently been spending a fair amount of time in asexual communities because I find it's an interesting topic and brings up a lot of questions normally brushed aside by society.   And it's fairly rare, but there are some people who aren't asexual but their sexual orientation does not necessarily match up with their romantic orientation, for example a heterosexual person who is biromantic is perfectly possible.   On an even further point, you don't even need romantic attraction to love someone. A platonic relationship can be just as fulfilling and with just as much "love" as a romantic relationship, just expressed and felt in a different way.
  3. I find IU's character to be adorably endearing and a nice shift away from the 'damsel in distress' or 'strong women' characters who tend to dominate K dramas. Yes, the drama does highlight JKS's appearance a lot, but it's more for parody and comedy than in serious. It's quite funny, imo. :P
  4.  Hmm, that's a fairly close-minded opinion of the definition of "love," imo. You don't need sexual attraction to love someone. There's actually a fairly large group of people who are asexual (meaning they don't feel sexual attraction) but are not aromantic, meaning they feel romantic attraction. It kind of disheartens me when people think that love=sex, because that is definitely not always the case and someone's love isn't any less real if they don't feel the urge to have sex with their partner. But of course I'm just speaking for myself and my own opinions so I hope you won't get offended.
  5. So you're saying you can never love someone you're not sexually attracted to?
  6. I like clingy people because I'm pretty darn clingy. I shower people with affection and praise and most people are kind of turned off by it..
  7. I love how it reverses the gender roles and has the man going after all the rich women... And IU's character is just dorky greatness.
  8. I laughed so much while watching the first two episodes. I hope the ratings pick up, this show is really great. :3
  9. What could be better than fuzzy orange caterpillar eyebrows? Oh wait... But that entire photoshoot was seriously great. I loved all the photos.
  10. We're probably clogging this thread up with off-topic fluff but whatever.  :chu:
  11. I don't have any close male friends either. It's probably just because it's just a lot easier for someone who's female to befriend another female. In the end, I don't really care though because it's not like I need a token *insert label here* friend just because of their label. Of course, I would be completely open to having a friendship with anyone, but I don't purposefully go looking for a male or whatever friend. :)
  12. My advice would be to understand that they're just people. Gender doesn't really mean that much in the end. A girl isn't that much different from a guy on the inside. Boys aren't some sort of alien species, they're just as human as you are. I'm sure you're not that scared of talking to a person online whose gender you don't know, but is actually male. Physical appearance can be intimidating but you can work on letting it affect you less.
  13. Honestly the random wall-hugging that went on in 3-2-1 was one of the best things I've seen in a long time.
  14. Aww, too bad. I was really looking forward to seeing them. Award show styling is always the best. It's also a bummer that they won't win anything... Oh well, there's always next time. At least now I can sleep.
  15. MAMA isn't irrelevant just because your biases don't win. I'd love for Shinee to win something too, but if they don't that doesn't mean they're not as credible as they were before.
  16. Well, not getting married doesn't necessarily mean gay.
  17. Woah guys getting a little bit too judgemental here. :/ You have to remember that no matter how much you think someone is gay, it's only mere speculation unless the person actually comes out with it. You can have some fun discussing this topic, but no need to call someone a "fag hag" and a "beard" after you see a picture of them kissing. That's just being a little too much and a little too rude.
  18. Maybe they're his family's dogs? Taemin does live with his parents.
  19. This photo really reminds me of myself. I tend to start crying a lot, even when I'm not even that upset, so it's pretty common for me to be smiling/laughing while still having a wet and swollen face. A lot of people get really confused by this and I always have to convince them that I'm actually fine. I just find this photo to be really cute. :3 Oh happy birthday Freaked! ^^
