its prob my first time to properly look at a photo of jungkook (if this guy is him) for a few minutes since i last did it a few years ago and i really like his eyes here esp on how it is shown on the first photo. did he do something with it also?
yeah that‘s him. I just know that he got his double eyelids deepened like years ago and I think that he got his inner corner widened, though I‘m not sure if that‘s the answer to your question, there might be more that he got done, but I can only remember those things.

The first pic is from last year and the one under it from this year, how come his jaw looks so strong now? It could be weightgain too but I don‘t think it would show so much on his face tbh, his jaw looks very square

Someone here said, "Then what do you think of people who dye their hair, get piercings and get tattoos?" ''And I couldn't believe it. I was downright shocked. The examples you gave are so ridiculous = D. You can dye your hair, but if you don't like it, you know it will go back to the way it was before. You get piercings, but if you don't like them, you take them out. You get a tattoo, but you know if you don't like it, you can go to the tattoo shop and get your tattoos removed. BUT IF YOU HAVE AESTHETIC SURGERY, YOU WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE OLD FACE. So that means this. You don't love that thing so much that you don't care if it doesn't go back to the way it was =D . (Don't tell me about face fillers. You have the capacity to give me this example = D )
''Why don't you support plastic surgery anyway? '' you said. I don't have to support. Why should I support it? And everyone has different opinions. He said that if plastic surgery is done for health, I will support it forever. And I agree with what he said. If plastic surgery is done for health, I will support it forever. But people make themselves plastic surgery and change themselves for the outer appearance, which is of no importance (the only thing that matters to me is inner beauty). Why do I need to support this? I don't think I have any reason to support it. I've said over and over that the important thing is happiness. If you're going to be happy, you should have plastic surgery anyway. And please don't distort the fact that people have plastic surgery because they don't like themselves, by saying that plastic surgery can be absolutely empowering!!! Stop making mind games =D . Even if you don't admit it, your subconscious knows everything very well. People get plastic surgery because they don't like themselves. ( This is my idea !!! ) “It has already been established that everyone's definition of self-love is different, but why are you saying that only yours is the 'correct' one? '' you said. He had kindly expressed his own interpretation. And I said that everyone's perception of "Love Yourself" can be different. (And rei sakuma said to me, "I didn't read your essay-length answer, but let's admit that we have different opinions on the phrase love yourself." And I said, "Yes, of course." ) Where do you think we just said our opinions are correct? We just expressed our own opinions like everyone else here. I think you are trying to say that your thoughts are correct by making this comment right now. (Because we only expressed our opinion and did not say that our ideas are correct. But you made this comment despite this). And you said that even though you don't know either of us at all, we have a superiority complex. do you know us Or have you ever spoken to us face to face? Don't tell me, "It sounds like you have a superiority complex because of your comments." You said we have a superiority complex just by reading our opinions. I think you should think about it a bit !!! Because what you're doing is so wrong. I think you should learn not to be prejudiced against people and to be tolerant of different ideas .
why are you in this thread if you hate plastic surgery? it‘s literally the only topic discussed here

Yes, I agree with you. They don't want to believe that they have undergone plastic surgery because they are fans (Because natural beauty is praised more all over the world, even celebrities who have undergone plastic surgery are ostracized by the public and the media for having only undergone plastic surgery. People who do not like a celebrity say, "She is beautiful but not naturally beautiful. She can say "Her beauty is fake") Fans don't want to admit that they have plastic surgery because they believe that natural beauty is more important. But there are very few people who are famous in the world but have not undergone plastic surgery. It would be ridiculous to think that Korean celebrities do not use plastic surgery or fillers in a country like Korea where appearance is so important. And the competition in Korea (Actually like this all over the world) is incredible. If you really want to be a famous singer in K-Pop, your voice must be good, your dance must be good, but most importantly, you must be beautiful or handsome according to the public. If you are beautiful or handsome according to the public, your voice and dance skills do not matter at all, your looks are enough to be famous. Also, if your show skills are good on shows, you totally win the love of the public. My own opinion is that there are no celebrities in K-Pop without plastic surgery or fillers. So every celebrity has a job, big or small, I think. And as you said, I also think that all BTS members have had plastic surgery, it's never a bad thing to have plastic surgery after all, they should do whatever they want to make their own bodies happy. But something about BTS seems ridiculous to me. BTS gave a speech at the United Nations and said "Love Yourself" (They even have an album called Love Yourself)
I think to love yourself is to love your soul, body, everything that belongs to you by forgiving yourself if you have made mistakes in the past. But BTS both say these and change themselves by undergoing plastic surgery (I never see plastic surgery as a bad thing, but after saying these to me, it seems so fake that they have plastic surgery. ) didn't they say? LOVE YOURSELF. People who love themselves also love their eyes, lips and nose. Then why do they have plastic surgery on their faces? And I remember well I read his interview. When BTS's V Hwarang drama was filmed, he apologized for his dark skin ------ yes you read right ------ apologized to his fans for his dark skin. Is that loving yourself? I don't know, Hwarang drama was in 2016 and this conversation was in 2018. Maybe V really changed his mind. Bts members, like many other K-Pop groups, are dark but dye their skin white, and they said at the United Nations, "It doesn't matter who you are, where you're from, your skin color, your sexual identity." If my color is not important, then why are you painting your skin color? Now there is a situation like this, they are a K-Pop group and you can say that they like white skin in Korea, so you can say that they dye their skin, but how right is it that they changed their skin color to white after going to the United Nations and telling people to love yourself? Isn't that a dilemma? Either they shouldn't have had this conversation or they should have acted in accordance with this conversation. And the biggest thing that made me think really negatively about BTS was this. BTS and Unicef cooperated to end the tyranny. Really, isn't it a beautiful thing? But unfortunately, the BTS members who opposed the bullying bullied their bandmates. How many times did J-Hope not want to be called a horse, but Jimin, V, Jungkook, RM even called him a horse, and even V shared a horse picture on Twitter on his birthday.
I don't know when J-Hope said he didn't want to be called a horse so I don't want to comment too much on Jimin, RM and V. But this picture is from this year if I'm not mistaken. Even if it's not from this year, after J-Hope made it clear that he doesn't want to be called a horse
And yet, Jungkook said to him, "Aren't you a horse," even though he knew his heart would break? BTS fans might say, "They're friends, they're just kidding." But there's one thing. If a person doesn't want to be called a horse and says it over and over, but you still call him a horse, it's not a joke, it's BULLYING.
And finally, there are more important things in this world than money, position and appearance. Like being a good person.
A lot of the things you say seem quite strange to me. Just because bts stand for self love with their campaign and music doesn’t mean they aren’t allowed to get ps. Self love can be also getting a nose job to make to feel better when you never liked your nose, it doesn‘t mean you hate everything about yourself, I don‘t understand why you try to villanize them. Like you said yourself it‘s normal in kpop to get surgery bc of the impossible beauty standarts so it‘s quite strange to me that you so strongly critize bts for preaching self love and getting surgery while most kpop artists do the same. You also make it sound like getting your face done is changing your whole personality, it really isn‘t, just chill. Don‘t even start with that bullying thing, that‘s just bs and you know it.

Maybe unrelated but what do idols do to get their “shimmery, sparkling” eyes? Is there a procedure or do they use a product?

I was actually wondering for the most of 2020 why he looked so different to me compared to 2019, I really couldn’t put my hand on what had changed and someone here on the thread mentioned that he got a nose job sometime last year. I‘ll try to find the post and link you to it. In my opinion he used to have nose that fit his face very well and now it got transformed into what I call a ‘kpop nose’.
ok that’s the link:
I just really think the pictures side by side are eye opening and really show the difference between then and now, I really couldn’t tell what was different with him but that post helped a lot.

I can't be the only one staring at his bridge with that harsh shadow cast... A natural bridge isn't supposed to be as straight as his, right? I'm pretty sure the consensus in earlier discussions was that he had his implant removed, so either this is a pre-filmed video, or he never took it out, or he had it replaced. His nose is such a mystery to me. I've seen the scars around his nostrils and his columella though, so he's for sure had something done.I was actually wondering for the most of 2020 why he looked so different to me compared to 2019, I really couldn’t put my hand on what had changed and someone here on the thread mentioned that he got a nose job sometime last year. In regards to natural idols, I think Sulli was? At least facially, I do think she got carboxy shots or whatever they're called for her legs. Her beauty was always more about her face, however, which truly looked the exact same as a child actress as she did not try to make her nose higher, eyes wider, or any of that
She was just always a beautiful human being.
in my opinion her nose tip looks more defined in her adult photo tho that might be the lighting but other than that I’d agree with you on her being a natural beauty

Hi I‘m new here but I‘ve been ready this thread and it‘s super interesting! I‘ve got a question: someone here mentioned that Yoongi got fillers but I never understood the purpose of them for him or where he gets them, could someone explain?

I do agree, his bridge is very straight and high, unnaturally perfect, in my opinion. Also I can nearly see the outline, it really is notisable. I don’t think it suits his face 100%, idk if he had an other implant before or something but I liked his rather subtle nose much more (from around 2019 I think).
